Hector and Quentin were great. I appreciate Quentin going above and beyond to help get the trade in allowance and other perks where they needed to be so the final price was right for us. Hector was patient with us when looking at other options before making our final selection. We were disappointed when it came to the financing office. Initially were weren't given options on what financing company and was immediately asked to start signing papers. Before we signed anything we asked to see what financing options we were given and the only one presented was at an over 8% interest rate. We then began finding our own financing company because of our excellent credit, we knew we could find something better. Then magically the finance office had a different financing option of 5.8% That was extremely frustrating. Based on my high credit score, that option should have been presented first. Or at the very least, multiple options of financing companies and interest rates. Make sure to do your research when it comes to financing options and don't be afraid to secure your own financing.

Booked my service online. Service was confirmed. I arrived early and they let me in. They had no record of my appointment and said that they had a new system. They still got me in but it took longer than I had planned. It was a good thing I had someone to pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait. Other than that, the service was great. They were professional and friendly and I will be a customer as long as I reside in the area.

First time using the Service Dept. I had a wonderful experience, my service consultant, Nick, was very friendly and helpful. I was able to use my Buick reward points at this dealership, where I had not been able at other dealerships. Overall, great customer service, very much appreciated. I'll be back.

Been taking my GMC there for service for 7 years. I ve always stated I get 2 free oil changes per year per my purchase agreement. For 7 years they honored it without question. Today they advised I had no such agreement and needed to pay for the oil change. When I asked why the agreement had been honored and I had not been advised of such previously they could only say the charges been written off but they didn t know why. They even tried to tell me I had in fact paid for the last 2 oil changes with my CC. I corrected them and stated those were warranty deductibles for other work. They back tracked their statement at that point but still could not provide any reason why they had honored the oil change agreement for 7 years until today. Of course the manager they had consulted with all morning was now in a sales meeting and unavailable. I only learned there was an issue after the oil change was completed so of course I had no option but to pay. I never expect anything for free but when you are told you have this included and they honor it for 7 years (1-2 oil changes per year) you would take advantage of it too. I truly feel they didn t stand up to an agreement they had honored all this time and suddenly pulled a switch and bait on me where I was forced to pay. Yeah, it s only $90, probably costs them $30, but if they did that to me over such a small amount I wouldn t trust them. My son is a mechanic and he offered to change my oil for free, but I thought, why do that when I have this as part of my agreement? Anyway, I won t be going back and would recommend you get your estimate in writing before you give them the keys. Even for a simple oil change.

Hector made purchasing my new car so easy. He was very accommodating to my requests and concerns. He is also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Hector is an excellent salesperson. He is honest and has integrity, which is very valuable these days. I really appreciate the fact that Hector knew his product but also let the product sell itself too. He did an excellent job, making the sale extremely easy for both of us. Thanks Hector

Larry was amazing! We found through working with him that we had a common friend that had been to him and purchased a car. Larry was very patient polite and very fun to work with.We did not enter the dealership, intending on purchasing a vehicle, but getting information and seeing what we thought would be what we want we walked away with the exact price we were told the car would be the payment within the range we needed to be in our budget and it did not take all day just a few hours.

Once we started working with Scott Murphy our feelings of frustration for shopping for a new car diminished. He was great! Very helpful and had answers for all of our questions. Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful. Though I would have liked to take more time with the young lady doing the financial part of this purchase.

This dealership has given me the worst experience. I bought a 2020 Audi, expecting it to be looked over and fixed before I bought it. Never did I expect a used car to look brand new but it should have been checked and cleaned up. That did not happen. I don t even think the popped the hood once. It broke down not even 24 hours of having it and took 22 days to fix. I scanned the code before they got the car and it was the fuel pump. 22 days to fix a fuel pump. I tried returning the car during this, the sales manager gave me the run around and refused. I was not offered a rental or any sort of compensation so for 22 days I was without a car because of them. Right after getting the car back, another issue occurred with the windshield not being calibrated so the sensors were not working so then we arranged for the windshield to be replaced and calibrated. I went to drop of the car and waited 2 hours before I left without the rental I was offered in my own car. Not only do I think this dealership is shady but they do not know how to treat customers or ensure their cars are up to a good standard, used or not. I am very unhappy with the service and the standards they hold for their sales people and cars they sell.

Scott has exceptional customer service skills and was beyond patient helping us find a new truck. He spent two weeks finding exactly what my husband wanted.Scott and his GM were great to work with. They both helped us get the best deal, on our new Denali truck. We will be back soon for our next SUV.

I ve purchased over a dozen new cars and I think this was one of my best experiences with a traditional car dealership! Our salesman, Doug, was patient, knowledgeable, and overall a genuine person that didn t come off like a typical salesman. It was refreshing that he didn t try to put us in something we didn t want, sell us what they wanted to sell, and didn t come out the gate asking about finances, money down, credit checks and all that.The finance manager was great too! We actually only planned on purchasing one vehicle from them and going to another dealership for my wife s vehicle. But the experience was feeling right so we inquired about SUVS. Instead of showing up what they had on a screen, Doug took the time to start the entire process over and walks us around the lot and let us test drive 3 or 4 more vehicles before finding the right one. So we ended up purchased 2 cars from them that night and the finance manager was able to meet all our financial needs and expectations with both purchases.The truck I purchased wasn t fully ready for sale since it had some parts they still needed to install and Doug made sure that the day he told me it would be ready, he met the deadline and had it ready. Often times with dealerships it feel like it s hard to get them to stick to what they say or have any urgency with anything so I appreciated that! I m looking forward to working with them with my service appointments for both vehicles. Had this experience felt like a traditional dealership, we had a few other places we wanted to test drive with but because it felt so great, we ended up staying and buying 2 cars from them! Keep that up Alpine!

Booked an oil change online. Got a reminder the day before the appointment. When I arrived no record of appointment. Still got me in though but took almost 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Girl at the desk was nice but she definitely needs some help. Looked like she was doing the job of 3.

Bryan was the nicest person, I felt no pressure, he really worked hard for me with lots of scenarios with my preapproval, he went way out of his way, when I was in a situation where I couldn t get my new used card today he came and got me and took me there. Don t ever let him go! Bryan has great integrity,, and it was actually fun and wonderful experience with buying a car! I d give him 100 and stars if I could!

I would like to recognize Doug the salesman at Alpine Buick Colorado Springs for his honesty, commitment and thecway he kept in communication with me during my hunt down of a specific vehicle I was looking for. I had 2 very bad experiences with 2 other dealerships and after explaining my frustration with the other 2 shady dealerships he took the time to assure me they did in fact have the vehicle on the lot. He sent me a Video assuring it was available. After some confusion after i was contacted by their Denver location, he went above and beyond to clear up th confusion. They had adentical cars for sale. Although I didnt end up purchasing the car he had for sale I really appreciate the time, patient's and effort to make sue I was properly taken care of and didnt do shady business as the other previous dealships. Thank you Doug!

Do not buy your car here! Went here to buy a car. Knew what I was after and told them. They decided to put me in a different car. Which was a nice car just not really what I was after but went with it. Since it wasn't the car I was after I negotiated and this got the manager really upset telling me it's not the same car which my response was but it's not the car I'm after, so you got to do something if you want me to leave with it. Got the car, right away things weren't working. This is 2022 BTW and it is now 2024. Brought it in under warranty miles to have it looked at. Tech had a horrible attitude because he couldnt figure it out. Found out needed a module. Been over a year, never got a call to replace it and now they want to look again and reorder it since the warranty has passed even though I bought the extended warranty for extra coverage from the wheels up amd they tell me this might not be covered. Took extra money from me for nothing at signing since this extra warranty is garbage. Horrible customer service as they blame the customer instead of fixing mistakes. Very disappointed. People you have alot of options in Colorado Springs for a vehicle. Give someone else your business.

I just went back to Alpine Motors South in Colorado Springs to see some vehicles. My salesman Doug is awesome he went above and beyond for me. He sent me some pics of vehicles that I might be interested in before I went up to springs to see him and see the vehicle's I was able to let him know which ones I liked and wanted to see as soon as I got there and he made sure they were available to test drive and check out. Doug was great and I really appreciate him and his team that helped us through the whole deal. Thank you Doug!! I love my truck!!If you are in need of a new or used vehicle go see Doug and his team you won't regret it.!!

Doug is a fantastic sales rep, very honest and prompt with his communication back to me. I can honestly say, my experience buying a used truck from Alpine GMC South was so much easier than I would ve ever expected. Doug definitely listens to your needs as a customer, rather than shoving you into a vehicle that doesn t fit your budget or needs. There aren t many honest sales reps out there anymore, but I can tell you Doug is top tier as far as honesty and integrity are concerned. I would strongly suggest getting in touch with Doug at Alpine GMC South if you want an honest, straight forward sales rep to help you get into a vehicle that actually fits your needs

The appointment was made after ensuring the part was in stock to fix a specific problem and then a regular oil change and all point inspection. After 2 hours, I was then asked if I wanted the work done that the appointment was actual made for. After another 2+ hours, I was finally able to leave. This was the first time that I was unsatisfied with the service. Normally when I had an appointment, the service dept would be done within 30-40 minutes, but the first 2 hours were just on the oil change. A couple other issues after the paperwork was read in detail, which they didn t go over with me at the dealership. In the past, when you made an appointment the service techs concentrated on the work required before moving on to another vehicle., but now it appears they changed to be just like every other garage and get as many vehicles in as possible. Unfortunately, they have more than likely lost a customer.

I booked an appointment online and when I got there, they said I didn t have one. They did get me in which is great however it seems oils changes take forever here. My first one was done in and out 30 min. I think that s to make you think it s fast and smooth. Then it turns into an hour to and hour and a half

When going over numbers, the dealership added tinted windows and a bra to the vehicle we were told we had to pay as it was already in the vehicle. However, this added expense to the cost of the vehicle was not listed on the vehicle and not revealed to us until we were discussing numbers. We were told it was already on the car and we basically had no choice and had to pay for it.

Took my truck in for an issue and was looked at within hours. Text updates were perfect because I was in meetings all day. Anthony was great to deal with and will be back!
