These folks are THE most honest people you will ever do business with. I have used them for years to take care of our cars and a company car. Recently took my wife's car in because the check engine light came on. I had run the codes, replaced the gas cap and was afraid it might need new Oxygen Sensors which wouldn't have been an inexpensive repair. They called us the same day and said the PCV Valve Hose was loose and needed to be cleaned. NO CHARGE as it had only taken them a few minutes to correct. Love this company and their integrity!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience with my car repair on 3/27/24. Bubba was extremely hard to communicate with and I had to move my car to another mechanic to finish the repairs that were started at this shop. Would not recommend. (Picture of what repairs were to be and estimates. Can t even read what he wrote. Very unprofessional).

Brought my truck in to fix some electrical issues while it wasn t able to be repaired because the parts are no longer available for my truck, Marshall and the tech who looked at my vehicle went above and beyond to see if they could find the part to repair my truck. Will be coming back for service in the future. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable

Absolutely love this place my father-in-law used to take his car here, And now it s been passed down to me. Generations will follow bringing your vehicle top all the excellent professionals at Toy Car Care. Fantastic prices it seems like it s the one place the inflation didn t hit. To all of you that work here thank you from the bottom of my heart, it s more than just a car it s my freedom and my therapy.

Very solid Toyota knowledge and trustworthy people. They know what they re doing and you can trust the work. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for so I ll take it.

Talked to service mngr and Bubba, wouldn't take my service request because I was precise in what I wanted done which was a passenger side cv axel replaced and they tried telling me that they wanted to make sure I knew what I was talking about and wanted to diagnose the problem first and try to up sale me on additional issues im sure. If you're truly honest with your service it would speak for itself. Trash company

Some of their staff lack basic customer service skills... Their waiting area also smells like a litter box. But the car service is above and beyond. Truly competent and honest mechanics. I wouldn't service my Lexus anywhere else.

Brought my 97 4runner into them in rough shape. They got it running right and fixed everything. They only install Toyota branded parts which is awesome! Prices are better than a Toyota dealership but they're still fairly more expensive then your local repair shop.

Great team my main go to !Dec 22 2024Another Top Notch visit to this establishment. Extremely fast service and great product (Mobil 1).Marshall thank you so much for the great work.June 19th 23 update.Arrived for an oil change and I was in and out in 35 minutes!Nice lobby area with free Wi-Fi along with spotless bathrooms Thanks for the great work guys.

My name is Robert K. And I ve been taking my car to Toy Car care for 6 years now! They are kind, professional and look out for your best interest! They always take care of my Prius! They may be one of the best service centers in Colorado! I highly recommend if you own a Toyota or Lexus bring it to them for service work! Selling my vehicle, prospective buyer wanted a pre purchase inspection and said he trusts these guys. He payed for it, I drove over and waited 2 1/2 hours for them to be done. Asked them how it looked because I have never had an issue with the car, and they said they couldn t tell me because they didn t have permission from the customer it s my car, I m not asking to see secret government documents, just trying to see what they found. Turns out they said it has all sorts of leaks and codes ( none that I ve ever EVER had a problem with until today. Even the brand new water pump that was installed 3 weeks ago (again) had no problems with) is apparently leaking too. I don t trust them

Toy Car Care is the only shop I allow to work on my Tacoma and 4Runner. They're a bit more expensive, but the work gets done correctly the first time. I highly recommend them.

They can definitely try being more affable with their customers. This is a shop where customers go to get "Toyota expertise", and pay as much or more for service than at a dealership. This is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. They actually thoroughly inspect my vehicle every time I bring it in and make repair recommendations based on the actual condition of the vehicle not just the year and mileage. This is the only place I trust to bring my Toyota for repairs and absolutely recommend this repair facility for anyone that owns a Toyota or Lexus.UPDATE Just went in this morning for my oil change and once again received 5 star service. Quick and efficient and they never try to sell me unnecessary services. I went in today assuming that I would probably need work done on my brakes due to the age and mileage of the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised when I was told it was not necessary to do any work yet. Honesty and integrity are very important to me and it is obvious Toy Car Car upholds these values to the highest level. I will definitely be a customer for life.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

What a disaster! Went to get the front brake pads replaced and decided to also do the rear brake pads at the same time. When we picked up the vehicle, it drove without problems. 3 days later while driving the kids to school and activities, the wife starts to hear something wobbling in the rear. The next day, the Highlander is squeaking so loud and when she puts the gear in drive, the vehicle begins to drive, but then lets out a hard knock. I call the guys at Toy Car Care and tell them it can't be driven and need to get it towed and they need to set up the tow....."well, we need to make sure it is or fault first!" is what Greg says.We get the vehicle towed over from our own tow company and sure enough, the technician didn't secure the Brake Caliper Bolts!! Holy S*!T!! Are you kidding me!?!?! You let me take this vehicle on the road with out checking to se if the bolts were secure?!?! Is there no one double checking the tech's work? This is our vehicle with two car seats and the one that my wife always drives. Unbelievable!They put the bolts back in and when we went to pick it up.....Zero, I mean not a single "I'm sorry!" or "we can''t believe this happened!". Just handed me the keys and acted like this was no big deal. Thanks Toy Car Care for really caring about your customers. You all are top notch! Really can't believe the response and will never be back!!Service: Auto brake repair

If you need your Toyota or Lexus for repair, Toy car care is the place to go!!! Service person is super nice and repair cost is acceptable for me.Strongly recommend for all toyota families.

Got a good vibe. I took my old rig in for a quick yet specific inspection and got a thorough and efficient analysis. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need and most importantly communicated effectively the whole way through. Came here on a strong recommendation and glad I did. Cheers y'all!

This shop has been taking care of my last 3 Toyotas. I rely on them to take exceptional care of my vehicles and never have to worry about unnecessary repairs and it's always done right the first time. Love these guys!

Always a great experience here. The team at this shop does a great job. My father has been taking his Toyotas here for years. I started too as well. They won t sell you anything you don t need and shoot straight. Good shop and good honest business.

Brought my 98 4runner here to get my brakes worked on and they did a great job. Master cylinder was bad and the local tire place couldn't diagnose it. TCC replaced it in no time and I was back on the road feeling like I had brand new brakes the same day.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Brought my vehicle in for 70,000 mile maintenance. I have always taken the truck to the dealership for maintenance but the appointment schedule is booked a month and half out it seams like. After 30 minutes into the oil change and tire rotation, the advisor approached me and said they busted two bolts taking the front skid plate off. He indicated they could fix it for 160 dollars. Never had an issue with the dealership prior to this but Toy Car Care said the person the installed the bolts over tighten them. Needless to say I won t be going back. Apparently they play the blame game and charge the customer for their mistake. 100 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation then charge the customer 160 for breaking two bolts. I ve been a mechanic for 18 years and would never charge someone for something I messed up.Services: Tires, Oil change

Finding a reliable, trustworthy mechanic can be impossible. I have driven Japanese cars my whole life in Denver, and I have yet to find a solid auto shop ... UNTIL NOW!!! My interaction started by me calling them and simply asking some questions about some of the oddities I was experiencing with my Lexus. They kindly and patiently answered my questions, and it was during this interaction that I first realized that these guys were different. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After being unable to fix it myself, I ended up having to get my car towed to their shop. They diagnosed an extremely unique problem, and they fixed it, promptly. Was it inexpensive? No, but car repairs never are. That said, there is absolutely NO DOUBT in my mind that the price was fair. Furthermore, I am confident that the work was done right. The problem was fixed and my Lexus is back on the road. I will NEVER go anywhere else. NEVER!!!

This place is fantastic. Marshall always takes care of me. They do not gouge or overcharge. Honest experienced mechs. They have taken care of my 1998 4Runner for 6 years - no complaints. Great service.
