I popped a tire and came into a walmart because it was next to where I was. I told the guy I needed one back tire. He told me that they were too busy and that I would need to come back later....... This is what it looks like. I don't see any cars. But I do see the same guy sitting out there smoking.... I i'm putting the donut on and going elsewhere...

Everyone needs to stay away from this auto center. The service manager said they don t work on aftermarket wheels but they did our truck. It only took them 6 hours to do 4 tires and an oil change. The techs need to learn how to do tires if it takes this long. Labor time is 1.3 man hours for 4 tires. Can t even fill the tires up with enough air either. If you re going to work in a service job then you need to learn how to do your job better. Sorry excuses from the manager. I am a certified mechanic and can tell that no one likes their job there. Every time I have been in there everyone is standing around but yet y all say your busy

Don t go here. Every time I ve been an oil change has taken 2 + hours with an appointment. The appointment scheduling system is a joke. They messed up my cap last time and told me they couldn t get it off because of whoever worked on it last time (which was them) and an hour later they said it still wasn t off and they hadn t been working on it because they had other cars there. I spent over 2 hours waiting only to go home with no oil change. They mess up your car and they take way longer than is normal. Would not recommend.Update: we had to go to the Buick Dealership and spend hundreds of dollars because this Walmart auto center messed up the cap for oil changes. DO NOT GO HERE!

If you're in need of a good laugh this is the place to go. The proverbial "blind leading the blind" here. I'm really surprised they knew the difference between a standard and metric socket. The only thing that would be more entertaining than watching grown men bumbling around scratching at themselves would be to watch two monkeys try and screw a light socket. -3/4 stars!

I'm so disappointed with the service I received at this place!!! The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, completely ignoring my concerns and refusing to take any responsibility for their mistakes. They seemed more concerned with covering their own backs than actually providing a quality service. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and would recommend others do the same if they want to avoid a frustrating experience. Save yourself the headache find a better alternative for your needs!

Unbelievably bad service. People will literally leave you waiting at the front desk for 30 minutes only to tell you when they finally get done gabbing in the back that they never could do the service on your car because they don't know how to pop a hood. Literally.Comical joke. Do NOT come here unless you absolutely have to. Bottom line.

Arrive and nobody has arrived yet. I ask for an oil change and they say they only do appointments and they book today. Crazy part is they have nobody In the bays at all. Completely empty and place been open for a hour already. No wonder why I see all the bad reviews.

Don t take your car here. I came in on a friday for an oil change, he said they were booked until Monday so we scheduled it for Monday at 4pm. To schedule it the guy behind the counter pulls out a lined notebook that looked like it had been ran over and left out in the rain.. he flips open to a page and has me hand write my information on their homemade scheduling system underneath hundreds of other peoples information and appointments.. that should ve been my first clue. Monday rolls around and I am waiting in their lobby for literally 20 minutes, two people were ahead of me and we didn t see a single worker the whole time. Finally when someone came out, I told him I had an appointment and he just looks at me and says sorry we re actually closing up for today I literally just walked out the door and booked with a different shop because if this is how they operate I don t want them touching my car..

Do not take your vehicle here. I repeat. Do not use this Center for your services (or lack thereof)!!!I went to get a tire patched that I had bought at Walmart a couple months ago, I was going to leave the tire and return to get it because one of the three workers said he was going to lunch but not before. He told me to go ahead and bring in the tire for him. Mind you, I am 130 lb and this tire is for a Astro van. I'm like no you can get the tire and I confirmed you're going to call me as soon as it's ready, correct? We are going out of town tomorrow morning and cannot drive on a spare. Elliott confirmed with me. I would be getting a phone call when the tire is done. 6:00 rolls around. They close at 7:00. According to their signs and website I go into the tire center. They are closed and have been since 5:30 according to another employee at Walmart. Not only do I not have a tire, I have no idea where Elliot is the person that took my tire and I'm not going anywhere without the tire let alone on my road trip that was planned and I am still here in Denver..... I go there again this morning 7:00 when they open supposedly, their excuse? Or explanation? They are short staffed. That's why they left early. Ask me why they are taking people's tires when they don't have people to fix them. I have no idea.

I am so happy with the services I received. Bought some Goodyear tire and huge bonus they we a little marked down with free install and balance for Black Friday! Huge difference from the experience I received at the store 9400 E Hampden. (Don t ever visit that location.) I had to drive quite a bit further but it was worth it. Bill was awesome and listened to what I wanted to accomplish. He said it would be a couple hours which I expected because it was super busy and mission accomplished. Thank you guys so much for helping me get my much needed tires.Service: Tires

Every single one of these guys is lazy, unprofessional, and lacking in people skills is staring it lightly. Dropped my tire off for a patch and was told, "Well I'm going to lunch but I'll do it after and call you when it's done" I am supposed to be driving to Nebraska and they never called. I showed up at 5:45pm and it was ghost town even tho their posted hours are until 7pm. I show up at 7am when they open and they roll my tire out to me like I'm supposed to install it myself. I had to ask them if they could install it they said they didn't have time! I will be going to Discount Tire from now on, I called them 30 min before they even open at 8am and Reese was on top of it saying Yes! I GOT YOU! AVOID WALMART TIRE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!

I went here for an oil change.The next day, my oil light was on. I come back and am told 'no big deal probably just a leak have a good day'Well, my engine is now shot. Can't drive it period.Been calling them ever since. Sometimes after 1 minute of the phone ringing, I'll get a dial tone telling me they hung up. Others, it will just ring. One thing holds true: they will not answer, even if you call 100+ times over a week.I lost my 2 Jobs now. Absolutely irate.This place just destroyed my livelihood

Great value for their car batteries. Inventory was a bit low and I had to wait a while to get someone at the front desk to help me, but it took maybe 45 minutes for the whole process of purchasing the battery plus free installation and so far no issues. Good place for very basic auto service. The service advisors here are probably less knowledgeable but do a decent job for the basic stuff.

Never go to this place. They messed my girlfriend s car up so bad they literally had to send her car to another place to be fixed. We are going to have to pay money UP FRONT to cover their massive mistake. The called us and said they stripped one of her lug nuts trying to put it on after a tire rotation. We had to drive 20 minutes to another dealership to get a new lug nut because they didn t have it. Then we came back and while putting the new one on they stripped the groves on the actual tire. Originally they told us they were going to send her car somewhere but they didn t have availability for 4 DAYS. They went back on their word and are processing everything through insurance which as I said means we have to pay all of it up front. My girlfriend literally cannot get to work now because of this. In addition, the staff gave us round about answers and excuses, we re not in the least bothered by the fact that we were upset. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I know it s cheaper than a lot of places but trust me when I say ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK. Thanks Walmart auto for ruining our entire 4th of July weekend!!!!! Service: Tire rotations

I went to get my battery install at this location. Terrible customer service no one came to counter no one try to help I would give zero stars if possible. Your employees that work in the auto services on Sundays are weirdos and useless

I wanted to replace tires on my vehicle, front desk guy said you have to go to technician and ask him if he can take you car! Technician said He can t take my car with out appointment, which is crazy because shop was empty)) Nobody helped me to schedule appointment, they just closed the door and that s it. Horrible customer service!I went to Discount Tire where they did everything.

I've been here twice. Once for a tire replacement at 3pm, couldn't help me. Second time for an oil change, 2 other people who came in after me got help first, then they finally told me they couldn't get me in for an oil change 2.5 hours before they closed with absolutely no vehicles outside waiting for service.

Called to have my battery replaced- they were the third Walmart I called and only one to pick up the phone. Staff were very friendly, checked they had my battery in stock, and gave my an appointment for the same day. They changed my battery quickly and were super affordable. I appreciated the good service and would definitely recommend.

I ordered some tires online and made an appointment to get them installed. When I arrived they had technical problems on their end and Pablo at the tire center tried to accuse me of trying to steal tires! He said on his end it showed the order as unavailable and that that s what people do when they try to steal tires!!!! It was so rude and unprofessional!!! He couldn t admit maybe they hadn t figured something out on their end and accused me of not paying for my order even though I clearly showed him multiple email confirmations, receipts, and my Walmart.com account. I called the customer service line and they also confirmed to him there was nothing wrong with the order. I waited for an hour just so they could figure out it was something wrong in their end. Even though my tires were sitting right there in the shop they never updated my online order as delivered even though it had been delivered 4 days earlier and that s why they couldn t release my tires, I felt so disrespected and I m never coming here again. I don t care how cheap the tires are one should never get accused of stealing because they can t figure out their online systems. It took two hours to put tires on. Should not take this long with no chairs or anywhere to wait I had to sit on a crate holding tires in the store.

Eric was kind, helpful, and efficient. He replaced my car battery and had me in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Pricing here is much more reasonable than what Autozone and O'Reillys are charging. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again!Service: BatteryService: Battery

I went to claim my "Manufacturer's Treadwear Limited Warranty" for Michelin Defender tires which I bough couple of years back. The manager does not even know what is "Manufacturer's Treadwear Limited Warranty" on tires and he never heard about this kind of warranty. I have tried to explain him twice but he is getting confused with "Road hazard warranty". They don't have basic knowledge. Waste of time.

They were very short staffed and my initial phone call took about 25 minutes. Also, there was a bit of tension amongst the workers (result of being short staffed).However. They installed my new tires and everything went well. Didn't try to upsell me and each employee I interacted with was pleasant to me.

The people running this auto care center now are awful. Both my husband and I tried to come through one afternoon (which had an understandable wait time) and then again EARLY the next morning. This morning the man who tried to help me said I would have to wait for THREE HOURS. He then proceeded to point to cars who pulled up after I did and say I needed to wait for them to be done first. "First come, first serve" is a bold faced lie. My 15 minute need had to wait for 5 oil changes because that just happened to be the only door open?! Pathetic. I won't waste my time or another dime of my hard earned money here. It appears that 'free' with road hazard protection actually costs you in time, because these guys will stick you in the back of the line.. all day.

I had purchased tires and needed them mounted and balanced. I called two different stores even went to one then gave me the same pricing. I came to this Walmart at 7 and was given a different price. I spoke to Justin the manager and he ended up taking care of me. My frustration was not with Jerry but I'm sure he was confused at why two different stores told me the same price. Jerry was very patient with me although he did not explain the breakdown of the actual pricing at first. But he was a very nice man. He showed me the breakdown of what is usually charged. And he understood the frustration I was going thru. Thank you Justin and Jerry for taking care if a frustrated customer and turning it into a positive visit.

Imran was super helpful! He got me in just before they closed and put a new tire on my wheel! Because of his nice act of seeing me right before closing, I was able to put the replacement wheel on the car I had just purchased and drive it home! Thanks Imran!

Was quoted 2-2.5 hours and am now sitting here with no updates on my car after 4.5 hours. I ve literally been sitting, waiting. If you are running that far behind how about you let your clients know so we can just come back at another time. This is ridiculous and no one behind the counter seems to care at all. Thanks for wasting my day to just put on 2 tires that I brought with me. Next time I ll literally just go anywhere else.
