SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! Don t bring your car here. Brought the car in just to replace the starter. Without permission, they crossed the wires in my fuse box creating an artificial battery drain. The car would keep dying after I shut it down. When I brought it back they told me they couldn t conduct an inspection and then tried to charge me to replace the battery first and then quoted me for an alternator change. Don t let them get away with trying to ruin your car!

This place is such a scam. Online they advertise different prices than in store and Different prices at each location? Dude In there right now is rude.They don't price match and don't return tools if it doesn't work for you. Dont go here because it's close. Go the extra minute to O'Reilys and get actual, friendly professional staff who offer quality help and great prices. Will never be go here for convenience. Didn't buy anything and went to O'Reilys, MUCH cheaper and tools are returnable! This is how you treat military? Disgusting! Just spent $141 at O'Reilys VS $300+ at this joke of a place.

Looked like there was one worker and a commercial clerk no one was acknowledged or nothing not first time either they are super slow takes forever for them to do anything flat out the worst parts store I hate having to use them they my last resort for anything especially after today

Very helpful staff. Store was clean and well organized. My only complaint is the lack of jeep parts and accessories. Kind of a bummer.

Purchased a battery, and during its installation by Jay, it became evident that he encountered difficulties due to a lack of familiarity with the task at hand. Regrettably, he provided an alternative battery fit rather than the precise OE fit, resulting in the smaller battery inadequately securing its position within the battery compartment. Additionally, Jay inadvertently stripped the fastening bolts securing the battery and unintentionally bent them. Furthermore, there appeared to be a deficiency in his proficiency with the tools, as he inadvertently over-tightened the bolts instead of correctly loosening them. Consequently, the process of removing the old battery consumed a considerable amount of time, nearly an hour. I don t think I will be going back to that store. It s not what it used to be.

Worst autozone I ve ever been to. The one star goes to the bilingual younger kid who was working the register. You can tell he didn t have a lot of knowledge but still tried his best to help. As for the other employees, they did not care to be of assistance whatsoever. The lady at the front who I m assuming is a manager or supervisor did not once try to come over and help me find what I needed. I simply needed assistance figuring out what screw would fit for my plates on my Nissan. At one point I asked if I could return the screws if they don t fit and she told the young man I would suggest she just try and figure out the size first as if a return would be too inconvenient. Everyone saw me struggling going in and out of the store multiple times and NONE of the other employees offered me or the young man further assistance. I ve been to plenty of autozones and typically the employees are very hands on and helpful if needed. Will not return and would not recommend unless you know exactly what you need to go in and out for.

Went in the other week or so and my car needed a battery. One of the gentleman helped me and I thought I brought the correct tools with me but they didn't work. Walked back in and someone gave me one and I still couldn't get the bolt off the battery. I walked back in and said I can't get it out. One of the dudes looked at the other dude and Nicholas said hey I'll help you. He went out and explained to me about what kind of battery I should get next. I was like oh dang wish I would of knew that before I purchased it. He was like you'll be fine for couple of years. Nicholas was very helpful and knew his stuff. Thank you again Nick!

Fast friendly service. Even though the young lady was clearly still learning, she was fast and accurate with helping me with my battery selection, purchase, warranty, etc. Even with other customers, I was greeted straight away and showed where I could set my old battery, so I didn't have to hold it while I waited. Fully recommended this location.

Lived in Colorado Springs for 9 years and have been to this Auto Zone many times. Time for a review.Went in this evening (5/27/2023) and the associate that worked with me Devonte was absolutely great. Extremely professional, eager to help/assist, and even had excellent conversation with him. The manager on on duty was also awesome. Whether you re strolling through, a local, or come frequently, ask for Devonte. He s the only one that has the Damian Lillard lookalike. Highly recommend!

Very help and had everything I needed. The gentleman at the cash register also informed me of a deal that location was currently having when I was purchasing an item. It allowed me to save some money I didn't know of until her told me.

It was a simple trip for some bulbs and a blinker relay. I was helped immediately and they were able to get me the items I needed except for the relay. The Associate was upfront and honest about not having the part and apologized for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate good service like that, even when they can't fully provide what I came in there for. Well done Autozone!

Kimberly and her team are very helpful and kind. They took their time to understand my situation and offered a solution! Went in for a potential bad battery due to my car not starting, and instead of selling one to me immediately they were kind enough to test and charge it for free to make sure that was the issue. The battery turned out to be bad and was sold a new one. Car started up right after! I appreciate the straight forward approach and help. I will definitely be going back to this particular location with any needs I may have in the future.

Store policies on online order returns are idiotic and make returning their defective parts even harder. Your order number and confirmation order are not usable for a return. Instead you need whatever packing slip came in the box. Also, making Duralast your primary part supplier is simply poor judgement.

What are your plans to improve customer service?...To your employees. sorry it was a long day for everyone, not just you... after starting my day 5 am a friends truck died and I went to help him out...I went across academy to O Riley and they still finished before 9pmDon t not reply if you re not going to fix your problems!

This store rocks!!!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They found the part I needed and recommended a mobile mechanic who came to me there in the parking lot and replaced my part and got me back on the road! Thank you all!!!!

The staff was helpful, and the parts that I needed we're well within budget. The place was clean and very well organized.Loyalty Rewards program allowed me to get brake cleaner and brake fluid at no cost.

Excellent place to get help or advice. My battery went bad in my car after sitting for 5 months. I called on the phone and got a very nice gentleman on the phone that found the battery I needed. I drove over and he jumped my car with a battery box since I turned my car off. He pulled the battery and swapped it out for a good one. Gave me a discount on the battery as well. Will definitely be back.

It's fine there. I think the people that work there aren't always gear heads and that is fine...until they start answering questions by making stuff up. Also when the girl checks your battery and starts rooting around for a tip...maybe that's not the best way to go about providing a free service. Just saying.

I came in to get spark plugs, new wires, a headlight bulb, and a couple tools over the last few weeks. My only complaint is that I asked for a specific set of spark plugs and they gave me a different type upon my initial visit. When I went back to exchange them the next day for the correct kinds they didn't give me any hassle but it did take them almost 15 minutes.

One star for that older Asian guy that works there he was rude, very rude. One evening I went to ask if he can test my battery, he acted straight up a..s.hole. Luckily the other gentleman was nice enough to help w/o complaining like the asian guy.

Sat in line where there was only one woman working and spent 15 minutes with another woman. Two people were ahead of me, and they left as well as I to go to O'Reillys across the street.

Customer service is not the best. I had to order brakes in the store because online where it told me two different sets of brakes were in stock and in store, but weren t. Then I was informed it s really only one set of brakes available for my car. I placed the order to be told I would be called when they arrive. This was a Thursday, today on a Tuesday I had to call to see if the brakes were in to find out not only were they in but were in since Friday. Brakes I feel is a part with high importance and I feel the associate should of been able to call and inform me of the delivery.
