Ordered a set of wheel lugs online. When I got to the store, the counter agent told me they didn't have one of them. He told me to "stop back by" next time as they will have more in. I asked him if it would be on my account or they would call me when they came in. He said they would, but never made any notes. Two months later, I'm still waiting for that call (realizing I was just brushed off by a lazy employee). When I stopped by again I was told that isn't how it works and they needed record of the item. Rest of the store seemed fine, but that $3 experience with the single employee kinda pissed me off!

When I walked into the store today, the store manager Murat had the battery tester ready in his hand. He saw my hood was up and asked if I wanted to test my battery. So he went outside to test my battery and unfortunately it was bad. So automatically he suggested that we go inside and check the warranty on my battery!! Not only that, Murat also offered to change my battery as well!!!! I m so thankful, and appreciative of Murat for all of his help!!!!

Jonathan at AutoZone - Austin Pkwy in Colorado Springs - was amazing. Literally the best customer care experience I've ever had anywhere. I nearly ordered the wrong part (radiator instead of an intercooler). I was verbally describing it over the phone, which wasn't the best way to give an accurate description for anyone. He stuck with it/me until we found the part I needed. Thank you, Jonathon!

10/10 experience at the best location in the springs. The manager Murat is very knowledgeable and was more than happy to help me out with finding the parts I needed for an engine mount replacement. Usually auto parts store managers are mentally inept but Murat is quite the opposite. Glad I was able to get the help from him!

Went into autozone not knowing what to purchase until a young emolyee by the name of nolan explained exactly what i needed,his demeanor and mechanical dexterity really helped me out. Had trouble with my Prius, manager Murat apparently had a buddy who owned a Prius and was so knowledgeable about them from just speaking with his buddy multiple times that I was in and out of there in what felt like 30 seconds! Thanks Murat

Devin helped me tremendously with great care and customer service! Randy was also very kind and helpful. Your store is definitely lucky to have these two. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help even the customers before me. It s clear they care what they are doing to help customers.

I m simple girl who doesn t know much about cars up until my accessory belt snapped. I however, was not aware this was the issue, the light that appeared was for the battery. I made it to Autozone just in time. Trevor, the helpful young man and aspiring criminal Justice major was at the front desk. From start to finish I couldn t have asked for better customer service. He walked outside with me, popped the hood, and thoughtfully talked me through the parts of my vehicle explaining in detail what the issue was. He snapped on a new belt, and got me back on the road in no time. I feel more confident than I ever have with my car and the knowledge I gained will help me in the future. Usually you come out of your day feeling defeated, but this experience made me feel grateful there are people in the world like him. Thank you!

Thanks to John and Elijah for the help with my headlight situation! Low-beam was out, they helped me in the parking lot to replace what we (I) thought was the issue. Wiggled around another light and everything works again! I really appreciate your time, thanks!

Went into store today, was helped by Elijah, and another male Employee (forgot his name) and received the best damn service ever!! Both were knowledgeable, helpful and insanely out going. I would go back in, just to talk to those 2 guys. Stop in , you won't be disappointed, thanks my guys!!

Makenzie was honestly the most helpful employee I ve encountered at this shop after coming here off and on for many years. She jumped in to help and made sure my situation was taken care of, going above and beyond everyone else I ve worked with. I ll come back just because of her.

It was time for a new battery. I had purchased the current one from this location. Robert assisted me, and I so appreciate not only his upbeat attitude, but he also recommended the best battery for my needs, and then installed it. He mentioned he had come in to work on his day off to cover for another employee. I feel fortunate that he was there. Great job, Robert!

We got halfway through a brake job on our Subaru and discovered we couldn't complete it. Auto Zone took back the rotor and the brake pads fir a full return. They were great!

The staff make it a place I can recommend extremely highly. The manager Murat treats you as a respected person plus he has a good sense of humor!I appreciate AutoZone as a company for its stock and distance from home. The part was not in stock however not a critical problem as the staff referred me to another source.Thanks go to Murat for his help and humor!

These guys give me the wrong parts and argue that they are the ones I need almost every time I come in. Tried applying to work for them and there was all sorts of issues and was told they'd call the district office to get them straightened out and never heard anything back, called again 12 days later and get told I rejected the offer that was never presented to me, and get told there's nothing I can do. Their customer service is a hit or miss, there is only one guy that I let help me when I come to this location. Everyone else they've had the last 3 years are nothing but a pain to work with

Had a great experience with Robert initially helped us with our breaks and rotors, I needed to exchange the rotors because I told him the wrong thing we came back in to exchange and even though it was kinda complicated the manager Elijah made it super easy and took care of us! Super happy with this store and how they treat people!

I'm only giving 2 stars since they have the ability to empty used oil. This is the first Auto Zone location that walked me to the back and made me do it myself. While he watched. So I'm sorry I've never done this and I should have said no but coming home from work with what I consider decent clothing didn't really want to dump oil. I will not be using this location anymore. I had planned to make a purchase too but I was done with them after this "customer service" NOT

They have great customer services. I had to change the transmission solenoid in my car which I did in their parking lot. I was in and out of the store all day long. They were very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us out any way that they could.

Just stopped in to pick-up a new headlight. All staff were kind and courteous.My car is a bit tricky to access the headlight from under the hood.Staff answered my questions and were even willing to make sure the headlight was working properly before I left.Shout-out to Dereik for the excellent customer service!

Very rare of me to ever do reviews, however about a month ago I went into the store to inquire about the loaner tool program which they made some changes to that I was not aware of and the manager informed me that there are some things that aren't available my car was broken down on the side of the road really close near to the store however I asked about some tools I didn't have the money to cover them then the unthinkable happened the manager passed me a tool kit instead go take care of your business bring it right back I said cool but then before I reach the door call me back and was asking for the tool set I was thinking this isn't really cool but what happened next was he put that tool set away and he passed me and more complete efficient tool set and with that being said that right there is something I haven't seen in all the auto parts stores that I shop at I've never had a manager be able to take care of all of his business and still help the customers and still be connected and actually involved in the processes I take my hat off to Manager Murot I appreciate you much I definitely know that is going to make me shop at AutoZone a lot more thank you store # 811 Colorado springs

Garrett & Elijah were SO helpful to my daughter & I as we were traveling through Colorado Springs on July 4th. They checked my car lights & got us back on the road feeling confident that we were safe to drive on to our destination! We made it just fine & I can t thank them enough for all their help! So grateful AutoZone was open & they were working on the holiday!! Thank you Garrett & Elijah!!

Was there today bought an oil filter, was given the wrong one, easy mistake, no big deal, went back, manager Murat made it right, even gave me some extra oil, super nice guys, always helpful. I will keep buying here no problems ever. Mistakes happen, all good, they took care of me.
