Took my Ford f 350 to Roadrunner, it wasn't running and was leaking oil. I needed a tune up also I was on my way out of town with my rv. Picked it up in about a week.We realized oil was still leaking so we took it back they fixed the hose that was causing the problem. Needless to say we got on the road made it to Texas and oil was squinting out everywhere back to the shop. Called roadrunner and he said he would pay for it to be fixed. Roadrunner stood by there word and refunded every penny we paid out to the new mechanic. No More Leaks. Thank you Roadrunner for you honest services.

5 Stars, Exceptional Service! Jim, Mando and team bailed me out after getting the runaround at the dealership for a week on a transmission replacement on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Their team sourced and installed the new transmission in under three days, where the dealer couldnt even source the parts. Great communication with providing/explaining quotes and keeping me informed through the entire repair process. Competitive and transparent pricing. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Rebuilt a transmission by them last year costing $5500. Less than 5,000 miles ran on the truck and it already gives me problems. Costing me $1000 to fix. They don t do what you ask. They just want your money. Not going back for sure. And then respond to my review saying it was a discounted price and lying saying it was 500 miles over warranty. No sir. You discounted it because I m a veteran.

These guys are honest. I value that. Had another shop wrenching my 7.3 and the other shop tried to charge me 2k just to do seals on a bad transfer case, pulled my truck out of that shop and brought to roadrunner. They had my truck back to me in 2 days and helped me navigate the dishonesty of the other shop. Thanks for helping guys. You have my fleet in futureWes BensonAbraham Benson Roofing LLC

Awesome service while I was traveling and had a fuel line issue with my Powerstroke 7.3L diesel. Mondo and crew were able to get me in and out in less then 3 hours, they even had to have the fuel line built in that time. Great work!! Highly recommend for diesel engine work!

I own a 1998 Toyota 4Runner that needed a new clutch. Jim their was a huge help, understood what I was trying to accomplish and kept me in the loop the whole way. Got the job done the next day and for half the price. Big shot out to Jim.#1 4runner s of Colorado suggested transmission shop.

Jim Jones is not only a top notch transmission mechanic, but an incredible person. He is kind, compassionate, honest, and works fast. My new car had a transmission that was failing and he worked with the warranty company and got my car done an entire week ahead of schedule. Excellent service working with Jim and quick turnaround time. Had the transmission rebuilt and replaced in less than a week after having towed in. Jim and Herby at Roadrunner took great care of me. I drive a 1999 F250 with a 7.3 powerstroke. It's getting harder and harder to find honest and reliable mechanics to work on my older vehicles. Luckily, I brought my truck to these guys and couldn't be happier with the work they did and the way they treated me as a customer. The repairs were great but the service was even better. These guys are amazing. They keep my 22 year old 7.3 powerstroke up and running and doing daily heavy hauling up in the mountains. They're customer service is amazing, they're priced fair, and they stand behind their work and warranty. I'll definitely be using them for years and years. This place is awesome! Jim is really professional, nice, and straight to the point. I took my 97 dodge diesel in to have the trans rebuilt and upgraded. Jim said 2-3 days and was on point. Dropped it off Tuesday morning picked it up Friday morning. The price was extremely fair. I plan to use Roadrunner in the future. It's worth the 1 hour 20 minute drive to get there.Services: Transmission, Exhaust

These men rebuilt my transmission in my 2008 ram 3500 and I couldn't be happier. Took my truck to them expecting to be without it for at least 2 months like I had with other shops in the past but I am happy to say my truck was completely finished In about a week. Very professional. Excellent communication about the work. Also very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. I would highly recommend Roadrunner to anyone needing transmission or diesel repair.

Jim went above and beyond to help rebuild my 4r100 on my old 7.3. I brought my truck to 3 other shops before going here, no one could find any "problems" or fix my transmission. In 1 day Jim found out it was the pump and had it fixed right after. Now my truck is back to towing/hauling in the mountains again.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I was in a real pinch when the clutch in my 2012 Mini Cooper died on me. I m happy that I found Jim and the guys at roadrunner because they did a great job for half as much as the mini dealership. Jim kept me updated along the way and had my car back to me on time. I definitely recommend these guys for your auto repair needs.

Jim is a great guy with a good work crew. The shop fixed my Dodge 1500 transmission and was able to get me back in my truck after only a day and half. This is the shop to go to if you need transmission and driveline work done.

I ended up needing a new transmission done on mine and my wife's Durango. We use this vehicle for transportation in the snow during the winter here in Colorado. Jim who helped us greatly about a week ago did an amazing job and was extremely customer friendly and helped us very much! Would enjoy going to him again! Great service!

I'm mechanically inclined for sure but my '06 Duramax was doing some weird things and I wanted to have it checked by someone since it was my first diesel and we were hauling a big trailer to the Springs. The things I thought were the problem were not an issue and in the first 10 minutes Jim and his guy diagnosed the actual problems with my truck and gave me some options for repair. He fixed it in 2 days as promised it ran flawlessly on the round trip over the weekend. It's refreshing to find an actual expert to help you with your vehicle and Jim knows diesels inside and out from years of experience.

Honest and true to every word. Dealing with Jim was a pleasure due to the honest and frank nature he handles the truth with. He was quick to diagnose my issues and when he could not help me, he told me so and let me go without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. He spent all day with my vehicle and would not even let me pay him for his time and labor spent researching a problem that was not there. The lies from Groove Toyota were uncovered and not only wasted my time but Jim's as well. Jim found a relevant service bulletin put out by Toyota that would make my problem free to repair. Groove Toyota lied again when they said there were no such bulletin, even though I was holding a copy of it in my hand. Please be careful people with these dealerships. When my old GMC needs it's transmission done, it will be done by Jim at this most honest and respect worthy establishment, and if Groove Toyota ever tells you your transmission cannot be worked on and must only be replaced instantly, come here and learn the truth before getting gouged. Thank you Jim for all of your help and honesty.

I ll be very honest Jim had my truck for over a month! He had simple tasks that most shops can do... rebuild my front axle, tie rods, ball joints, front brakes, rack and pinion, sway bar, head studs injectors, exhaust, and power steering leak.! Well the exhaust is the wrong one, the power steering leaked just as bad as when I dropped it off, and my 4x4 actuator was missing a piece so it leaked all my diff fluid out!! He told me it was all good to go, but it was popping terribly from the from end. After I got it home I texted him with the issues and he told me it was under warranty and to not worry, but I brought it back so he could make it right!! Well same ol story when I got it back the second time! Now I m 10k deep into this shop and my front diff still pops after I fixed my leaks and my actuator goes into 4wheel and out smoothly but sounds like it s going to break!!! F$&k this shop never go here unless you want to have issue after issue!! My buddy had his truck here as well for a leaking radiator! When he got it back he drove it down the street to my office and got stranded because it had dumped all the coolant from a badly split hose! Not to mention my sway bar was put on upside down causing the sway bar links to bend badly! I use my truck everyday, and he took so long with my truck I had to buy a spare vehicle to get back to work, on top of a 10k bill with nothing but problems after! And to top it off, I wanted to go with compound turbos but the guy told me he wasn t putting anymore money into my truck, acting like I m broke and can t pay the bill!!! I wouldn t have taken my truck to a shop for all this work if money was a problem! Only time will tell if my front end will even last!! I hope this will help future customers stop and think about where they spend their money!! I m not happy with the services at all!!
