Great customer service, They were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. I have had no issues with the quality of the install. They also have an excellent warranty to back up their service. I will definitely be considering using their service in the future when needed!

Very satisfied with the service I was provided from the front desk to the replacement of my windshield. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and was able to calibrate my Land Rover within minutes. I will definitely come back for all glass repair needs. Thank you!

Very pleasant and knowledge staff. The weight was a little length due to the volume of work, but that's understandable, overall the experience was great. Enjoyed the service. That customer service is outstanding. Will always recommend auto glass now.

Auto glass now has great prices and wonderful customer service. My windshield needed to be replaced and my insurance deductible is too high. They were able to quote me a price I could afford and with ZIP I was able to pay in 5 easy installments.

The entire process to replace my car's windshield was quick and easy. The person who also came to my house to do it was also kind and very professional. I would highly recommend anyone to get with these guys next time they need a windshield fixed or replaced especially if you need it done at home.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I needed my passenger side glass replaced on my Tacoma after someone broke into it. Auto Glass Now's staff left TONS of loose glass in my door, which you can hear rattling around when you open and close it. It honestly feels like they didn't even attempt to clean the broken glass out. So, I'm going to have to take my door apart now and clean it out myself. They also replaced the glass with the cheapest aftermarket glass possible, which doesn't even match my factory glass (factory has a blue-ish tint, the replacement does not). So now I'm left having to replace that myself as well.All in all, Auto Glass Now seems like another case of bad workmanship and a lack of pride in one's work that is all too common in 2023.Edit: just took my door panel off and it s missing about half the clips that hold it on. My truck is brand new, so I know this shop is the reason why they re missing. One of the trim pieces only had 1 of the 3 clips that holds it in. This shop is completely incompetent and has no care for their customers' property or attention to detail.

Great staff, super easy to work with and even though they don't have schedule appts I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Fantastic quality on the installation & calibration on the windshield. Best part besides the staff was the significantly lower cost compared to the competition, I literally paid 61% less here. I'm so glad i called them and I will be a repeat customer for any windshield needs.

Davis did a great job repairing my rock chip and Susan was able to have the appointment for repair the next morning unlike Safelite who was only able to get to the repair the soonest was over a week later!

The service was good and we got our window replaced.What I am NOT happy about is the fact that my husband found pieces of broken glass on the floor of the third row seating in his car. The window we needed to have replaced was spider webbed but held together by the manufacturers tint. Nobody bothered to clean it out. It just sat there until we found it tonight because he had a trunk or treat event to attend.Ya'll left broken glass in his car. If you won't be thorough with this kind of thing then I will take my business elsewhere next time. This is not only unprofessional but it's dangerous. This is sloppy.

This location says on the door they are open from 8am-6pm M-F and Saturday 8am-2pm and it s NOT!!!! So a little FYI They are open M-F 8-4 and Saturday & Sunday CLOSED!!!!

The ladies in the front were super helpful and nice! Even after having to reschedule 2 times they still treated me wonderful.I showed up a little later in the day so there were people in line before me but my car still got done in a timely manner! I stayed and waited for my car and they had a nice little waiting area with a coffee maker.

Worst experience ever! I d advise everyone to go to a reputable dealership. I called last week to get a quote to get the windshield replaced on my Mercedes GLC 300. Whoever I spoke to (who has no clue how to do their job) was given my VIN to order my windshield and she told me to drop my car off. She said it would take about 1.5-2 hours to replace it. When I arrived, the wrong windshield was ordered, it was for a Mercedes Sprinter van. If you received the VIN, how do you order the wrong thing? Not to mention, I was given a quote of $450 and told that my windshield may or may not need to be recalibrated, but come to find out that is a must. In addition, my car would need to stay for a couple hours, not 1.5-2 like she said.No worries, I rescheduled for today as I was told they would do the recalibration for free for the mix up. These people literally ordered the wrong thing AGAIN, and my quote went from $450 to $1,200. Mind you, I live about 30 minutes away, so there and back is an hour drive. They waited until I was home to call me to tell me. Hours wasted for absolutely no reason. Learn how to do your job.

They did great work replacing the glass of my jeep. They did tell me I had an appointment at 0830 that would take 1.5-2 hours but it was not an appointment it was a walk in and instead I had to wait for 6 or 8 plus vehicles in front of me. So plan for several hours if you are going to wait.

I only had to wait about 30 minutes for my car to be done, and the employees there were super friendly and helped me find the absolute best deal!! If we ever need auto glass again we will be going back to Auto Glass Now.

No noticeable difference before or after the "repair" I should have gone through safelite. They would have come to my house and I would have had better work done. These photos are before and after. Can't spot the difference? That's my point.I spoke to management about how I was dissatisfied and they completely blew me off. I truly regret bringing my vehicle here.Edit: Safelite came by to look at it. Said the shop did a poor job.
