Airport Automotive had my vehicle towed in quickly and diagnosed my issue in the same day. They had the repair done by the next day and offered to pick me up at my home to pick up vehicle. The truck was cleaned to perfection when I arrived. Everyone there is purely professional and courteous. I highly recommend this,business.

My overall experiences with Airport Automotive was/is very satisfying. Jake, JD, Dan and the whole crew are supportive, knowledgeable, friendly ,and good natured . They treated me right ,and far exceeded my expectations. Step by step they kept me well informed of any and all that was taking place to repair my jeep. They all did a fantastic job . We have a Mazda 6 and had hydrolic clutch problems. Within 30 seconds of talking to the mechanic on the phone, I knew we had picked the right place. They addressed every concern, were up front about pricing, which was more than reasonable. They were able to keep us on the road while our car was in service with a loaner vehicle. They kept us informed every step of the way, and in less than 2 days had our vehicle back in great running condition. I believe they take care of you like family, and I won't go anywhere else now that we have them. They are kind, knowledgeable, and even take pictures and video of diagnostics. Thanks again guys for the wonderful service. You've earned our business for life.

My experience with Airport Automotive was amazing. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family. The service was great, they kept me informed daily on progression with my car and were beyond friendly. JD was the MAN!! He helped me out every day letting me know changes and letting me know how to move forward. Matt Fowler does an amazing job in what he does, the shop is clean and cozy, friendly all around. 10/10.

Airport Automotive did what the Mazda dealership could not. I have an 2010 Mazda RX8. It is in excellent condition. Less than $1,500.00 and it was back to great running condition. Mazda on Test Dr off Woodman Blvd wanted $13,000.00. Said the engine was seized and needed a new engine. Airport Automotive has my continued business. Trust goes along way, and they gave me updates and estimates thru the entire process, including weather it would be a 'nice to have' or 'need to have done' and why it needs to be done. All positive experience throughout.Services: Engine repair, General repairs, Auto maintenance

Last week during the snow storm my Husband spun out and hit a curb and had some hefty damage to our axle and control arm. Despite weather conditions, I was able to get my vehicle towed in the same day and inspected. I believe it was Jake that worked on our car & also spoke with JD over the phone (forgive me if I confuse the names from spotty memory) and everyone was such a huge help. They serviced our car faster than any mechanic I've ever been to in CO and did a phenomenal job at communicating with me and my Husband about the entire process. We were 1st time customers and will now be for a lifetime. Our car is performing well since our service and we both want to thank you for taking us in on such short notice & a big job. We will be returning for regular maintenance. Thank you for all of your help, great customer service & swift work.Definitely... HIGHLY....recomme d!-Cierra & Andrew

Communication was consistent. Time frame was fast. Having the option for a loaner car while mine gets work one is nice. Customer service was friendly. Though, my car continued to stall hours after I picked it up and with less than 3 miles of driving. No codes appeared and work was done in attempts to figure out the source of the problem, but it didn t work for my car. Not entirely their fault but was told it ran well without stalling after they test drove it and now it s not. Had to take it to the Toyota dealership this morning.

I first called and spoke to Harlen on the phone to set up my appointment, he was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about what I needed for my vehicle. I came in for routine carbon cleaning as preventative maintenance. They did a full inspection of my vehicle with photos and everything, you can see for yourself if your car has any issues at all! That I was already impressed with, let alone how friendly the staff are, how up front they are with everything is refreshing considering how mechanics can be nowadays. My car runs great after their service, and they cleaned my car too. They also do loaner cars so if you have to leave your car you can take one of there's. It is really rare to find service this good. Harlen was a great help and I appreciate him going through everything with me and explaining how the system works. They also have live updates texted to you about the service which I think is great. Overall a wonderful experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Someone attempted to steal my car and even though they were unsuccessful, they did a bit of damage to it in the process. Airport Automotive was awesome. Jake was able to get my car in the same day that I called. The team was so quick to get everything evaluated and replaced, I had it back to me within a few days good as new. Jake kept me updated every step of the way and made this experience so much easier for me.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto glass replacement

Fantastic work replacing the front crank seal on my MazdaSpeed Miata. They made short work of finding the leak and were able to have it repaired affordably and quickly!I even got pictures and videos of the whole inspection and repair process.

I really enjoy driving my 2021 Porsche Cayenne however we have been traveling for months now and needed a thirty thousand mile service which can be very challenging due to lack of Porsche dealerships and finding a shop who you can trust, not to mention costs.While traveling from Idaho through Colorado I was in search of a competent Porsche mechanic which is very difficult and expensive. I interviewed JD who set up my appointment, loaner vehicle and was incredibly impressed in many ways regarding this organization. Not only was the staff respectful when arriving, knowing I ve been on the road for months and just passing through Colorado Springs they were prepared, organized and complete gentleman. My loaner was ready, cleaned, and filled with fuel. When we picked the vehicle up, the staff met me in the parking lot, attached my towed rig and made sure that all my questions were answered. Before leaving I had a special conversation with the staff regarding todays work ethics. They were astute and aware of our worker shortage in the US and the perspective of the issue that is now occurring. Being a entrepreneur, I ve hired and fired more people than most can imagine however, I would hire anyone of these gentlemen to come work for me any day of the week. Porsche quoted me approximately $3300.00 for a thirty thousand mile service and maintenance. I saved approximately $1600.00 with a military discount and a job well done. Oh, I also forgot my dress shirt in the loaner car but JD is now mailing it to my home address. People, forget the rest, this shops the best!

JD (front desk) was great - friendly, polite, and responsive. Unfortunately the quoted price and labor hours were far out of line for the work needed based on my research, and I was charged a $105 diagnostic fee that I felt was also excessive given the issue was easily confirmed by visual inspection (broken sunroof track).

Look elsewhere. I took my wife's car to Airport Automotive to get repaired after an accident. They squeezed my insurance company for a sizeable amount of mechanical work and then pushed me off for body work elsewhere. The body shop identified clearly visible additional damage that resulted in a total loss. The additional damage was over $10,000 more so I'm sure Airport Automotive could have caught this and totaled the car. Instead, they took the chance to get paid for work they knew would never help me. Now I'm out over $4400. These guys clearly value a buck over people. Do not use this company. They are crooks and will take advantage of you.Services: General repairs & maintenance, General repairs

Our older car had A LOT of ongoing problems, many that others had claimed to fix. G got us running smoothly, with budget in mind, and our engine is sparkling. And JD kept us in the loop diligently the entire time.

The staff was very personable, the work they did was thoroughly documented and explained, but what really stood out was the free loaner car they provided to keep me mobile while my car was down. Great shop, highly recommend

Matt, JD and Jake have always been a pleasure! Unlike any other repair shop, they communicate well, provide regular updates WITH PICTURES, and explain everything no matter how many questions I have. I have been a regular customer for many years now. We unfortunately have had a number of mechanical car issues of recent and the whole Airport team has taken great care of us.We ve had them work on our Jeep Cherokee, 2 dodge Rams, Jeep wrangler, & Toyota Corolla IM.Forever customer here!

Airport Automotive is simply the best of the best. Very excellent service on axle bearings, brakes, and overall car care; amazing. No need to use the Toyota dealership if you have a Lexus or a Toyota.

Airport Automotive has assisted me through an insurance total loss claim and were phenomenal! It s stressful when you unexpectedly loss your only mode of transportation but J.D and Jake helped me through the process and maintained peak communication with me as we went thru the process. They have since helped me with an electrical issue in my new vehicle and had me in and out in the same day like new! I got email updates along the way with details and photos! 10/10 recommend. They broke down pricing to me an seemed on par if not better than other local shops. Loved that they had a shuttle service to offer customers as well. The services and customer service have definitely earned them a loyal customer!

I always have to give it up to company s that go above and beyond with service. Airport automotive is one of them. These guys had my vehicle in and back on the road in no time. I brought the car in specifically asking for an oil change and tire rotation. $188 and 3 hours later, I got an oil change and that's it. But they did charge me to tell me the exact same thing the Toyota app tells me, and charged me $20 to wipe down my dash. No tire rotation.
