I had a great experience working with Brian when purchasing a used truck. He did a great job with being flexible with my time. He was very attentive to my concerns with buying an older vehicle. He let me test drive it several times and let me talk to the mechanic to ensure everything was in proper order.

the salesman I tried buying from today was a bit pushy, and very slow...too slow, in responding to my texts. still, he was nowhere near as bad as the saleswoman at Autonation Southwest. she was absolutely pathetic. as a Marine Corps Veteran, I guess I just require a bit more professionalism; from all of you. I really wanted to trade in this good truck, on a new 2500.

Bought a Chevy truck from them, the sales guy was great!!! The Truck had a back door handle that didn't lock and the check engine light came on when we drove home off the lot. It took two months for them to fix the check engine light, I drove 1h down to them to fix the check engine and they said they didn't work on diesels so had to drive back and find someone by me. After all now, everything is fixed. The tires were at 5/32 when we drove off so needed tires already and thought they would help with the tire problem but they won't. Guess it's no hassle price for the truck as is ... Not really recommending them to anyone for the service they gave us.

Had a appointment to have a mirror cover installed and when I got there they informed that they canceled all appointments. They said they overbooked and were very busy. Why did not inform me that they canceled all appointments. I drove all the way from South Academy to the dealership. Not a good way to conduct business. It was a very easy fix a technicians could have easily installed it. Will never go to this dealership ever again. When it was Colorado Springs Dodge I always had excellent service.

Service dept is great. Recently moved to Colorado from out of state and came in for an oil change under my extended warranty service agreement and discovered that previously changing the name on my account from my business to my personal name had messed up the processing of my oil changes. Made it look like I had sold my truck to someone else. The guys in service went to work on it. Contacted Mopar and got the account and warranty contract corrected. Took a little time and work for them, but they TOOK the time and EFFORT needed to do it. This is really customer service. Think I ve found my local dealership. I ll be back.

Went in for a check engine light on our 2016 Travato (Ram Promaster 3500) van. They took their time (7hrs) but they were busy. Came out of it with a warranty covered repair plan once parts are in, an oil change with great MOPAR coupon 3 for $100 package and am extra filter in case we ended a change later in life and someone doesn't have out filter available. Great service and staff. Wish their concierge bar had a few more options and a working coffee machine.

Well incase you didn t know, here in Colorado, dealerships aren t liable if you get hail damage-according to management. Even when the two days it was left on the lot because their mishap of not starting to work on my car until we made a fuss about it and Lisa having to explain that her employees need better training with communication. I also dropped my car off with all good tires and left with a patched one because the guy that did the test drive after ran over a massive screw. Would NOT recommend anyone to go here for service. The autonation take over has ruined this service center, I had never had issues prior to this.

Zero stars if possible.Went in for ticking engine and chirping brakes for my Ram in Aug 2022. They diagnosed and order the parts i needed. Called 4 or 5 times since last year for a status of the parts and repair and was always promised they will call me back for an update. No call back in the 10 months ive been waiting.I finally spoke to a service rep this morning and he transferred me to the parts department. I found out that the service department never ordered the parts for my truck! Ive been waiting this long for nothing! Parts department was extremely helpful and they actually ended up having one of the things i needed but had to order the other one. I ended up canceling the whole repair due to the fact is i do not trust this dealership anymore. Out of all the different people i spoke with in the service department, not a single one noticed that the parts were not actually ordered and had me wait 10 months. Im glad i found this customer service failure out because i was about to pull the trigger in buying a performance exhaust for my truck. Ill spend my money somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Go anywhere, go next door even. After long grueling process, you have to complete insurance coverage to leave the lot, after strategically being cornered. Centerfield pre-owned, after the salesman got his cut, I no longer matter to him. Detail team s rush job barely completed a once over. Returned only for the interior detail, and nothing was wiped. Even called service to voice concern over specific areas to be addressed. Actually more dust accumulated on the dash. Cared less for exterior, only requested interior to be detailed and nothing was touched. They might of pressured wash the exterior. The rims still had debris on it.

I do not understand why anyone would give Colorado Springs Dodge anything other than an excellent rating. Based on my most recent visit, the entire Service Department staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My service advisor, Lisa Rondina, was outstanding. She did everything possible to ensure that my truck was promptly serviced and that I was back on the road as quickly as possible. Moreover, she gave me a discount on the work that was done. I highly recommend Colorado Springs Dodge for any of your service needs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Called on phone and set up an appointment for oil change. Asked on phone if tire change was included, was told tire change was included. Got to the dealership and was told it wasn't included after they completed my oil change. They still did the tire change which was nice.Didn't top off my fluids though.Won't be coming back.Service: Oil change

Do your research before visiting this store specially when it comes to service. I was quote 2000 dollars repair for a Particulate matter sensors. I called the parts department and was given a price of $200 if I was to walk in and buy it. The service department was marking up the price to $260 dollars. 3.5 hours $650 of labor and $1000 to clear a check engine light and an "update to the truck". I walked out stunned. I had contacted a great Diesel mechanic to do the repairs. Was charged $100 it was a 1hr job. So with part and labor $300.00. My mechanic sent me to Perkins motors, they clear the check engine light in 30 minutes at no cost. I asked about this so called update that cost $1000.00 they gave me that look of you were about to get @#$%. $1700.00 I save I will upload receipts when I find it. Always question the quote. Call a different Dodge store and get part prices. 1,700.00 is a lot of money to throw away.

Thought the Service was better then 14 years ago when we bought the Nitro. Had to come in for an recall, drove in the Service Bay, two Service Guys was busy, then they left. Finally the Lady at the Podium called across the Bay, if I was helped. She told me then to go.inside to find my Service Advisor Appointment was at 10:30 am Hubby called by 2 pm snd they just pulled the Nitro into the Bay Car was finally done at 4 pm, why I got an Appointment who knows. Well I hope my Nitro will be good to me for at least 6 more years or more, but one thing I know for sure is I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.Btw the Service Guy wasn't there because I guess it was break time but his Co-worker elderly Guy took good care of us.

2020 ram pro master with transmission slip .$160 just to look at it when it should be covered under warranty. 36,000 on the truck. I believe they should look at my concern free of charge.Especially since I bought the vehicle from this dealership
