First, they put on my sun roof wrong so it wouldn t open (they had to fix it), they damaged my trimming, they put my clear bra with dirt under (they replaced it) the console had screwdriver pry marks where they removed it (they replaced it). Their response was show me pictures before you brought your car in, had to get insurance involved. Second, they said 2 weeks, they ended up taking 6 weeks. Don't call for updates or you will get attitude in return, or the run around. It was an absolute nightmare.

After 2 hailstorm repairs in the past few years, we took our car in for a fender bender repair and the Great level of communication and a timely repair and a quality fashion were just exceptional as my previous visits.If you need insurance repair, there s nobody else I would go to!

I was told it would take 3 weeks to fix the hail damage. We are at 8 weeks. Now I'm scrambling to borrow a vehicle to haul my gooseneck trailer because they are 5 weeks over their estimated time frame. FIVE ADDITIONAL WEEKS...assuming they even get it finished by then.

Took my car in after an unfortunate wreck. It took literally the exact amount of time that they estimated and they communicated with me the entire time. Fantastic customer service.

Had an accident and chose this place to take care of the damage. Car went in on 11/16, there s only $1,500 of damage but apparently it takes 2 FULL WEEKS just to repair that. It s a huge inconvenience it should never take this long. They changed the date of when it would be finished 3 times now what a shame

They fixed my truck in a timely manner, works better than when I purchased it. They even fixed a problem not caused by but impacted by the situation. Good on y all!

I highly recommend this repair shop for your service needs! I brought my car in for door replacement and painting and felt very welcomed by the staff. They are incredibly kind and diligent with updating you on the status of your vehicle. My rental car was ready to go when I got there and they returned it for me when I picked up my car. I was so ready to have my car back and was going to be a few minutes after close getting there to pick it up. Misty told me that she would wait for me and had my car and paperwork ready to go when I arrived. I have a busy schedule and appreciated that the staff went the extra mile to make this process as stress-free as possible. The repair technician did an astounding job on replacement/painting my door. I was worried about this due to my car being white/having a shiny finish but you can't even tell it was replaced! Also, they buffed out a few major, unrelated scratches making my car look BRAND NEW! Everyone who I interacted with from start to finish were great! My car got hit in January and took it straight to crash champions. I needed a lot of body work to the front end. My car was there longer than expected due to all the issues with production of parts and finding them locally, but Coby kept me in the loop the whole way though. In the 2 1/2 months my car was was there I never once had to reach out to them because he would text me weekly with an update on where they were at with parts and repairs. I got my baby back today and they were just as excited as I was to finally have everything completed. My car still looks brand new and smells brand new. Hopefully, I will never have to see them again but I totally recommend Crash champions.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was stolen and recovered. Working with my insurance, I took a shot at picking Service King and trusting them to handle the repairs. I am so glad I found the place that made a horrible experience painless! Service King worked with my insurance company day after day to ensure repairs were done correctly! Terrible experience.I had rescheduled an estimate through their online scheduler. I showed up early at the rescheduled time to be met with immediate attitude.After explaining that I had rescheduled using THEIR OWN WEBSITE, the lady told me that I ll have to wait awhile since my attendance was not only a surprise but surely unwanted.As I was showing her a confirmation from my end that I received of the reschedule estimate, she completely ignored it and said it will be awhile I asked how long would I have to wait for an estimator to be free, and was responded with I don t know, I m not an estimator . Completely ignoring my original question.I immediately called my insurance to have my estimate done elsewhere. I suggest the same for you.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, I was rear ended at a stop sign. I couldn t find anyone in the area taking tow ins and couldn t get anything scheduled since I couldn t drive the car. They were able to make some room and come pick up my car. Very good customer service dealing with everyone, including the tow truck driver. It later turned out there way more frame damage than expected, so it was a total loss. But I m a stressful time, service king made it better.

I have been so pleased with my experience with Service King. Missy was so friendly and helpful. I took my car in to get a new bumper and skid plate, and it came out looking like a brand new car. They even washed and detailed it. I highly recommend Service King! Honest, helpful mechanics are hard to find. Thank you, Service King!

Do not trust this company to treat your as a customer. Use an independent body shop that does not have a owned relationship with many large insurance companies. Service staff was great to work with. James Anderson kept us informed of the vehicle repair progress on a daily basis. We got hail damage on our 2017 Tesla. My husband and I were so impressed that the work was completed in ONE week including the windshield replacement. Would highly recommend this facility.

Their phone tree system takes 90 seconds of clicking around before the option you need is made. Then you re greeted with annoying flute music and every 5 seconds a voice says they re sorry. Nobody answers ever. Even when you request a call back with option 5. Nobody will call you. That s the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE this business wants you to have as your first impression. They can t even staff a receptionist, let alone anyone else.

I went to Service King for an immediate need. I had just left a dealership that told me it would be at least an hour of labor at $200 an hour. to first determine the issue and then tell me what more it would take to fix it. Brian diagnosed the issue within a few minutes, had the repair completed and I was on my way in less than half an hour. I appreciate the knowledge, expertise, care about me and handling the issue in a very efficient manner.I will be back to this Service King should the need arise.

The repair work done on the bumper was phenomenal by Service King. It looked better than when I got the car three months ago. Andrew was in constant contact with me via text on the progress. I needed to have the job done on the date promised, and even though there was a delay with another part, they still managed to complete the car on time. If I need work done on my vehicle (which I hope that it will be a very long time), I'll take it to Service King.Service: Body & Trim

This Service King was incredible. James kept in regular communication with me regarding the progress of my vehicle and got it done way ahead of schedule. I was able to not have to worry about picking up my truck or returning the rental while my wife was in the hospital delivering our child due to Service King's consideration.They did excellent work as well as being timely.

This place is not a good one to take your vehicle too. 44 days!!!!! That is Joe Ling it took tdor them to order a tire and buff the rim. Well thanks guys glad that took 789.00. Research who you take your car too. Obviously I listened who my insurance said to take the vehicle too. Never again!

We took our car into this location for a repair after a fender bender. They quickly took care of all the work and we had our car back within the week with a warranty for the paint and all the body work. A few days ago we noticed the light on the damaged side was going out and called Service King about repairing it under warranty. They verified the warranty and within days had the part ordered and ready to be replaced. They are truly exceptional and I would recommend them for both their work and warranty to anyone who has been in a collision!

We dropped our car off on Wednesday and they initially stated they would try to have it done by Friday or beginning of the following week. Well they contacted us the next day and the car was ready. The work looked great and they even vacuumed and detailed our car. We were very pleased with our experience from Service King.

Brian (my service adviser) was amazing and professional. Even when we had a slight hiccup in the services due to an issue with the door handle he made sure that everything was taken care of. (The manager was also involved and took care of the small issue. I don't recall his name but he rectified the issue, which included ordering a part, following up with myself and making sure my vehicle was in top notch condition.)In addition, the vehicle looks better than before my accident. Workmanship looks great and there is a lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. My service adviser was Brian, who was very professional, articulate and thorough from the beginning to the end. In addition, the front office staff was really nice. This included Scott, when went out of his way to ensure that my customer service expectations were exceeded. Thank you very much Brian and Scott.

I spent $11,200 for body repairs. I was then rear ended and wanted to use them again. They refused saying they could only service their "big" carriers. This is how they treat returning customers. Find someone else that values customer loyalty.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Top notch customer service! Anderson helped us get our vehicle back on the road within days from our accident. He took care of us above and beyond as he fought for our vehicle not to be considered totalled. He completed a leak check after installation as well which put me at ease for the long term care of my interior. I would recommend them!
