Always a positive experience. Jim and the crew here are so nice and always take excellent care of my vehicle. Priced fairly. The only thing I would say they could improve on is communication and letting you know progress updates and how long they will have your vehicle if they re troubleshooting.

The staff at Auto Tech is Above and beyond all of my expectations. They gave me a Honest appraisal of the work that my vehicle required. And then fulfilled that work 100%! They listened to me and helped me to make an informed decision about optional work WITHOUT ANY UP-Selling. I appreciate the integrity very much! Without a doubt I will be back whenever the need arises.

I manage a fleet of vehicles at my place of business. I always send our passenger vehicles to Auto tech, and I ve even sent one of our box trucks there before to get an oil change! I highly recommend this location, as they are quick, honest & very friendly! I ve been working with them for over 1 year consistently, and I ve not seen any red flags or shadiness within their business. Jim gives great feedback in regards to services performed & the prices are fair.Services: Auto brake repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Outstanding shop had a problem with my turn signal arm not returning to off after a turn to the right. They diagnosed the problem and obtained a new part to fix the problem. Works like new. I am long time customer and have never had a problem with their workmanship.

Jim and the mechanics at Autotech Plaza on Fillmore are great mechanics. The serpentine belt in my truck broke right in front of your service station and your people were so right on top of it. They came out immediately and helped me out and in a matter of a few hours I was out of there with a new belt. Stopped in for a misfire that nearly had us stranded. Jim got us in right away and they quickly diagnosed the issue and had us fixed and back on the road in a couple short hours. Highly recommend this shop as they are honest and straightforward with their customers. I got into a minor accident while out of town and am so grateful I found this repair shop. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and professional. As I was out of town, it took me some time to return for my car and I greatly appreciate their flexibility. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in Colorado Springs.

Two friends referred me to AutoTech and they lived up to their excellent reputation. This was my first visit and I enjoyed my experience with Auto Tech and I definitely plan on returning for any future maintenance/repair work. We have old cars at the moment so we are aware that there are plenty of things that could use fixing. Jim was straight forward on prioritizing potential issues and letting us know what things were needed to get back on the road safely and what things could probably wait to be fixed.

We have been going here for years and their work is always great. They have great customer service and workmanship. They don't tell you to do unnecessary work. I recommend them to anyone that needs work on their car.

The receptionist team were Great. I was there for about an hour and a half. Waiting for my car. All of them were answering phones, that never stopped ringing as well as greeted everyone with that came in juggling every thing. Gary the tech above and beyond and made sure everything was done to satisfaction. It was nice to know that real customer service does exsist.

When we were having car troubles we were able to get our car in for diagnostics almost right away. They were able to help us quickly and at a fair rate. We will definitely go here again if we need car help... that won't be for awhile!

Horriable service. Paid them to replace my brakes are they are worse then when I took in my car - rude dishonest game playing. I don t see how the can stay in business with that kind service. And I caught them lyingWouldn t recommend using this service .Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My car was stalling and not acting right. Not only did they give it a once over and told me my oil change was perfect and all was good they diagnosed the problem and didn t add issues that were not a problem .I highly recommend Jim. Not sure all the good ratings ate decieving needed some work paid 280 gor them to tell me i need an oil change but for 280 they coukdnt hive me an oil change ? Oh yea they added freeon but that doesnt matter cause they said i need a new ac clutch which they said would run 1800

I am very happy with the service I received at Auto Tech. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. The tech noticed my brakes were worn and needed to be replaced. Auto Tech was able to get me in right away to replace them. I am very grateful for the shuttle service to and from work, then I don't have to take a cab or other car service.
