I can t thank Aspen Auto Clinic enough. Our experience with Geico and Caliber Collision was horrible to say the very least. I brought our car in for a previous tire repair and they just repaired our passenger side mirror today. Both times Ryan and Byron were extremely kind, straight forward, honest and on top of everything. The part I needed came in, in less than a day, and they fixed it within an hour. In an industry where everyone seems to take you for a ride and lie to you about pricing, labor and parts I feel like I can trust Aspen Auto every time. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

1st time customer, got oil change. They also did a free inspection on my car. Which was helpful, so I know what needs to be done. Very friendly and did a great job. Nice waiting area with TV and charging plugs. A coffee and snack area too.

I got an oil change here, and I was very impressed with the facilities, the professionalism of the staff, and the prices were very fair. Mike and Ryan were the two gentleman that helped me today, and they were very courteous! I think I ve found my new auto shop!

I live in Fort Collins and I was down in Colorado Springs today when my engine began to overheat. In a panic, 150 miles from home, I began calling around to shops in the area to see if anyone could take a look at my car - the folks at Aspen Auto Clinic were the only ones who were willing to look at it without me having to wait over night.Byron immediately began to assess my vehicle, and he treated my emergency as if it were his own emergency. Byron not only diagnosed the issue (a faulty radiator cap), but he generously refilled the coolant my car had boiled off and pointed me in the right direction to where I could quickly acquire a new radiator cap. I am happy to report that I have replaced the radiator cap and was able to make it back home to Fort Collins without any additional issues - my coolant level seems to be holding steady.I was in a position where it would have been easy for a mechanic to take advantage of the situation I was in, but that is not what Byron and the folks at Aspen Auto Clinic are about. Byron was kind, considerate, professional, and he handled my issue with great poise and care. If Aspen Auto Clinic ever opens a location in Fort Collins they can count on my business because my experience with Byron has won me over as a customer.Thank you Aspen Auto Clinic, and a special thank you to Byron!

They were super helpful to fit me into their schedule quickly when I had major car trouble on a road trip. Fixed the problem and kept me updated on the process. The only thing I didn't like was feeling like they were trying to upsell me on other problems they noticed with the car, but a lot of mechanics do that. Overall, very helpful team and good communicators. I'm grateful they could help me out!

(Aug, 2023) I'm not one to post reviews about businesses, but in this case I just feel I have to. The team at Aspen Auto on Jet Stream Drive has provided service and support so above and beyond exceptional that I just want all of you to know this is where you want to go in servicing your vehicle. My old 1999 Chevrolet Suburban was going through its old age and kept presenting impossible requirements when it came to finding parts and performing service. Ryan and the team somehow kept finding a way forward. That's only part of it though. At times, they had to go with parts and solutions (due to availability) that didn't work for this old vehicle. However, when the issue caused some difficulties they were quick to credit back to me costs that didn't make sense and continue to find a new way to solve the problem. I'm big on integrity and honor, a left over from my military career. Let me just say I came to count on the integrity of this team like no other business experience I've encountered in a long, long time. They always took care of me, helped me with timelines, and just became a trusted friend in dealing with the problems of keeping an old car going. I know for me, after terrible (almost criminal) treatment at the dealership, Aspen Auto proved to be my most trusted advisor for car matters. It's bigger than just fixing the car though, which they do exceptionally well. These folks are the friend you want in the auto repair industry. They are the best I've seen in my 64 years for sure. Thanks Aspen Auto for being the kind of business you want to work with - something that is exceedingly hard to find these days. This was my first time at Aspen Auto Clinic and I have to say, I am very satisfied with the service I received! By some miracle, I called when they opened and they got me in within the hour. It was already a rough previous night/morning due to my truck issues (which would stress out anyone). I didn t know how exactly I was going to get to work, so they ordered a Lyft for me and put it on their account. I was more than grateful for the help!During the day, I was being updated though a link to see my truck s progress, plus text messages that walked me through everything! They even had an approve or deny check box for anything that needed to be purchased as they went which I was appreciative for since this prevented me from being blindsided with fees like other car shops I had previously been to. By the end of my shift, I called Steve to see when I should be expecting to get my truck back so I could plan rides throughout the week if need be, and to my surprise he said that they were test driving it and before I knew it, it was ready to be picked up! I was shocked that it was done the same day! The price was even decent and I was relieved to see that this wasn t going to break the bank!My whole experience had been nothing but wonderful and I m so thankful that I found this business! Their reviews were already great, but to experience it first hand was even better!Thank you to Steve, and the people at the front desk that helped me out (I m so sorry I didn t catch your names), I appreciate you guys more than you know! This place was awesome. Ryan took care of me. Friendly and answered any questions I had. Also, the lady that answered the phone, not sure of her name, was also polite and courteous when she was setting me up for after hours pick up. I took my vehicle here after another shop wanted to charge me for for parts that were not in need of replacement. All I have to say about that is that it wasn't very "Christian" of them. The best part is free estimates which is rare. Glad I found Aspen Auto Clinic on Jet Stream Dr. I will return when I need work done. I called and setup an appointment to get the timing chain fixed. I dropped off my vehicle early and left it with them all day. I was told they would call me within a few hours but at the end of the day I hadn't heard from them so I called in and asked for an update. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then a different guy came on the phone and said that the oil change hasn't been completed yet. What good is an appointment if they don't look at the vehicle and then come back and talk about an oil change when it was in for a timing chain. Not impressed with Aspen Auto and won't be going back!Service: Engine repair

I was worried when my car broke down the night of Thanksgiving. Luckily, Aspen got me taken care of quickly. They were responsive, speedy, and honest.I got a detailed report of my vehicle, including pictures and explanations of everything they found and suggested. They were able to fix my car, plus a few general maintenance tasks. I'm a long time customer, nearly ten years. They're not as expensive as a dealership but pricey. On the other hand, I've never had to take a car back for rework. I've recommended them to out-of-state visitors with car trouble and never heard anything bad. The only thing they couldn't figure out (why one car was a lemon) they were in good company. Excellent service and quality work. I have several vehicles that we take to Aspen and they always tell me if there is an issue that is needed to be fixed or if it can wait. My parents came from multiple states a way to visit, they had their car worked on and ready for the trip before leaving, however, after getting all the way here and getting up to the wolf lodge in springs their car was over heating. Aspen auto was the closest AutoShop to us, and boy, were we lucky!! They took the car in immediately and found that the heads needed machined. These guys took the heads over to the machining shop they use and had them put a rush on it. The guys at aspen were 100% on it, they would not let them on the road unless the car was running perfectly! They made sure the car was sound and ready to make the long journey back.(test driving it multiple times and ensuring no leaks or issues) I know my parents are so thankful for their thorough and honest work. Thank you!

This place is exceptional! My husband normally changes my oil and so he went and got all the supplies and come to find out that the oil drain plug was ruined by the Walmart in Durango. We called Aspen and they got my car in quick! Used our supplies for the oil change and really took care of us even though it wasn t a mistake by them! Everyone was pleasant as well!Service: Oil change

My husband & I have been taking our vehicles to Aspen Auto Clinic for over ten years and we wouldn t think of taking them anywhere else! We couldn t ask for any better service than what we receive from them. They alway perform excellent work which they stand-by if you have to bring a vehicle back for any reason. If you re looking for a place that treats your right and does quality servicing, check these guys out. I have never been prior to today but will be going back. Their location on Jet Stream feels like a nice doctors office waiting room; not a dirty uncomfortable space like is typical. I also loved that I could see the car being worked on as I waited. My experience here was incredible! They were quick, gave great customer service, and communicated efficiently! They didn t bother me with recommended repairs while my vehicle was being serviced, but instead put the recommended repairs on my invoice with the prices so that I could make a decision for the next time I come in. This was the first time I had gone to Aspen Auto Clinic and I was very impressed with the service I received. They got me in right away for an oil change and quoted me a very fair price. They said it would take an hour and it was done exactly 1 hour later. They have a very nice, clean facility with a very nice waiting area. Krystal, the service advisor, was very nice and professional. I will definitely be going back for future service. I highly recommend this business!Service: Oil change

We towed our 95 Chev C/K 2500 diesel pickup into the Aspen Auto Clinic at their Mark Dabling location in July, when it no longer felt safe to drive. We took it in for an unsafe fuel issue, but appreciated that we received a thorough, prioritized list that helped us choose the items we needed for them to fix immediately and the few items we could fix ourselves or need to keep an eye on.It's been more than 3 months since we took the truck in and we can say we've not have any issues since their repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

One of the most painless and convenient experiences I ve ever had with getting a vehicle serviced. The inspection was completely transparent with photos and explanations on why a service was being recommended. I was able to pick and choose what I wanted done from the comfort of home without any kind of pressure or sales push. The complimentary ride to and from the shop was icing on the cake of an excellent service experience. I feel very strongly these people are much better at finding 'problems' then they are diagnosing real issues and fixing them. My vehicle was literally limping and wouldn't speed up. I took my car in, told them what lights came on and what was happening. They charged me $220 to do an inspection. That's fine. They spoke with me, listed everything they found wrong with the vehicle (about $8000), and then talked a lot about a few specific things. Struts, knuckles, hubs, axles... Admitting they didn't know what was causing the problem but that if I got this stuff fixed that it could very possibly be causing the issue. Of course, these were the BIG TICKET items. I told them no on everything and just dealt with it. I then took it to my normal mechanic HELLEMS AUTO, who I should have taken it to first off but didn't out of convienence. Within literally 30 seconds, Bob felt he knew what was wrong. They called me a couple hours later confirming that the mass airflow sensor needed replaced and it was causing my car to go into Limp Mode. $380. They fixed it and I've never had the issue since.Aspen listed this briefly on their laundry list of things that needed fixed. Quoted it at $532. But focused entirely on the other issues I mentioned. The knuckles. The axles. Etc. The reality is they just aren't as good of mechanics.This kind of thing has happened about 3 times now with them and I've learned my lesson. Never going back and giving my business to someone who has given me suspect service at best. Regardless if it's convenient because I live near them. I'll drive the 25 minutes to HELLEMS

Long story short, the awesome folks at Aspen auto helped to correct a poor and negligent oil change that was performed by another company...and they didn't even charge us a penny! Definitely consider making them your top choice for any auto care needs.

Simply the best in town so far in my experience! Ive been to several other shops in Colorado Springs and Denver since 2001 and was totally impressed by the caliber of services provided at Aspen in comparison to the others. Every staff member I dealt with there went above and beyond with great customer service. The service advisor Nate is top notch and accommodated getting my car in and completed sooner than I had expected. Prices seemed very reasonable in comparison to other shop visits I've had in town, but Aspens work warranty is better at 3 years. I met with Byron the BMW specialist who worked on my car. I was really impressed by his expert knowledge of the vehicle and the solutions he provided to get the car up and running. No question ever went unanswered and there were never any hidden fees when i picked up the car after the work was completed. My car is the BMW 530.

If you re bored, have nothing to do with your time, and love to pay an outrageous amount of money to hear your brakes squealing then this is a great place for you to take your car.We paid almost $900 to have our front brakes replaced and the car squealed at every stop immediately after picking it up. We went back and they replaced them again a few weeks later, blaming bad brake pads. Same story upon pickup. The third time, same story. Our car is now with a different brake repair shop.We re being told that the brakes pads are basically the cheapest available. We were not offered different options at Aspen Auto Clinic.Needless to say, if there was a negative star available I would be choosing that option.Services: Brakes, Oil change

The people here are great, they shoot you straight, aren t pushy about repairs, and after a reasonably priced oil change, do a follow up call to make sure everything is on the up and up! Worth the price when you compare to the cheap jiffy lube type places that try to get you to buy extra stuff and probably rush the work not doing due diligence.
