Went in for a simple oil change, next day I notice oil on my driveway. When I open up the hood I notice that the oil cap was never put back on so the oil went everywhere in the engine bay! If you get work done here please check their work to avoid issues down the road.

Appointment times don t matter if you re going to wait at the dealership while they work on your oil change. I scheduled an appointment on the Ford app, I showed up before my appointment time, they told me it would take 45 minutes to 2 hours. They didn t even start on my truck and it had been almost 2 hours when I finally went in and asked for my keys to leave. They told me that appointment times are only for drop offs, not if you re going to wait at the dealership. I live 45 minutes away, not regally a convenient distance for someone to pick me up. I specified when I made the appointment that I would be waiting there and confirmed again when I checked in. What a joke! And to blame it on the app scheduling system. I ve never had this issue with other Ford dealerships. Won t waste my time there again.

Those Garage boys rockin' out to that Beyonce. Great service just a reminder for the crew, please reset the oil life light. I got in my car, and it still showed it required oil.

Service writers are very friendly and seem to know what they are talking about. The rest of the staff needs a lot of training. Purchase Six Tires and it took a total of 5 days to get the tires and another 2 days to get them installed properly.After paying $1,600 went out to pick up van front two tires flat. Spent another 3 hours at dealership they put in wrong valve stems. Inside of drivers side was smeared with mud.They said a test drive was completed and all was okay. Drove the van, front wheels shaking at 58 mph. Front wheel alignment was done but steering wheel was off center. Back in shop for repairs. Second test drive everything seems acceptable. They did not check air in spare tire. I think this location needs a lot of training in customer service. After talking to manager I guess I'm just expected to waste my time to get a subpar job done. I would not recommend this location.

Good experience here for the most part. They are typically very friendly and courteous, and you get the satisfaction of knowing you have OEM filters and quality fluids. They do, of course, try to sell you additional services (tire rotation, flushes, tires, air filters, etc.) but you get that everywhere. It's never a hard sell, but always suggested. Today I was in and out in under an hour. I've had it be as quick as 30 minutes, and the longest was probably 90 minutes. I have been taking four or five cars here for the past 20 years and never really had a complaint. Of course, it isn't the least expensive place in town, because it's part of a dealership, but if you did it yourself with quality oil and OEM parts, the balance is well worth having them do it to save the time, hassle, and dirt of doing it yourself and then having to transport the used oil/filter for recycling.

Wanna give Darian the service writer a shoutout. He helped us out when we popped our tire yikes! He was very patient with us when we were all frazzled. Due to them not having the right tire, he graciously had the guys put on our spare tire free of charge and sent us on our way to another place for the correct tire. Had a appointment to get oil change and tires rotated for my 2020 leased Ford Escape the bill came to $123.68 including a $12.95 charge for shop supplies which I'm not sure what that entails but if there charging every customer $12.95 per serviced vehicle that's a lot of shop supplies in a given day but I guess that's just part doing business pass everything onto the customer luckily I had points so no cash was exchanged. The service was relatively fast in and out about 1 hour.

Charged over $280 for an oil change. I made an appointment online and was quoted at $121, which I felt was a little steep but figured if I was going to be lazy and not do it myself that was still reasonable considering rising costs everywhere and their expenses of running the shop, etc. Unfortunately when I got my vehicle back (the service was very quick which was the only positive), the bill came to $203. This was never communicated to me, and I was only ever shown the $121 price. They had a $21 "shop supply" expense on the bill, plus some additional labor. The sales agent told me that the $121 was only for the apparent 300% markup on materials. I gave them my credit card and was asked to sign a receipt showing $283!! The manager came over and messed around at the terminal for a few minutes and said he couldn't void the purchase. I am supposed to be receiving a refund for the additional $80 (should really be a $160 refund if they would honor their quote).

Very disappointed with our service at quick lane considering we bought our car from Groove and had great service during that process.I highly suggest you check pricing before getting an oil change from here, we were charged nearly double what any other quick lane has ever charged us. Upon asking the service writer about the price her response was basically that she doesn't control the prices. Which I understand but when the price goes up by that much you tend to want an answer as to why.The next day I got a call from the other service writer in which he apologized but then went on to tell me that he called around the other quick lanes and their prices were perfectly in line with them. Now I knew that was an outright lie so I called the 3 separate quick lanes that we usually frequent and all of them told me their normal price was $39 up to 6 quarts. And my car has 4.5 quarts. One of them even said they were running a special which made the oil change $19.99. And that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth considering Groove ford quick lane charged me nearly $80 for the same service. I do not reccomend.

They cross threaded one of my lugs I went back in for them to rotate my tires again they broke the lug off.I called to complain about it and they said it was going to cost me over 600 to fix it (Brian) the manager then started arguing and yelling at me so I asked to speak with his boss just to get yelled at by him poor customer service and unsafe work! I fixed it my self for (60 dollars) what a ripoff!

Staffed very well (3 today) at Quick Lane. Service techs wear throw away gloves so they don't share grease and grime from car to car. No grease or fluids on service bay floor. Fluids, struts, and shocks changed underneath in "basement" directly below your vehicle while other servicing is being done at ground level. Modern service bay and Ford trained technicians (5 today) who converse with you about your vehicle. Nice personable staff!

Even when your the only vehicle at the shop they are so slow. A simple oil change and tire rotation shouldn t take very long but for this place it takes over an hour. The guys in front are super nice and helpful but the mechanics lolligag and drag it out.. it s best to drop off your vehicle and not waste your time waiting there.

Good service, a little pricey for a oil and filter change but they did have me in and out in just under 1 hour.Bring back the $49.95 oil & filter full service and my rating will go up.
