My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars, because they truly deserve 10. Their quality of work and customer service is beyond reproach. I have a 96 F-250 that was shifting hard into 3rd. I took it to another shop where they gave me the option to service or completely rebuild. I went with the service and immediately developed a leak. The leak got progressively worse and nearly left me stranded in Grandby CO. I took it back to the shop and all they could confirm was that it was in fact leaking and the only option was again was a rebuild, even though the transmission had not leaked until they serviced it. So I took it to accelerate auto and transmission. Right off the back, Ben was excellent. He did tell me the potential of having to rebuild but gave it the old college try anyways. Unfortunately the transmission was fried, likely due to the leak that was caused by the previous service and a rebuild was the only option. They rebuilt my transmission and were reasonable with their pricing ( cheaper than the other shop). They also went above and beyond and fixed an additional underlying issue that also helped in the performance of the truck. My truck runs great and I wasn t raked over the coals cost wise. Although I never wish transmission issues on anyone, if you have em, definitely bring them to Accelerate Auto and Transmission. They are also very military friendly. Thanks Again Ben!

Accelerate was able to do a repair on my 2001 Subaru that seemingly nobody else in town was able to do. They were quick, communicative and reasonably priced. I also had major work done with them in 2019 and have yet to have issues with any of those repairs. Now that I've "rediscovered" them, I'll definitely be back.

I have struggled to find a mechanic I can trust since moving here 5 years ago because my family had been using the same mechanic since I was 12. I am so happy that after all this time I have found a mechanic I can trust to not pull one over on me as a young woman. Could not recommend them enough.

If I could give more stars I would! Best experience I've had in the auto world when I felt absolutely defeated with a 4wd problem with my work truck, and I need 4wd year round with my small business. I had a tricky problem and these guys just kept at it until it was solved! 10/10 recommend!

My experiences with Accelerate have been extremely positive. The biggest factor for me is that feeling of trust. They are an honest bunch and that means everything to me. They also seem to be a step ahead of other auto services around town. They troubleshoot better, faster, and they cut you a nice break if you have your problem resolved there. Ben is extremely personable and will give you a feeling of confidence in the work they do. These are good people! Love this place.Service: Brakes

I can't say enough good things about Accelerate Auto. I've taken my cars to Joe for years and he has never let me down. Good prices and excellent work. These days, I only trust Accelerate to work on my vehicles because the work is done right by someone I trust. Took my 2005 astro van here got the transmission rebuild. Went to work in Denver the van was not right took the van back to Accelerate and they looked at my van right away. Found out it was the cats. Now the van runs great and gets 18 miles per gallon when it was only getting 15 on the highway. Very happy with the work done. Accelerate has real techntions. I will always use them as my mechanic. Really thankful for theses guys! I had a part break on my truck and was pointed in this direction. No parts store had the part and it would be two week if I had ordered it on Amazon. It was really kind of them to sell me the part at a killer price, I was fixing my trans myself so they could have easily told me to order it online like every one else but they were there with advice about how to do it and that means the world to me. Will definitely be coming here again.

I had a transmission that was going out in my car and I could not really afford buying a new one. I went to Accelerate Auto & Transmission to see if they could fix it. They gave me a quote that seemed fair and so I left my car for them to rebuild the transmission. I will be honest, I was a little skeptical since I never been there before but after they completed their work and went over their warranty, I felt pretty good. After a while a few check engine lights came on (not related to the transmission) and they took a look at it and was able to fix them completely. This auto shop is amazing! they treat their customers well and the provide fair pricing. I will be taking my car hear for any future work I may need for my car. I highly recommend this place.

I can not say enough good things about the amazing staff at Accelerate Auto & Transmission. Kind, patient, honest!After being quoted 4500 - 5500 for transmission repair with used parts at another local repair shop, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. In my first phone call with Shane, he lifted a huge weight off my shoulders assuring me they would be happy to assist me and I would not be charged astronomical prices.The next week they made time for my car repair and walked me through the entire process each step at a time. They came across additional repairs and waited to do any extra work before discussing with me first. Unfortunately, my arrangement for payment fell through so I had to come up with another way to pay for the repairs. The entire time Shane was nothing but understanding, patient & kind. My car sat parked in their lot for over a week completely repaired as they waited for me to come get it & never once were impolite.I arrived early to get my car on Monday, & expected to be waiting to be assisted until open at 8am. Shortly after arriving, I was let in before open & promptly taken care of. The staff at Accelerate did exceptional work on my vehicle in an extremely timely manner & charged me $1,400 less for double the work of the other repair shop.Thank you so much to Shane and the rest of the amazing staff! I appreciate you all so much.

Owners are directly doing the work, and they take on all challenges. They charge fair prices for high-quality service. They don't recommend work that is not needed.

They went through and rebuilt a 1950 Chevy three speed transmission for me a few years back and I was very pleased with their price, timeliness and quality. This week I brought them our 2007 Ford Edge, with about 85K miles on it, because the transmission was slipping intermittently. They had it for a day and half trying to replicate the problem, but to no avail. Instead of creating a chargeable issue they gave the car back at no charge. That is a level of honesty that I really appreciate. Quality, timely, fair price and honest - they earned my business. Thanks!Service: Transmission

I usually do not do reviews but felt this company and especially Ben should be recognized for EXCELLENT Customer service and EXCELLENT Car repair! I highly recommend their automotive services! I was having some transmission issues and called their shop late Friday afternoon, after getting a huge quote for repairs from another shop, and I had spoken with Ben and explained what was going on with my vehicle, he had gotten me in their shop first thing Monday morning, which was really important for me, hard to be without a vehicle. They inspected my car and found what needed to be repaired, Ben then had called and told me what was wrong and what needed to be done, along with a price, and also made sure it was ok with me before they proceeded to make the repairs. I am very happy with the repair of my car, and also very happy with the price of the repair; very reasonable half the price of what the other shop quoted. Finally, an honest auto shop! I wish I had found them sooner. They are my new mechanics!Service: Transmission

Well deserved 5 star review. Needed a complete rebuild on my 48re transmission for my 06 Dodge 2500 Cummins. They did a solid stage 2 rebuild that s good for 450hp and kept it under budget. Best recommendation from my dear friend. My 2000 SUV broke down up on rampart range. Took a few weeks to find somebody trustworthy. Going with Joe and the guys here was amazing. So happy to have my vehicle back on the road in such a short time. Rebuilt transmission and integrity to call and discuss issues as they find them. This is my new go to for all my mechanical needs. Kevin has taken care of our family vehicles for years. I was thrilled when he opened his own shop. Everyone at Accelerate is knowledgeable, HONEST, and friendly. I have a an older vehicle which still runs in top shape thanks to these folks. If I take it for repairs, I know what's wrong, what it's going to cost, and if something else is found wrong, Kevin is very upfront about whether it is something that needs to be done immediately, or if it can wait.No matter which one of the guys help you, you can trust what they say, and they know what they're doing !! I recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic!~~Same 5-star rating as last time I completed a review. I dropped my 2000 Blazer off thinking it was the end due to the noise it was making, but no, just needed an alternator and a few other things. Awesome customer service provided with honesty and integrity like every other time I have been here. I would recommend this shop to anyone with any type of vehicle. These guys are the best !

Very fair prices, accommodating, and do what the customer want. I love how they stand behind their work. I had my engine swapped with one I provided. They sent the original back for me for my core fee. My alternator wire came undone soon after the repair, later did I find out, and they had no problem looking at it again. I was in a very tight spot and they certainly delivered

Thank you so very much Shane! I came to these guys with my car needing a simple fix, and they told me i had a very serious issue. I needed a lot of work done and didn't have the money at the time. Shane and the guys at Accelerate Auto really helped me out with the price and they did an amazing job. My car is running better than ever before now. These guys know their stuff and take care of your car. They can work with you!

These guys are fantastic! They've replaced several parts in my Mazda and have done a great job every time. After I got my front axles replaced I heard a noise down there while driving, so I asked them about it. They said that it would be covered under warranty if they made a mistake, and they drove my car to diagnose it for free. When they found the problem (which they didn't cause), we ended up jumping some hoops to get the car repaired, as more problems were revealed.I don't know much about cars. My favorite thing about these guys is that they really could have tried to take advantage of me. Instead, they educated me on the repairs that they were doing, taught me what pricings I should expect for auto repair, and--in the end--got me a bunch of discounts to make it affordable for my tight budget. Shane in particular was informative and patient with me. I have been, and will continue to, recommend Accelerate to my friends.

Thank you to the guys at Accelerate Auto & Transmission! My Suburban runs great and they gave me the best price out of several shops! They certainly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend too anyone needing work done one there car. I took my Suburban in to have a motor mount replaced and a transmission oil cooler installed, my suburban no longer clunks when accelerating or downshifting and my transmission oil temperature is down almost 50 degrees in this summer heat! Very honest hard workers!

Wow! These guys are great. I was so impressed how affordable and honest they are. They really helped me when my car was towed to them with a broken front end. They took their time to show me what was broken before they fixed it. I recommend them for all your auto repair needs.

We have used Accelerate to work on multiple vehicles. They are very professional, timely and professional. I went to several mechanics before them telling me I had different problems with a huge cost. I went to Accelerate and they easily found out my issue and repaired it for a fair cost. They will be my mechanic for life !!!

I bought a Truck from dealer and the truck had a problem since day one.Mr.Ben and all the employees are kind and processionals.I had Exhauanifold bolts missing and broke.They're awesome.I would recommend to any one.Thank you.

I brought my Jeep into another auto shop and they told me that I needed my bearing replaced and quoted me a crazy price for it. So I brought it to accelerate and they were so great! It turned out I didn t need a new bearing at all, and they went ahead and checked everything else out and got my breaks done (which the other auto shop didn t say anything about). 10/10 would recommend accelerate auto. They always have done the right thing for me!

I brought my truck to Accelerate after suspecting that the $500's worth of work I had done at another shop for a head gasket replacement had been improperly executed. Accelerate looked everything over for me--twice. Found several items that the other shop didn't finish or had reconnected improperly during my pricey repair.They are fair, honest, and I wish I had gone to them before with my head gasket replacement done elsewhere. However, I'll be going to them for all future work. They've listened to me every step of the way and given me invaluable feedback. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
