I switched from Firestone to a place closer to my side of town. The team at Scott s was courteous and professional; they kept me updated on repairs promptly. Service Writer Ashley was friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was driven home in a courtesy shuttle and offered a pickup. They explained the cost of the work after the inspection and before they started, and my final cost was less than what they quoted. I will certainly go back.

Amazing! Took our '19 Camaro SS to get 2 new tires put on and they did it for free! Definitely will be taking my car there for any work in the future!

My first time there and it was very pleasant. Staff acted professionally, friendly and courteous. They took the time I needed to understand their explanations.The environment was clean, uncluttered comfortable and welcoming.Service was prompt and technician seems to be knowledgeable patient and informative. I had a slow leak on a fairly new tire and they fixed it while I waited. Took about 20 minutes. They had comfortable chairs to sit in and a mini fridge with drinks. It was nice and clean. And best of all they didn t charge me for the repair. I was blown away and will definitely use them when I have any mechanic needs or to change the oil I m cars. Thanks Scott s

I just left Scott s. I am posting right away. I tried, unsuccessfully to replace the air filter on my car. That was an unmitigated disaster. A kind fellow at a local auto parts store recommended Scott s. I pulled up and explained that I could NOT close the air filter housing. The had a kind gentleman come out to the parking lot and fixed the issue in less than five minutes. He was friendly and understanding. I went back in to happily pay for the service. They said, no worries just come back if we can ever help you again.You just don t find that sort of service and kindness these days. I can t say enough about these good folks. I will be seeing them in the future.Definitely recommend!

I was 1500 miles into a road trip when I had severe engine issues. Ashley and Ben at Scott s Grand Junction Auto went above and beyond to help me. They both even came in while the shop was closed to help me on top of be lenient on the price. The shop also offers shuttle rides and loaner cars which is just an extra layer of convenience. Overall, everyone at Scott s auto helped turn a desperate situation into a tolerable one and I am extremely grateful for their care.

They are verry friendly and professional at Scott's. I was offered a loaner vehicle to use while mine was being repaired, and I truly appreciated having a vehicle that I didn't get charged extra to use. They also provided a list of services which could improve the performance of my vehicle. The radiator was replace and my vehicle is running well. I'm very, very pleased with the maintenance and customer service.

Update: I had a problem with my built in alarm system. Some joker was setting it off. After a while they finally stopped and I was able yo drive to Scott's Grand Junction. They took of the problem which was way above my skill level First! Great job First! Thank you!First time in the shop for my vehicle service. Met with Dave and he got the ball rolling. Prices are reasonable. I needed oil change and transmission fluid. They are extremely friendly and welcoming, which creates a great atmosphere. They are professionals and do their job the same way. You can tell a good shop by how organized everything is and how neat it is. They scored high on all fronts! They also did a point by point inspection of everything and sent me the detailed report! Great report. I will use them again for other services. Did I say they were nice guys! I took some other pictures that showed more than than the current ones. If you need maintenance or have a problem take your car there!

Called because my car wasn t starting. They said if I could get it towed in they would look at it that same day. Got it towed within an hour. No call. The next day I call 3 different times to check the status. Each time I m told I should expect a call back in an hour or two. Not until the next morning did my car get looked at. Then I was quoted pretty high for battery and brakes. Multiple members of the Scott's team reached out to apologize and offer to make up for my experience.

This was my first time here and I felt like a regular, they all treated me so well. Having someone like Ashley who is knowledgeable and can answer questions makes the whole process so smooth. They took great care to do a full diagnostic and explained everything. They were prompt and did great work.

Went for a scheduled oil change at10:00 and did not get cashed out until 11:40. The manager blamed it on the parts delivery employee who put air filter on top shelf. My service writer was handed paperwork with keys but was forced to wait because service was completing a phone call and proceeded to make (2) additional outbound phone calls.

Nobody wants or needs costly car repair cost, but Scott's has been an blessing to me since I moved here 2 years ago. From oil changes, to repairs, I feel like their being honest with me. I have a 2007 and they manage to keep it running well for me and I really appreciate the shuttle service! I highly recommend

My regular place for oil change wasn t able to get my car in so, as I had a coupon for Scott s Grand Junction Auto, I decided to go there .. and I ll be back! I was very satisfied with the service and complete auto inspection was included. Each staff person I came into contact with was very friendly - employee s seemed pleased working there, establishment was clean and lounge chairs were very comfortable. They even had refreshments if desired. Needless to say I was very impressed with the service.

Scott s Grand Junction Auto is the best shop in town! I will not be taking any of my vehicles to anywhere else!! My truck needed A LOT of work, and the amount of work needed was costly, but necessary. I would have paid double at the dealership or other shops. Not only was the pricing decent, but the Customer Service was on point!!!! I was kept up to date throughout the process, and they ensured they did whatever necessary to get me done in time to get out of town. The tech even stayed hours after closing to complete what was needed. I so appreciate and love this shop and their staff! Thank you Ashley, Skylar, and team for all your patience and for the valuable service you provided to me and my family!

Ashley and the entire crew are absolutely amazing with customer service and guarantee their work.I m picky about who works on my vehicles so I took a shot since they re just down the street from me.They convinced me the first time in. They ve worked on both my trucks and I ll NEVER go anywhere else!Take a chance and try them. You won t regret it!

On my initial appointment with Scott's, I brought my car in for an oil change and AC service. They did a thorough evaluation of my car and recommended service that I suspected was necessary, but the garage where I bought the car failed to suggest. I am confident that Scott's Uptown Phoenix garage will keep your car in top shape.

I was visiting Grand Junction from out of town. Skylar set up my repair service and kept me well informed throughout the process. I couldn't return for an extended period and he helped ensure that my vehicle was kept safe and secure before and after the repair. The shop was clean and organized and the service techs provided pictures and descriptions of all required and recommended work. I would recommend Scott's if in the Grand Junction area.

Don't plan on returning. I went in for an estimate on some struts/shocks and an alignment, left the car with them for 8 hours with no phone call to even say what the estimate wouldn't be. By 4PM I had enough of waiting on something so simple. My husband called and asked if we could just come pick up the car without the estimate. Upon arrival my car was handed to be with blood stains, finger oil stains, pieces hadn't even been put back together and it had an engine light on upon picking up my vehicle that it wasn't there when I dropped it off, come to find out they forgot to connect back the air flow hose.Ashley stated to me when I asked, why they had taken my car apart if I only had asked for an estimate for some struts/shocks and an alignment, she said they do a safety check on all cars, funny thing is they never mentioned that to me over the phone and also how in the hell is this a safety check when you are leaving important things loose in my car. These people and this shop are a damn joke.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NASTY UNRESEPECTFUL people.Worst experience ever.

We had a blowout on the way to Vegas, and here are the reasons Scott's rocks:1. Day before Thanksgiving and they are booked into next week, but they got us in.2. Seemed like they went to a new distributor to get our tire.3. She just told someone on the phone that she would stay late for them.4. Got our dog water.5. Watched them do a free check of leaking fluid, did the tightening needed, then topped off the coolant.6. Snacks7. Recliners8. Found a coupon for someone who didn't have one.I kind of wish we lived around here to give them more business.Therefore you should give them the business that I can't.

Had my oil changed and a tire repaired. The staff could not have been nicer! They even drove me back him so I could wait in my own house while the work was done. Scott s is my new go-to repair shop.

I had a wonderful experience at Scott's for a wheel alignment. I had to drop my vehicle off early and was almost late to pick up, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The full inspection report was incredibly through. I will be back for my future mechanic needs and will highly recommend this bussiness to everyone!

I needing an antifreeze leak repaired. Scott's got me in the very next day. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it along with a complete check on the vehicle. I had a great experience, they do what they say, very full and complete vehicle diagnostics. They actually send u a complete view of all the details of your vehicle, complete visual line up of photos and pics of service your car or truck may need as well as a schedule of repairs that they will take care of for you. No pressure sales and service, secure pick up after hours. Pick up and drop off while repairs are being completed. No phony business here. It really is about quality service, happy customers, a job very well done. Thanks for everything Austin.. You make the process easy and affordable. I will see you again soon. WP Knapp.

I was 2300 miles into a road trip with my Mercedes C300 from California to Michigan when I had fuel leaking issue at Grand Junction Co. where the nearest Mercedes dealership is 300 miles away . AAA agent mentioned that Scott s Auto is the closest to my location . Fortunately the fix the problem perfectly, in addition Mr Dave the head manager , Allen and Aishaily were very friendly and cooperative, they deserve with Scott s staff 5***** to infinity.

I've been using Scott's Automotive on 32 Road for a little over a year now, and I'm so impressed with their service and professionalism. They communicate well with me about my vehicles and do everything they can to meet my needs. Ashley is always personable, and goes out of her way to offer excellent customer service.
