All I can say is that I didn't appreciate the way I was talked to by the woman who helped me. Was told the oil included in my Groupon package was not recommended by my cars manufacturer! It was 5-40 vs 5-30 I think! Anyway, she said she just wanted me to know that! Also, mentioned another location, same Auto Tech company and I felt she didn't seem so favorable to them! I won't be going back to that 21st location but driving to East Platte location where they were very friendly and helpful!

This shop did a great overall inspection that found some important problems with our car, and didn't miss anything according to another mechanic, the only downside here was pricing. Price for repair at Hutchinson Auto Service was $570, Auto tech plaza for the exact same job was $1300, pretty big difference. Also $25 oil change turned into a surprise $45, no complaints about the job but the price was just a surprise.

Bad experience overall, the mechanics are not bad they can do their job, but the policy they have sucks. The people at the front desk are very rude and won t even tell you what is going on. Ron might be a little helpful but still this shop is very bad don t go here. There s tons of shops around town that are way nicer even the other Auto Tech on Platte is way better than these guys. They overprice everything and won t even tell you. They always try to fix something that might have nothing to do with what you are trying to get fixed, they charged me 700 for something that did nothing to my car, they told me that would ve fixed my problem and that the car was perfect and they said they drove it for hours and everything was perfect, within 5 minutes after i picked up my car the same problem happened again and it died on the side of the road.When i brought it back they wanted to charge me 3000 for the job that i needed done without any help or refund for the money that i spent for no reason. Spent almost 1000 at this place and my car still is not fixed. Don t go here there s so many places in town that are much more professional and helpful.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

This place is a joke. First if you order a Groupon there's only two stores in the entire town that accept them from this company. Then you're going to wait 2 weeks and if you're more than 5 minutes late they will cancel your appointment. Unprofessional unreliable and completely selfish company. We were supposed to leave tomorrow out of state and we had to wait for this oil change and since we got there 10 minutes late they said they couldn't help us. Do not do business with these people. There is hundreds of other places in town that you could go and if it cost you 10 more dollars then I promise you it's worth it. I repeat do not do business with this company. And all of their employees should be fired for their lack of professionalism and understanding. I will be spraying the word everybody I know. This place should be shut down

We were really impressed with the integrity and service of Ron and his crew. We bought a vehicle from them at a fair price and they said if we experienced any problem to give them a call. The first evening we drove it, we noticed the headlights weren t working. The next day, we brought the vehicle back and Ron fixed the headlight switch that had quit working. Really grateful for their honesty and honoring their word. Highly recommend Auto Tech Plaza for your car needs.

They were so nice and quick, accommodating for when I needed to reschedule and even delivered my car to me since I couldn't pick up! I love that they change the oil and on the receipt tell you what's wrong with your car, without pushing you to fix anything! Best car place I've found!

Auto Tech Plaza 21st is fantastic. They always thoroughly check out my vehicles (even when just coming in for a regular oil change). They let me know about what maintenance needs to be done, what is on the radar but can wait, and stuff that I may want to do on my own (if I'd like). Debbie is very informative when she calls back with my estimate, letting me know exactly what is going on and taking the time to explain things so I can understand it as well. Their prices are reasonable and the services is always done exceptionally well in a quick manner. You'll love taking your car here!

We brought our 2006 Lexus in for the 120,000 mile inspection. Auto Tech was very professional and I would recommend them for any work you need done. The work area was clean and the waiting room the same. Debby behind the deck is magnificent and she knows her stuff. They even washed the car for me. They are much lower priced than the dealer but with the same expertise. Great service!

From the beginning to the end!! WOW! First of all, I adore Debbie. She is the coolest chick ever! Debbie was my first introduction, she was so kind, professional, full of Knowledge. Debbie kept me informed every step of the way. I don t mean to leave anyone out because the work that was done by the folks in the shop- IMPECCABLE! The work was timely. That in it self is a gem, but when you add great work, professional service and kind people... well, I ve found my auto repair family. I went in for an oil change. They checked out everything and suggested that I do an oil cleanse, which I did because, as they showed me, my oil was very dirty, even though I have had regular oil changes. Sludge evidently builds up over time. I suggest that, when you go, allow a little extra time because they wash your vehicle when they're done with their work. The woman at the front desk is superb at explaining exactly what is going on in a way that a laywoman can understand. She creates trust -- no kidding! This is a great place to take your vehicle.

I usually do all of my repairs and services myself. Came across a problem that required more time and tools than I had available. They were incredibly informative with two updates per day pertaining to diagnosis and then part acquisition and cost. Saved parts for me to inspect upon my return.Added touch of a car wash and clean behind the dash. Would recommend to all. I was referred by word of mouth from a close friend.

After years of using another local mechanic and having multiple issues we decided to move our fleet buisness of 50+ vehicles to them. Honestly, I couldn't be happier. Debbie multitasks better than anyone one I have known in my 37 years on this planet, Ron the owner is honest and straightforward unlike most mechanics. Will be sending my fleet of vehicles to them for the foreseeable future, honest and good mechanics are hard to find in my opinion so definitely give them a shot. Couldn't ask for a better experience when dealing with a company that can potentially upsell thousands of dollars on my vehicles that realistically we dont need. A++ for sure

I would give no star at all if I could. We did the oil change for both of our cars. The first one with the synthetic oil change was good with Groupon coupon deal. For the second one, we bought the basic oil change coupon and also asked for the oil leak check. They have the hidden fees folks. Be ware of this place. We ended up paying $90+ for the basic oil change plus oil leak check. They didn't let us know there's extra fees when we made the appointment. We also thought of no extra charges with the oil change services we used them for two cars but they did have the hidden fees ( they named it labor fees) I'm not saying there shouldn't have the labor fees but c'mon bottom line is they are not honest to the customers. There are a lot other places offer this check for free and they let us know first before any other fees or charges involved and we usually shop around for any services we needed (like most of us do) . We don't trust or support these type of money hungry unethical business. Now, they lost $1,000 + service from us and we would never go back to this place and not recommend to any other people.

As a single woman alone, it is extremely important for me to find a good auto mechanic I can trust. A few years ago, I went to them to service my '91 Infiniti and the mechanic at the time was very trustworthy. Recently, I had to purchase another car and had always believed that, although I had not been there in a few years, I would still be able to trust them. The newest car needed some maintenance, of course, and they provided me with a detailed list of what was necessary. I had a Groupon for an oil change with a few extras, but ATP said the serpentine belt needed to be replaced ASAP because it was badly cracked. Their charge: $165. I didn't have it so was scared to death to drive my car. My car dealer and a few others told me not to be afraid, and I was referred to a few other mechanics. The one referred to me by the dealer, Brent, said he could change the belt for $45. I found one on sale at Advance Auto for $21. All done. What a difference! Will never go back to ATP for anything. Cannot trust them and their prices are much too high.

This place is fabulous when it comes to fixing your vehicles.....BUT.....when it comes to Customer Service & how you are treated by the woman at the front desk, like if you're running a few minutes late or you call to ask a question, you get a lot of attitude & almost an unwelcome feeling. Even while waiting, I sat there & listened to the front counter woman be harsh or complain about customers calling right after she hangs up with them. They do good work on your vehicle, but the rudeness & how uncomfortable it felt to be in the presence of someone so unprofessional has made me decide to never go to that particular location again. :-(

I have been going to Auto Tech Plaza for years and have always had the best work done there. They take their time and explain everything they have done or what I need to watch out for in the up coming future with my truck. It starts in the front office and with Mike and Ron and the people working there that makes it "GREAT".

I was very much impressed with the friendly service and affordable prices at Auto Tech Plaza 21st. It was the most pleasant time I've ever had during an oil change. I will certainly return for any further car repairs or servicing.

Though they were very nice, while checking my filters (which i didn't ask them to do) they broke the tabs to the door to the air filter and did not mention it at all. I found the pieces to it on the floor later. They also left my car a mess, dirty footprints on the floor and dirty handprints on my steering wheel. I also expected them to vacuum because many reviews said they did this, but that was not the case for me, possibly because i used a groupon, but i won't be going back.

I came to the 21st street location by way of a Groupon oil change deal. I had a hard time finding it to begin with and then found out when I got there that my appointment was earlier than I thought. Luckily they saw me. However, the staff were extremely rude during the entire appointment, which made me very uncomfortable. I get that I was late but I still deserve the same level of customer service as anyone else. Customer service is what makes or breaks a business. Word of mouth is crucial to keep a business going year after year. Your team at 21st street could use a refresher course on how to treat your customers. I won't be coming back and I'll most definitely tell my coworkers, as well as my friends and family about my experience today. Great Groupon deal but hardly worth it when the staff is unfriendly and rude!

Supposedly had my brakes and rotors replaced. Upon picking up my vehicle my 4wd stopped working. Less than a year later I was informed by my new mechanic my rotors were never replaced. I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. Do not trust this place.

This shop is very well run and will get all my business as long as I am here in Colorado Springs area. They have been on top of all maintenance/issues/upgrades that I have had the last two years (since moving here). Very knowledgeable staff and crew of mechanics.

I love this shop. I've worked at dealerships and had our vehicles serviced all over the US and these guys are top notch and by far my favorite. They are always super thorough, only suggest work your car truly needs/may need in the future and they are never ever pushy about the suggestions. I had a caliper that the bleed screw broke on during a brake fluid flush. They called to let me know and replaced the caliper for me at no cost since the tech should have tried a few other things or called to see if I wanted it replaced or to skip the flush before he attempted to power through it being stuck. These guys are super honest, straight shooters, and female friendly, they've earned all my automotive business while we live here!

Always get my oil changed here. The employees are great, they always get the work done on time and are honest, they don't try to sell me something I don't need. Will continue to do business here in the future.

We recently needed a repair where we didn't know the extent of what might need to be done, due to a fairly spread-out leaking in my truck's undercarriage. Step by step, we were walked through the repair and, at each point, the staff at Auto Tech Plaza worked to keep our fix as cost-effective as possible.In the end, we were fixed for FAR less than we expected and they even honored a special coupon we had from a past repair.Our family highly recommends the knowledgable and caring staff at Auto Tech Plaza 21st Street!

I was shopping for a used Truck at the dealership and I brought it into Auto Tech Plaza for a complete inspection. They were highly recommended, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience there. The inspection was thorough, the Truck passed, and I went on to purchase the Truck reassured that it was mechanically sound.

You will not find better mechanics and people than the 21st street Auto Tech Plaza. Debbie, Ron, and the guys have been giving me incredible service and conversation for around 8 years now. They are thorough and thoughtful in every aspect they run their business.

Kuddos to Debbie!Multitasking is an understatement for this employee.She took her time to explain my question.She did the same thing with every person that walked thru the door, or called.She was non stop between the people waling or calling in.I was very impressed with the whole experience.I will return with my 2003 Toyota Highlander for future services as needed.The oil change included a carwash! What a great surprise. I would recommend family and friends to this establishment.
