Fred at Store #2993 was very friendly and helpful with locating the warranty on my alternator. Great customer service!

Went in today for some break pads. Had to come back for rotors. Brought my old ones in and they took a look at them. They agreed to help me even though I could tell they thought the rotors should be swapped. Due to their demeanor I decided it was best to just buy new ones.They combed their store front to back looking for them. The system showed them in stock but they couldn t locate them. They called the other local stores to locate some for me. They specifically asked the other location to physically grab them as to not waste my time.They then did some returns for me and moved things around to get me some discounts. They didn t have to do any of this. It took time out of their day. I didn t know any better so they could have just sold me the rotors without any bundling and I d have not knows.Just goes to show the integrity of the men at this location. Very much appreciate them. Every one of them was great. Big thanks to Wil for his attention to detail and fantastic customer service!

A gentleman named Will greeted me as I walked in the door and asked how he could help me. He not only found the best windshield wipers for me, but he also installed them. With a smile on his face! I felt like I mattered and that he cared.Give Will a raise! Customer service is a lost art and he does not disappoint!

Went in to get a diagnostics test done on our car. This is something that O Reilly offers to their customers. We were next in line, so we should be helped regardless of what it is we need help with. This big guy with a tattoo on his arm, tells my dad that he needs to get through the other customers first before we can be helped. If you offer this service to customers, then DO IT! We re next in line, you help us. Don t leave us there to wait. If O Reilly s can t provide this service, then don t offer it. This large man with a tattoo on his arm was incredibly rude to my dad. O Reilly s doesn t provide this service THEY offer! We re never going here again!

This has become my goto parts store. Brenda the assistant manager is the best. Her knowledge is top notch, and always has a solution to my problems. I have used this store for everything from parts for my 72 Skylark, to my Duramax. More often than not they have had what I needed in stock, if not they order it in and its there within days. Always a good experience here for me

I run a small repair shop here in Olathe Colorado and at times i come to juction for repsirs to vehicles that are owned by friends there so this store is my go to for parts . I always ask for Brenda because she top notch on knowledge and when i leave i know ive got the right parts for the job .If she isnt there i wont buy that part

JUST OPENED A Commercial account. It was painless. The guys here are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Fred makes sure I am taken care of quickly. SO FAR SO GOOD.I would choose this store over their other location just because of the friendly service. I wonder if they deliver?

The staff there is really great even if they're not all that knowledgeable about Auto Parts their learning and they seem to really enjoy their job price is pretty decent comparable to other places and they will definitely see it through to help your needs

Ordered a dashmat for our 2014 Town & Country form here. Came in quickly and correctly. Need several other things too. Great staff at this location! And a plus the tax is less here too.

The staff helped me read the codes for a check engine light, and they helped me fix it. Super awesome crew of knowledgeable, hard-workers. Would 100% recommend stopping here for your auto needs. Thanks again Tyler!

I bought coolent from them. My car runs much better now. Just don't drink the Coolent!! It looks tasty,but it will kill you. Be careful not to die wile fixing your car!!

Thank you very much to the staff at the clifton Colorado location.I was in a tight spot with a very dying battery, I had zero tools to install the new battery and the employee named Micheal helped me with the install!Big THANKS to that guy!

At a restaurant across the parking lot. Come out to find my truck difficult to start. Seems fuel related and makes sense based on recent fuel filter change. Asked "Edgar' to help me out. "If you can get it a little closer maybe"... explained it's a diesel and if it's a fuel related problem I cannot run it. Response, "sorry' as he goes back to holding up the counter. Yep, another guy is working at the same time. Yes, they just opened 30 minutes ago. I'm glad others are enjoying the service. My experience was different.

Every time I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Clifton I'm impressed by their excellent customer service; friendly knowledgably staff. The gang there was a big help with my Jeep project. Thanks Fred, Sabrina, and Chewy.

I visited O'Reilly auto store about ten minutes till closing. Granted, everyone hates the straggler shopper who wanders in at the last minute, but you still need to be professional and friendly to represent you and your business. Even the minimum hourly folk. The employee did help us, but was obviously reluctant to do so, coming up with reasons why he couldn't (wouldn't) do this or that. He had neither a greeting nor a farewell beyond a sigh upon our entry, and the hasty locking of the door on our heels. Then, add in the fact that the time he locked that door and dimmed the open sign was 6 minutes before schedule, what do you get? You have a typical, poorly operated Clifton establishment, something worth skipping. I will stick with the O'Reillys on 28 1/2 and North Ave. Ashley and her peers and managers are far more professional and helpful then these guys strive to be.

While I can appreciate the convenience of getting auto parts when I need them, that only works out if said parts are affordable, for example my brakes needed some attention on my f350 4x4 dually. Called and priced them out at about $125 per wheel! Oem nothing special about them, looked around and found my parts for $60 per wheel.EDIT!!!I love calling the parts store and they don't even know what a corvair is. Asked about parts for a corvair and there was nothing but silence. Do you need me to spell it for you? They also show fuel pumps for a small block ford as upside down and claim that's how they go in . Haha. Get some knowledgeable staff please.

Yeah Fred is the manager there I frequent it quite a a lot consider my junkers good man good crew knowledgeable hey kickass to help you won't turn you down at closing time either but I Auto Zone had to throw that in shut the door in my face one night so it's all O'Reilly's now bite me AutoZone

DO NOT have anything tested here! They don t know what the hell they are doing!Instead of a $250 alternator (OReillys said was good). I am now paying Ford $600 for what I could have done myself!

I do price comparison on a regular basis and sometimes they got the best prices and sometimes they don't but it's a good store and they're always knowledgeable

The staff in this facility are not helpful at all. They re great at trying to sell you parts for a problem they have no clue about and the customer service is terrible!

It seems that every time I give you a chance that you might have the part I need you never have in stock what a wast of time it oh north ave has it so Im going to NAPA and forget about you guys .
