I took my 08 Kia Rondo to Tony at Auto Masters to get a tone up a few days ago first of all Tony did half my spark plugs and wire then had me come back to do the other half the next day or so, and when I got my car back my check engine light kept flashing and my car started shaking bad. So, I decided to take my car to the Kia dealership at Motor City and they said Tony (owner) Auto Master didn t connect my plugs and wires properly and and Tony disconnected another wire that had nothing to do with the tune up. I paid Tony a lot of money for this service all for the dealership to come behind Tony and fix what he messed up so I had to pay more money to Kia dealership to fix Tony s mess. I do not recommend no one to get their vehicle serviced at Auto Master. Also when I tried to explain to Tony what he did wrong he started yelling and swearing at me because of what he messed up. Tony didn t offer no solutions. Auto Masters is a joke because you ll get one thing fix there and 2 more problems will happen. I have nothing to gain by lying on this shop. Thanks for taking time out to read my complaint. Also I got my brakes done here less than 4 months ago. Pads and rotors and my brakes is already grinding. This shop is a rip off today s date 4/20/19

Bought a rebuilt trans with a 1 yr warranty, trans began leaking immediately after install. After several gasket changes and a pan the case turned out to be cracked. The owner refused to replace it under warranty claiming it was a mechanical defect of the truck and was not covered under warranty. My only option was to drop the trans myself and give it back to him to rebuilt in a new case, and pay for it. His transmissions are not quality and the warranty clearly means nothing.

Tony came in on a Saturday just for me. Had 4 tires replaced. Work was done quickly, correctly, and was very reasonably priced. The really cool thing about this shop is Tony and his crew do just about everything. Auto Masters just became my "go to" auto repair shop....something I've been looking for since I moved here 12 years ago.

Tony did a good job on my transmission and power steering pump hose. For that much money wish they would have washed the extra fluid that leaked out off the engine. Tony told me to just let it "burn off" instead. Kind of a toxic smell to me and my three year old. Oh well so happy to have the car back!

I assisted a friend who bought a car from this place. They were very fair when we negotiated on the price. They also have a car rental business at this location as well as auto repair. Very friendly staff.

Biggest rip-off mechanic I have dealt with in years. I gave this clown over $600 to do a tune-up and a few minor things to my truck. The week later lost power died out on me I had to tow it home I had it checked out and they said there wasn't a drop of oil in there. Therefore I blew a rod which means the motor is blown so I take it back to him and ask him why did he put in oil after charging me 600 plus dollars for a tune-up. He had the nerve to tell me that isn't included in the tune-up!! What kind of idiot will take your money supposably do a tune-up on your truck but not even check the oil he gave it back to me bone dry and the motor blew up then he tells me if I want him to put a new one not to mention thousands of dollars I've given him for other cars. He ruined an expensive Audi that belong to my nephew. I was told never to take it to him after he ripped off my nephew but he has did work for me before so I gave him the benefit of the doubt but after he told me a oriole change isn't included in a tune-up right then I knew he was a rip off piece of s*** I wouldn't take him my go-karts to work on crackhead mechanic she has he's lucky he didn't get his ass whooped worst experience with a mechanic in many years I warned you don't ever take anything to this clown if message your car up he will not own up to it or make it right with you big mistake for taking it to him

I bought a car from here the guy said it was in good shape and it just literally caught onto fire near my feet and I had to cut my seat belt off and grab my daughter out and then it burst into flames. By the time I got my daughter and I put it burst into flames. I went back to the guy that sold it to me and he laughed at me cause my daughter was in the car with me

They are pretty good here a little short handed like most auto shops but got my Transmission out and a rebuilt in in 2 days good guys here...Trust worthy... I do think. YUKON 96....

Do not buy use tire from them and do not send your cars to them and do not get job from them,in April 27,2021 he was being stupid that Tahoe junkyard car have no freaking brakes at all ,so it ran over my leg and rip my skin,I had to go hopital,and he doesn't not have stupid health insurance for employees I quit like after two months,Auto master did bad job , never finished customer hot rod some of it site there in shop like last 7 year never finished,I hope he gets mad and lost business
