^0,k mile service was performed quickly and I see no leaks from this service. The service manager and the service advisor were attentive and definitely treated me like a customer and not just a job. On another service matter for a leaking timing gear gasket they did the analysis quickly and contacted me with a lot of good information. They sent the warranty request information in just a day and it took 3 days for Chrysler to reply back. During which time I have the 30k mile services performed. This crew is professional and attentive. But the bill still reflects a Dealer shop fees are still very high.

I have been given invoices with the written understanding of what's happening, and if a situation arises I ask when I can bring my truck in to be fixed, and "Right away" is the answer. Everyone has been kind, nice, and honest. I have had all services done there. I appreciate the talents of the people who take care of me and my truck. Thank you!!

I had a lot of problems going into the process of buying a car, bad credit, not enough for a down payment and practically zero car knowledge. Even though I had these issues the people at auto nation dodge ram helped me every step along the way! I was able to get the nicest car I ve ever owned and get a good rate, the employees at this dealership are like no other and deserve great things I am completely satisfied as to how the process went and would go back and continue business in the future! From the bottom of my heart thank you and I look forward to our future deals and partnerships.

I dropped of my car for brake work and troubleshooting my rear sensors. They were thorough and communicated via email and text about the status of my car. They even provided pics of the problem areas. The service rep, Adam, was outstanding!

I made an appt for 0830, to have my oil changed and read the diagnostic on why my check engine light was on. At 2:30, nothing was done yet. At 4:30, they called saying they had the diagnostic read and need to keep my truck overnight. The next day, I picked it up around noon, the check engine light was off, but my oil life was still at 25%. I was told that it'll take a couple of miles of driving to calibrate. It never did. I called my service tech and left a voice mail - never heard back. The next day, I called stating I wanted my oil changed and was able to get it back in. Thankfully they had it done in about 45 minutes.Not entirely pleased with how this was handled. It should not take 8 hours to read a diagnostic and NOBODY should "forget" to conduct an oil change. Fail.

Service Rep Ella was great. Service Rep Daniel Cancel was equally great. I brought in the truck for a recall check of the tailgate. I had limited time that day as I wanted to use the truck for a move that afternoon and AutoNation wanted to do a multi point inspection. I told Daniel that this was unnecessary as the truck only had 4400 miles on it. He listened to my needs and had me out of there in 40 minutes! Good man!

I was super skeptical about going to the dealership. I'd been dealing with another dealership in town for a couple months and it's been horrific. I knew I had to go to Dodge specifically for my entertainment system. I was ready to rumble. They got me in and set me up with a shuttle home. Adam contacted me throughout the day to let me know exactly what was happening and how much it was going to cost. There was no hidden surprises. I was able to pick up my car the same day. They took care of every issue that was going on due to the updates required and recalls that were needed. It was so refreshing to deal with adults who were not shady and underhanded. Thank you all so much!!

I brought in my vehicle for a suspected transmission issue. I described the symptoms, the times I notice them most likely to happen (temps, rpm range, speed etc), as well as mentioning that it was an issue that was happening for a few weeks at that point but was still an intermittent problem. After 3 hours I was contacted and was told they didn't find anything wrong with the transmission aside from a leaking seal... And that they didn't have the part and would need to order it. My major issue is that nobody even bothered to diagnose a probable cause to the symptoms, instead I was told "it's probably just because the cold weather" which is a horrible excuse in itself, but when I reminded that the issue has been happening for weeks (before the cold weather) I was essentially just given my keys and showed to my vehicle.The only reason I gave a 2 instead of 1 is because at least the service provider was polite.

Dropped in to get some parts warranty repairs, also have maintenance/repairs on cooling system and brake sytem. Scheduled a date for repairs after ordering parts. Aside from the high price, and the driver seat being left lifted up causing me to smack my head getting in, great experience.

Dropped off my vehicle for a scheduled appointment on an issue under warranty at 0730 on Thurs. Never got any updates or a call/message to let me know it was ready for pick up. When I called that evening they told me service department was closed already. The next day, Friday, I called again and they couldn t give me much information as my service advisor was not available. But they told me my vehicle was ready for pick up, that I ll need to bring it back for another appt because the issue was not resolved yet. I couldn t pick up the vehicle before closing so they said no problem, we are open on Sat until 5pm. On Sat around 4pm, still no contact from service advisor, I called to make arrangements in case I didn t make it by 5pm due to the weather and transportation. I called multiple times and no answer. I then called the sales Dept. One of the managers told me that everyone from the service dept had already left for the day, early before closing time that is 5pm, and there was no one that had access to the keys, that I needed to wait until Monday. I told her that was unacceptable, that I couldn t stay without transportation that long. She didn t really have any suggestions or was trying to help. I asked her to try calling someone from service that had access to the keys since they left early and I needed my vehicle, not an irrational request. I told her that I already had an Uber on the way, as it was not 5pm yet, and that I would be there soon. She told me not to come because I would have to take another Uber back home and wasn t getting my vehicle due to no one having access to the key box. I came to the dealer with my spare key. Went inside to let them know I was there and was taking my vehicle with my other key. Spoke to another manager and explained all that happened since Thurs. He was rude, didn t even apologize for the inconvenience and said ok fine when I told him I was taking my vehicle. He said I could contact the Service Dept manager on Monday with my complains. No one asked for my information, escorted me to go find my vehicle in the lot or offered any help. I had to go search for my truck in the lot and remove almost a foot of snow from it before I could leave. I could ve gone to the lot and taken the truck without saying anything, which leaves a lot to desire when it comes to how secure your vehicle is while in their care. Not to mention the poor customer service provided by managers in the sales department and the lack of communication from the service department that disregarded the fact no one contacted me with any info or to tell me my vehicle was ready and what the status of the repair was for days and also gave no notice that they will close early. Again, telling me there s nothing we can do, we have no access to the key box you have to wait until Monday was unacceptable when it wasn t even after hours. This was upsetting and frustrating to say the least. I ve been bringing my vehicle there for over 2.5 yrs. This was extremely disappointing. All could ve been made better by offering me a solution that wasn t being without transportation for days while my car was just parked at their lot for no reason, by being empathetic and at least offering an apology for the inconvenience, and providing some assistance when I came to get the vehicle. I understand that they were from sales and not service Dept but costumer service is everyone's job.

Recall repair only took an hour, but service writer told us it would be 2 days. So we got a ride to the rental agency., then he called and said it would only be an hour. We scheduled the appointment weeks in advance as we live an hour and a half away. So it was good that it was done fast, but a more accurate time estimate would have simplified the process for us.

Offered to buy my truck sent all pictures showing slight damage on vehicle, Michael was very firendly but after I spent half a day getting truck cleaned up, driving truck into town, they did an inspection, they tried pointing out slight issues though in checking their work they didn't really check out anything it appeared. That said they came back with a low-ball offering, It feels they will offer an amount just to get you in the dealership than offer their real low offering.

let me say that the service from Tim and the warrantee rep Kimberly and the service manager was just excelletn i had a difficult situation and they came through with all the care of a mom and pop deaership. Great experience and they go over and above and my hope is they will for you too! Ive done a TOn of business over the years well before auto nation took over but the consistency has been tremendous. Very thankful for this team!

Staff was friendly. Service was done, efficiently and quickly. It was a pleasant experience getting my oil changed at AutoNation Dodge ram. I did not have to wait long for them to complete the oil change on my car and change the filter.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!My Enterprise fleet company work van has been at Auto Nation Dodge since December 17th for a check engine light and yet to be repaired. That s 2 months now and it was there for the week of Thanksgiving for same issue. This has to be the worst run dealer I have ever had to deal with. Zero communication unless I contact them first and every week they tell me the tech is busy it will be next week, that has happened 5 weeks straight. 3 weeks ago I spoke with the Service Manager who pretty much told me the tech was lost on the issue, as an experienced tech this can only be 1 of 4 things and 2 could be unlimited within a couple hours of looking at vehicle. It s clear to me the tech doesn t want to work on this 23 Promaster with 8,300 miles and the writer Tim has stop responding to me because he doesn t know what to say to me anymore. Not sure why they have a service manager because it seems to me that the Tech s are the one s who run this shop because they are allowed to work on vehicle when ever they feel like it. I am glad this is a fleet vehicle and not my personal vehicle as I will never own a Dodge product ever! I am sure they have a firm they will hire that will offset my review but please if reading consider how you would feel if this was your vehicle at this service center. Not sure why they asked me to bring the vehicle back after they had it for the week in Thanksgiving if the tech didn't want to work on it. This has been a very frustrating experience so you should reconsider buying a Dodge or at least using this dealer to service it. Who knows when this vehicle will be repaired but Enterprise Fleet and my company is involved now, as for me I will next reach out to Auto Nation corporate next.

Ron has always taken very good care of us goes above and beyond. We are on our 5th purchase with him and will be coming back. The entire team from ownership thru finance to sales have gone out of there way to make sure our most recent car buying experience was exceptional ! I have shopped at the dealership from Dealing Doug Colorado Springs Dodge to now Autonation Dodge and will keep going back .

Unfortunately had a major repair that needed immediate attention. AutoNation addressed all my concerns, kept me up to date on all repairs, and it overall cost what would be comparable to any private mechanic. Shout out to Daniel Cancel for allaying any concerns I had and keeping me posted even during the holiday busy season when he was off work.

These 5 stars are for 2251 Daniel Cancel who DID take care of me greatly. After calls all over these AutoNation States I decided to just go in even though I do not have A BIG DODGE RAM capable of powering down Tejon St at 200mph. I remember when it was Carlin and my family van was cool, even without a HEMI on my RAM. Well I was surprised and had the best service from the person who took care of my caravan.

I had a recall done and it was leaking oil, I then took it back to the dealership and they stated " the oil is residual oil leaking, but we also didn't touch anything with oil " I've been a mechanic for 15 years and already knew what was wrong but they tried to give a lame justification and after taking it back the second time they said they couldn't find a leak. So I took it home again and bam leaking oil in my driveway. So back to the dealer but this time I had to have my wife drop it off, well the service writer Tim Yates over there was so rude to my wife it brought tears to her eyes. And sent me a email stating he was so surprised to see it back in again and tried to write me off. What do you know the o ring was leaking oil like I stated the first time so finally they have my truck fixed after a month. But the sales manager Tina Chong was amazing and helped arrange the loaner and keep things going when service wanted to be rude and unprofessional. So the light of this story buy from tina but take your service elsewhere.

Was having warranty work done on the transmission. Had the vehicle for 15 days and was extremely difficult to get in touch with the service writer for updates. Will not return to this location.
