Brian Ramirez was awesome! Laid back and wasn t pushy like other car salesman. Went in to trade in my Tacoma for a bigger truck, found one for a good price and the transaction was smooth no problems. Before going home with my new truck they had it cleaned and detailed, Excellent service.

Had an awesome experience with Jeremy Meridth. He helped us find a brand new MDX S Type, giving us the facts about the car and not being stereotypical car salesman trying to push us into anything. Three rows for the whole family and the performance to get us all there. Great product, great salespeople. Our trade in process was super simple and pain free. I highly recommended them to purchase a new vehicle.

Bought a Toyota RAV4 with these guys a few weeks ago! They were extremely helpful since I was a first-time car buyer. I drove in with a beat up Kia Rio from Pueblo and the team made sure I was able to leave with the exact car I wanted.I d love to thank Danny O. for walking me through everything as this was my very first time ever going to a dealership! His knowledge and reassurance has definitely helped me during this very new experience and I felt very lucky to have him as my dealer!The manager and finance dep. was also extremely helpful in helping me find a better rate so I could purchase an older model with an affordable monthly payment; especially since it was my first time purchasing at a dealerhsip! I really appreciated how much everyone cared that I make it home in a safe and working car.I felt extremely taken care of and I m really excited to be driving the car I ve always wanted! Bill was thorough and helpful. I came in with a coupon for a $29.99 Full Synthetic Oil Change and he was happy to help. He pointed out that my brakes would need some attention shortly and that everything looked pretty good for a 4Runner with 211,xxx miles on it.The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is good.

I walked in just to test drive a vehicle similar to one I was looking at that was at another AN location to see if I even liked it. I d been working with Johnny for a little while on my journey to find a car I liked.He had George do the test drive with me and it was absolutely amazing. George made sure I knew the vehicle and where the buttons and settings were and he helped guide me on the test drive cuz I sure didn t know where I was going .We got back and I asked Johnny to run my credit and approval just to see if I would even qualify as a first time vehicle purchaser. Turns out I did! And I can happily say I walked out of there with my new car. George made sure I was good to go when it came to transferring everything over from my old car to the new one. He did a once over for me to make sure I didn t miss anything. He also made sure I was good on gas, and the car detail as well as so so much more.These two gentleman made sure my experience was everything it could be and more.I cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for the smoothness of this process. My wife and I stopped in to look at a car. Kevin Cruz took us on a test drive. We loved the car Kevin was amazing he wasn't pushy at all was truly there to find us the car to accommodate our needs. Also John in finance was amazing as well. He ran numbers and got us into a payment that fit the budget. They were truly wonderful to work with.Thanks autonation for the great experience will definitely recommend these two to anyone looking for a car.

I want to say Danny was beyond amazing. We went in to sell our vehicle and ended up trading it in. It was the fastest process ever. Usually I dread going to a dealership. I purchased a car last 01/06/24. Haven't purchased a car in a dealership maybe for 12 years, this time it was simething totally different, starting with the Salesman response to my enquiry later when to test drive the car and liked a lot, they run my credit not the perfect and approve me with so fast as 20 minutes then signed all documents in less than an hour, the salesman an finance manager were about and beyond my expectations, the statement of 90 days or 4000 miles guarantee for any desperfect never saw, all team very professionals, clean and gentle if I see another car that I felt in love may purchase another due the experience of course paying off the actual car, well done.

Bill was great. He made it easy to get my oil changed. I had a coupon but it did no apply but he made it work anyway. This was great. It didn t take long for the oil change. I was early for my appointment and they took my truck in and did it early. Great guy.

My car buying experience was very easy and painless! I worked with Kevin and he was a great person to work with who helped make the process very easy. I was probably in and out of the dealership within 3 hours and everyone else I worked with was super friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about making it a great experience.

We had one of the best experiences buying a used car from George and Jeremy at Acura Autonation! Unfortunately we have lost 3 cars in the last 4 yrs due to car accidents. My husband and I were very nervous about having to go through the process of finding another used car. They happened to get a Hyundai Hybrid in, and we got to check it out before it even went on the lot. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle they were very good with communication and working with our crazy schedule. It needed an alignment and a windshield and both were fixed right away. They made the process of buying a cash car very smooth, and we are very happy with our purchase and everyone who was involved in the process. They even got us into an extended warranty on our power train, at a very good rate. We are now working with them to trade in a vehicle we have financed that we aren t very happy with, they are going to be able to work with our bad credit and get us in a far better deal! We won t go anywhere else to purchase our vehicles from now on.

I was in a bind as I didn't have use of my car due to the keys being stolen. Tony showed empathy and understanding about how not having my vehicle impacted my life. He was attentive and understanding and worked hard to get my problem solved so I could get back on the road. This was a great outcome and experience considering the situation. I highly recommend working with Tony as he is direct and upfront and takes providing great customer service seriously.

AutoNation Acura Colorado Springs is simply the best! The service they have provided for my Acura RDX has been outstanding. The team is fast and so courteous. They explain required maintenance clearly, and do not try to sell me anything that I do not need. I highly recommend this team for all Acura service needs! Special shoutout to service manager Todd - always cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful!

Tony in the service department is my guy. I won't go anywhere else and most of that is thanks to him. The whole place is ran well, very clean, and has a good sales team, but its Service department is what makes them shine. Thanks for all your help Tony! I won't forget it anytime soon.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I booked a B1 service over the phone with Autonation Acura Colorado Springs. Bill, Chase, and Todd were all very helpful throughout the process. They are an honest, kind, hardworking service team. Thank you to all of them and also the techs who completed the maintenance work on my vehicle. The free car wash was a nice treat too! I m looking forward to continuing servicing my vehicle at this Acura location.

My fianc� and I were super thrilled to work with everyone at AutoNation Acura. They have a pretty straight forward buying process and even handled my fianc� giving them a hard time about the add ons from the dealership. When I brought my car back for tinting, I was very pleased with the service from Todd in the service center. He s a good guy and very polite. They have a solid team and I really have no need to ever work with another dealership ever again!

We had a TERRIFIC experience here - purchasing a 2024 MDX from Danny. From our initial phone call to driving off the lot in our new vehicle, it's an easy 5 stars. A salesperson greeted us as soon as we arrived in the parking lot. Danny was personable, highly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient, attentive, and he's got very strong communication skills. He was a true pleasure to work with. We had the same experience with Jonny in Finance. We really appreciated how helpful they were. I felt like they genuinely cared about doing a REALLY great job, and they did! We were very fortunate to work with Brian. He is very kind, considerate and made us feel welcome. The transaction took some time to complete properly and he came to us many times during our wait to give us progress reports, which we really appreciated. Brian is very knowledgeable about this type of transaction and we were glad he was handling it for us.The dealership amenities are very good. The waiting area is comfortable with both chairs to wait and table for document signing. We very much appreciated the snacks and drinks.

I normally don't write reviews on places. But I think I should, given that buying a car is a huge deal. I have been searching for a new car for almost a year now, and I have driven many different cars and have worked with many different dealerships. None of them have been as pleasurable and understanding than Pikes Peak Acura. I have never purchased a car from a dealer before and my sales rep Steven V was super understanding of where I am coming from and explained the buying process very thoroughly. I was very nervous (duh) but Steven was able to talk me through everything and get me an excellent deal on this car. Not to mention they let me bring the car up to the Service Center and look at the underside of the car for any damage/issues. No dealer has ever let me do that before.I am extremely happy with this car and look forward to the journey ahead. So if you're looking for a quality used car a great place to look is right here!

I had the best salesperson in Michael P. I bought a car over the internet. He held the car immediately. Was in constant contact through the whole process. He picked me up from the airport and gave me great restaurant reviews. He is a veteran so look him up. The GM came out to greet my wife and I and thanked us for purchasing which was great customer service. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Either new or used this is a great dealership.

The car buying process is never really easy. And yes we ran into some challenges in my purchase. But Matt, Jim, George and Jeremy worked fast and amicably to fix those challenges and get me in my new ride.I appreciate working with people that strive for excellence, especially when faced with potential roadblocks along the way. Sensational experience buying a pre-owned vehicle. Each of the salespeople was gracious, but the knockout was that the manager, Phil L., went above and beyond to procure a 2nd key for the vehicle -- which at the time only had one. I'm not kidding when I say this cost over $1,000 (European key), and mandated just tons of effort ... and he took care of it at the dealership's expense. Total gentleman.

Staff was very friendly and the waiting area is really nice. Overall a pleasant oil change experience. They also didn t try to pressure me to do extra things mentioned them and gave their advice and then left it alone. I was super pleased they had the touchup paint pen on hand that I needed for my door handle.
