It was a REAL stroke of luck when Les Schwab sent me here to Mike, as they repair their company vehicles at this AAMCO. The professionalism and communication I experienced GREATLY surpassed all car mechanic services I ve had before! I recommend this location to everyone!My transmission went out and instead cushioning the bill, Mike broke down every aspect of the repair needed and did everything he could do to save me big $$$$. The people working here are HONEST, care about their work and are invested in getting you back on the road safely. Truly, meeting with Mike and Alvin was a blessing that came right on time for me.. If I could give them 10 stars I would. First time customer and Mike and Alvin were super helpful explaining my transmission repair and the requirements and even gave me 3 different options on how to rebuild it and even helped me setup a way to afford fixing it. These guys are super awesome and I definitely recommend them

I had Mike and his team remanfacture the transmissions in both of my 20+ year old work trucks. Mike sent me detailed pictures of the damaged parts and discussed the damage with me by phone. He gave me price options for all work. All the work was done on time and on budget. I really appreciate the professional, quality service of Mike and his team! Highly recommend!

Used this shop due to the warrantee provided with my car loan. Mike and Alvin were top notch throughout the process. I purchased my car from carhop and the first transmission that was sent failed when it was put in. So the process took longer than expected and AAMCO had my car longer than they wanted to. But there were communicative and kept me up to speed on what was going on and were kind and courteous the entire time. I appreciate their patience with me following up like a crazy person. Alvin s customer service was beyond amazing every time I called. And the owner Mike is a super star at running the show. I appreciate this team more than they could know and will always recommend them in the future.

I went in thinking I'd need a new transmission but AAMCO was extremely professional and honest. All I needed was $30 worth of transmission fluid. They could've ripped me off and told me I needed a new transmission and I would've had to pay the bill but instead they chose honesty and retained a customer for life. If you're looking for a honest auto-shop this is the place for you.

Was having transmission issues with My 2016 Nissan Rouge and had gone to the Nissan dealer (two different ones) 5 times ( when the transmission was still under warranty) and paid for them to take out the transmission and look at it and every time they said there was nothing wrong with it. I called AAMCO and they said to bring it on in. They had it for 2 days and had figured it out. The whole crew at this AAMCO was amazing and professional. Talked with the Owner about the car and he broke it down and explained everything to me so I knew what was going on and gave me the two options. He didn't pressure me into buying the most expensive part and gave me the less expensive first and then the next one which was the higher price part that needed to be fixed. He told me the pros and cons of them both and I elected to go with the more expensive part. Not only was the price he quoted me understandable but he came in with a price that was half of the dealership for the same part. I had to replace the transmission if anyone was wondering. I definitely will be coming back to these guys for the other maintenance my car needs from now on.

Will be going to AAMCO as my first choice for auto repairs in the future! I usually fix things by hand, but I was having issues with coolant temp fluctuations after changing my thermostat in my jeep. And instead of trying to sell me like my own shop I work for did, I was told by one of the mechanics a trick to get air out of the cooling system to lessen the fluctuating temperature. Thanks to that trick, my cooling system is working a lot better! I m just impressed to be treated with honesty rather than just trying to get me to pay for a Diag or something else as well. Thank you AAMCO.

Micheal & Alvin are the DREAM TEAM!I had to drive over an hour to find a good trustworthy shop & this is it.They took the time to listen to everything I had to say & explained everything I didn t understand in great detail. We found my fix & even gave me paperwork with specifics about it.I m definitely making this my shop & I m recommending them to anyone who needs a shop that really cares!

If you need your transmission worked on, this is the place. I had my Toyota Sienna worked on here. Mike and Alvin had great communication. Mike is honest, genuine, and straightforward. Throughout the time my van was being worked on I never doubted that Mike had my best interest in mind. He is a class act and stands by his work. Highly recommend this place!

My business partner Memphis of 8020 Detail had our 2014 Chevy Silverado towed to AAMCO on Garden of the Gods. Mike Antonucci and it team of professional techs did a thorough examination of our vehicle's issue. The vehicle was at Mike's shop for over 3 weeks as we tried to determine what to do with it. I went to the shop today, and my first impression of Mike and his staff was great. He took the time to determine out of the many vehicles that are trusted in his hands to explain what was going on with my company's vehicle. Mike provided a thorough detail of our options, gave his professional opinion, and I felt that he shoots from the heart as an honest business owner. Mike is all about taking care of the customer, who he knows takes care of him and his business. He could have charged my business "x" amount of dollars; however, he gave us an opportunity to remove our vehicle from the premises, free of charge! Ladies and gentlemen, that doesn't happen all the time! We have some challenges with our company vehicle beyond the transmission; however, I strongly recommend anyone with transmission issues, to take their vehicle to "Michael Antonucci" and his techs for an honest and fair assessment and price for any repairs. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed and you will be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism!! Thank you Mike! You have earned my respect!!!

Honesty and integrity is what you will receive from Mike and his entire staff at AAMCO in Colorado Springs. We were on vacation in Colorado when we experienced what we thought was transmission related problems. After leaving our Ford F250 with Mike for three working days they determined that our problem was a engine sensor that was throwing a code that was derating the power to the 6.4 diesel engine. They could have easily sold us a transmission repair and we would have been none the wiser but they were upfront and honest with us and treated us with the upmost respect. So not only would we recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission work but if and when we need any work done to any of our vehicles we will travel the 500 plus miles from home to have them do the work. Mike and his team are awesome. We were on vacation and our transmission went out. They not only got us back on the road again by the time we had to go home, but he opened on a Saturday for us to come get our truck so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation without interruption. By far the best experience I've ever had when it comes to automotive work. Their professionalism and quality of work is unmatched. I've dealt with a few shops in the past and you can really tell by attitude and body language who really cares about you or who just wants your money. Mike, Paul and the whole team here is excellent! I broke a tooth on my ring gear, they got me back up and going! Even checked my ac and front end for good measure. Mike is the best. He's a truly honest and noble guy that does what's right to take care of his customer's the best way he can. I own a custom BMW shop and feel lucky to have a guy like Mike to help me with the really difficult custom work that nobody else knows how to do anymore. He is a true Master of his craft and a rare individual in the industry. You'd be lucky to know him.

Great experience with the guys over at AAMCO. Mike the owner, who took a look at my BMW s transmission. After a quick review, they determined it was a fairly easy fix (for a shop with the proper equipment). Because of that, Mike made the decision to charge only a nominal fee, which was way less than the standard hourly shop rate. His honesty and they down to earth way he does business has earned my appreciation and my future business. I thank him and his team for being honest and easy to work with.
