I cannot recommend American Tire Exchange, Inc. ENOUGH you guys. I ve had nothing but phenomenal experiences here. Every bit of communication has been personable and informative. Every in person experience has been kind and straight to work. They always get me in and out in such a reasonable amount of time and the tires have been SO affordable and durable. If you re needing anything for trailers, trucks, cars, etc. This is the place to go hands down. I drive 45 minutes to them because I love their work and the experience.Thank you guys so much for being so awesome to work with!!!

I blew out a tire and needed a replacement. American Tire s price was much better than any other place I called.I had called late in the day and was told they would need to get the tire from there warehouse so they wouldn't be able to get it until the next day. I called the next morning and was told they would have the tire I. About 2 hours and that they would call me when it was in. In just under 2 hours I received a call telling me my tire was in.when I arrived at the shop they got me right in fixed my tire and I was on .y way in less than half an hour. Everyone that I talked to was friendly courteous and helpful. I would recommend this business highly. I there was one small criticism it would be that they need some signage for there shop.

Friendly fast service. Family-owned business with great people! I got a great deal on used tires. I think that they also give Factory prices on new tires. They got us in and out quickly. My only complaint was that I wish their wood fire stove had been burning when I was there because my toes were freezing. But they really did not have enough customers coming and going for that as I was there on a Saturday. God bless family-owned businesses!

Second time using ATEx and both experiences were wonderful. Responsive in communication, quick scheduling, had what I needed in stock for same day service, very competitively priced, friendly office and service staff, quick installation. I ll continue to use them! Worth the trip for me. Thanks Chris!

Great fast service.. I got a flat on my food truck, SPAF BBQ, posted on our page, and they reached out saying they could get it done quick. I was in n out the next day within an hour! Thank you guys! Will definitely be using again.

These guys have been great to me for multiple vehicles. May be a little out of the Springs, but worth the beautiful ride out. Handle things like professionals and take the extra time to make sure you are good to go by the time you leave.. Thanks Chris and team..

Awesome tire shop. Owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. You will find new and used tire of a great quality. Also the work on campers, rv's, trailers. Highly recommended I'm sending my family and all my friends. Thank you Lonnie and Chris for taking care of my car, trailer and Rv.

Excellent service! I got an education regarding tires. It was refreshing to have things explained. They took time with me. I thought I needed 2 tires and instead was told I only needed 1! Where else does that happen? I recommend to others, get your tires at American Tire Exchange.

These guys are great! Super efficient, competitive prices, and honestly have amazing customer service. They helped me out twice with quick turn of fixing tires with bolts in them and then mounting/balancing/setting up new tires. Fixed the old ones in 30 minutes and got the new ones set up in 45 minutes.

This place is amazing, Chris was able to get my tires broken off the rim, soaped, new tires on the rim, balanced and complete in under 5 minutes, I love the results and it was incredibly affordable! I will return here everytime, this place is amazing.

The folks at American Tire Exchange understood my needs and suggested a number of options for me that fit my budget. I felt as though I was dealing with folks in a small town, very comfortable and personable. The work was completed in a timely, professional manner. Totally pleased and I will return in the future.

This is the worst experience I ve ever had with a business. A true horror story. I dropped my machine off to get new tires and came back to find the door (worth $3,000) compared shattered and broken. They refused to pay for or fix it and demanded I pay them for the tires or they d keep my machine. They refused to give me a service agreement or invoice, and even increased the agreed upon price from $1,100 to $1,470 for the tires. They broke my machine they were supposed to put new tires on and then held it hostage.

Chris scored me some odd size tires for my truck that had 95% tread left. That saved me at least a $1000 from buying them new Great value and service. If you live out east you need to check them out

I had old tires abandoned on my property by an evicted tenant. American Tire Exchange picked up the tires and took care of my problem very timely and at a reasonable price.

Just recently moved to the area and got a nail in my tire. I did a quick search nearby and found American Tire Exchange. What a great experience!As soon as I pulled up I was helped immediately and treated so courteously. They were able to patch my tire while I waited (mere minutes)! For the fast, professional work and fantastic customer service I received, the price was even better.I will definitely be returning to American Tire Exchange! Great local business!

These guys are fast and friendly. They were able to get tires that are not easily found in stock by next day. Delivered and installed next day beat the online route to new tires. Plus the price was right at American Tire Exchange. I found them online via. nearby tire shops search where I visited their website. Nice page, but this would be my only concern because wheel alignment is offered as a service. I was told they aren't doing wheel alignments yet. That disappointed me because the service link was very explanatory of how important wheel alignment is with the installation of brand new tires and what a good job they will do. Other than this discrepancy the shop did a fine job.
