I've been here twice now for windshield rock chip repairs. The service is what should be the standard, absolutely top notch. From first contact, to after the job is done. The quality of the work is excellent, I know I won't have any further issues with rock chips turning into cracks. This is my go to shop in Denver for anything glass / tint related.

I give this organization and Jamie 5 stars (10 if I could). Dropped off my car (Mercedes SUV) at 9:00 am. I was surprised to get a call and a text at 10:30 am when the work was completed. This was superfast and outstanding windshield replacement/calibration customer service. Jamie was extremely professional, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and explained the claims process with my auto insurance carrier in great detail. The cost was only my deductible as the Mercedes dealership wanted all of their money up front (nearly $2,000). I will definitely be back with my other vehicles. I highly recommend Right Choice for all of your auto glass needs.

After having my car in the hail shop for months, my windshield needed to be replaced. Right Choice Auto Glass has made the experience so pleasant. Jamie has been nothing but wonderful in her reassurance and I can tell that she really takes pride not only in her job but in the company, she is a huge asset!. I recently moved to Colorado and this was my first time getting a new windshield. I thought the process to get it done would be a huge inconvenience as most car repairs are but I wasn t even there for an hour. I ll hopefully not have to come back often but if I do, this is where I will go and recommend. The lady in the office was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!

Came into shop this morning to see if I could get a crack in my windshield fixed. Jayme looked at it and reached out to my insurance company and handled everything for me. She was so nice and I enjoyed talking to her while my car was being worked on very quickly. I highly recommend

Dropped off my car at 10:45, they called me back at 11:50. They are FAST! EXCELLENT windshield replacement service! Customer service (Jamie) was great and super friendly. I happened upon them after a search in my area and thank god I found them. They were significantly cheaper than other shops around with Subaru eyeSight calibration! I called to find out if they re-sealed windshields and how much it would be for a replacement, if needed. I spoke with Jaime and she came off flat and annoyed when she answered. I asked about re-sealing windshields and she was confused about the request, but said no, they only replace. Which is understandable and had no issue with. I know the likelihood of failure with re-sealing. She stated she would need to see the car to see if they have the windshield in stock. I tried to clarify, "If it's not in stock then I would need to wait for an install on another day?" She hesitated and responded "No." Confused, I said, "Because you would need to see the vehicle to find out if its in stock, would I need to come back another day if you dont have it in stock?" She said, "No. We can do it in an hour." It was an awkward conversation but those aren't deal breakers, just life. I was asking a stupid question, but I wanted to figure out if they had their own stock or needed to outsource. The deal breaker was the attitude throughout the conversation. She sounded irritated. A one minute and forty second phone call can make all the difference. I had high hopes due to their rating and reviews. I'm really bummed it turned out this way. 3 stars since I can't speak to their work quality.Response to Owner:I'm glad she's become a great addition to your business. The criticism was about her tone. No, I didn't ask for a quote because the conversation wasn't moving forward and it was clear it needed to end. It's moot regardless. I didn't have a VIN. I'm sorry I shattered her with my feedback surrounding my experience. Hopefully we can, or have, move(d) on and I appreciate your response.

This place is great! My truck was broken into and Jamie in the office was quick to help. She cleaned out the glass in my truck and wrapped it up for me until we could get the new window. It works like new and I couldn t be happier

Very professional and overall superb service. The windshield installation on my 2021 Highlander took about an hour (and that's with the camera calibration!), I would highly recommend this shop.

Our Jeep got broken into and I called around trying to find someone who understood the situation. Other places told me it would be days before they could get me in, Right Choice told me to bring it in (it was 30 minutes before they closed) and took care of us on the spot. Their prices were the same as other quotes I got and there was no attempt to take advantage of us! I won't go anywhere else for my vehicles in the future because of the level of service and understanding they provided in a high stress situation!

Amazing customer service, quality, and professionalism. They are responsive and always worked with my schedule. They have done three of my cars a They have replaced my windshield, put on heat control window tints, clear bra, and custom strips on my vehicle - excellent and quality work. James, you rock!!My car window was broken due to a break in. I called to get my window replaced and they were able to get me in the same day! Talk about fast friendly service. The guys were accommodating and were genuinely empathetic to what I was going through. Fast & Affordable. I will be back for other future services they offer like windshield replacement and window tinting.

After my 4th car being work on here, they dropped the ball and gave me a damaged windshield tint that I have to stare at every day. The real issue I have with this situation is how poorly managed it has been and how much they simply ghosted me. They will respond to my messages sporadically and then ignore them for weeks on, I installed this August 16th and it is now September 14th. I will take my business elsewhere and pay for the replacements myself. I will not do any business here. How you treat customers when you mess up is just as important as when they walk in. I spent thousands of dollars here and used to be a loyal customer. Hope you guys reconsider how you treat customers when they have legitimate complaints and done in a respectful manner. You should make immediate arrangements to make right by your mistakes.

I had the windows of my vehicle tinted and I am very happy with my whole experience at Right Choice Auto Glass. In terms of communication, the staff is very quick, professional, and responsive both by email and text messaging. They did a great job explaining the options for my vehicle to make the right decision for my preferences. Follow up questions were responded to promptly. I love the look of the final product on my car! I m so happy with the whole experience that I plan on having Right Choice tint the windows on my other family vehicle. Great experience! They were able to come out within a couple hours if my call and replace my shattered rear window. First class establishment from the moment they answered the phone. They were able to get an appointment made for me the day after my call. Upon arrival they greeted me with a warm welcome and walked me out to the vehicle. They were able to address my rock chip concern by making sure I was making the right choice on repairing it rather than replacing it. They could have easily done the repair and taken my money without voicing their concerns but they took the time to explain to me the different decisions I could make.
