Pride Auto has been servicing my car for decades. We began using them because they are a 10 minute walk from our home, which makes it easy to leave the car and to pick it up later. We have been very happy with their service over the years. For example, recently I took my very old Taurus in for an oil change. They called me next day with a description of the work that was needed. Because of the age of the car, I chose not to have some of the items done, so they promptly did the rest of them. When I received the bill, it included a thorough description of all of the recommended work and showed which items I had declined. Upon reading that, I decided that I should have one more repair on their list done, so I am going to take it in again. Without that detailed description, I wouldn t have done so.

I got stranded in centennial after a different mechanic messed up a simple valve cover change 3 times. They got me in right away, diagnosed it, and had me on the road the next night after engine ran out of oil and turbo was shot. A bit high priced but they offer 50,000 mile warranty so was happy to pay it for great workmanship and warranty!

I had a wonderful experience with Pride Automotive as they did a pre-purchase evaluation of a used car I was purchasing. Excellent, concise report with pictures and pricing items that needed to be fixed or replaced. There was also a list of all items that were in good shape and the list was extensive. Great customer service.

I needed to have my alternator replaced and brought my car there. Pride auto has always been reliable, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly.Their part vendor was very expensive so I sourced my own new alternator for significantly cheaper and they kindly installed it, no warranty of course. My only minor concern is the estimate of labor for the job. I was quoted 1 hour of labor based on the reference for this vehicle. The labor came out to 3 hours. The car and job are well known so the incorrect estimate is a bit concerning.Overall, I do recommend Pride and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I ve been thinking about how to write this, and weighing my good experiences with the recent awful experience, but I believe that the negatives from my most recent interaction, knowing there has been a change in management/ownership, it s necessary to post this.I have been using Pride for years. I have done almost all the recommended services, and I stay on top of my maintenance to keep my car running well. For the past year or so, Pride has been recommending that I do my transmission fluid flush. I finally conceded and took it in last week for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. I dropped it off around 830, and around 9am I got a call from the shop confirming I wanted the oil change and transmission fluid flush and they quoted the price. Didn t hear from the shop again until 4pm. When they called they said my car was ready but there were a few things we needed to discuss. They gave two items that were cracked or leaking and when I asked what those were and why I needed to repair them, the person I spoke with seemed annoyed I was asking, and couldn t explain why I needed to repair the items. At this point, it was too late to even do the repairs, and after they had my car the entire day, I needed to have my vehicle back. Additionally, and most alarming of all, while quoting things I needed, I was told my transmission fluid was dirty and needed to be flushed. I said that it was my understanding that was being done today. He said that he saw it in the notes, and he misspoke. When I showed up to get my car, they said I could bring it back the next day for the one quick repair (they said it would take no longer than an hour) and as I was being quoted this, Erin (I believe she is now the shop manager) looked over and stated that they would get the transmission fluid flushed then as well. At this point I think I was so confused how this was totally missed, just said okay and left. When I got in my car my oil sensor wasn t reset, and I didn t have a new oil change sticker in my car, which raised some flags for me.Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I almost immediately brought my car to a trusted friend who knows way more about cars than me. When they went to check my oil, they discovered the oil cap wasn t even put back on. This could have been catastrophic. My heart is broken that this level of neglect was demonstrated at a shop I trusted for years. This is downright unacceptable.I also looked up transmission fluid flush information and I had done this, at this shop, about 20k miles ago. Confirming with my trusted friend, and a ton of research, it would be totally unnecessary to do this service, which now has me questioning if I can trust this shop at all. They used to take photos of everything, explain things, and be upfront and real with you. Now I feel like I cannot trust the work, anything I ve paid for in the past, or even for them to not make seemingly minuscule errors that can have massive ramifications. After years of being a loyal customer here, I will not be back.

First time customer. Went to them on the recommendation of a coworker. He told me that they were good and maybe not the cheapest but they were fair. I found this to be the case. I went in concerned that I needed to have my brakes replaced and they're evaluation said I still had a few months left and there was no reason to replace my brakes yet. Many places would have just replaced my brakes. In some, I found them to be honest, thorough, and timely in performing the service that I did need done. I will be using them for both my vehicles going forward.

Thank you to the team over at Pride Auto Care at 8787 E Dry Creek in Centennial for getting me in and putting on the new wheels, adding a level kit, an alignment, and oil change. They were helpful with my needs and got me in quickly and my truck was not dirty when I got it back. It seems some other shops don't put plastic on the steering wheels and seats anymore. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness. Thank you so much for taking great care of our family vehicle. The Heaths

I used to trust Pride fully, but we're looking for another shop to go to. Both of the last 2 times my wife has taken her car in for an oil change, they haven't secured the bolt properly and oil leaked all over our garage -- this most recent time, they gave my wife grief when she called to ask if she could come in to have it checked after her latest oil change, then when she brought the car back, she was told it was just "residue" and they'd wipe it off. Guess what, the car is still leaking all over the garage and we have to get it checked again. The time before this, we brought the car in and Pride recommended we have the brakes replaced -- something *they* had done not even 10,000 miles before, but they didn't even seem to have records of it, so I was thankful I'd saved the repair records and receipts. We had to fight with them to get the brakes replaced under warranty since there was no way we could've burned through brake pads that amount of time (especially since the front pads were also fine).

Talk? Do you guys wanna talk? First, I came for an oil change and you put the wrong one (fair mistake), then you agreed to redo it, and at the end you gave me this "receipt" that doesn't say what type of oil you used the second time, the field "miles In/Out" says 30k something when my car is over 90k (is this to justify the low mileage oil you used the first time -and most likely the second time), and the field "Written By" says Erin, when it was Garry who did it. So when you add all of that, yes you do deserve 1 star, and no I don't wanna talk.

Had some issues with the air suspension on my jeep. They took it in and figured out exactly what was wrong. Not an easy task. Got my jeep back and is like brand new. That system must've been leaking for a long time. I've been going to you guys for years including the Broadway shop and will continue to do so. Thanks

I brought my truck in for a alignment. They told me I have a bent lower control arm and spindle and may have a bent frame. I then took it to Toyota for second opinion and they found it only needed an alignment. These guys don't seem to know what they are doing but to be fair pride has always been a great experience I'm really not sure what happened this time.

Stopped in, spur of the moment for what I believed was a loose muffler. They were so quick getting it looked at, and incredibly helpful. I was back on the road in a flash. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable.

They held my car for 24+ hours and wouldn t give me a reliable timeframe to get the tires done. Happy to make an appointment, unhappy to get jerked around while my car is just sitting in a lot. I have little kids so it s a huge inconvenience to get a we hope or we ll see response. Dude, if you re gonna fix the tires on Thursday instead of Tuesday just tell me. Also, I kept calling because someone would promise to call me back and then never call me back.I usually like Pride because they give me a fair quote. But they lost my business over dumb tires because they inconvenienced my family. Schleppng car seats and getting rides all day is miserable.

These guys are great! I initially went there because it was close to work, but now I ll keep going no matter what. Everyone I ve talked to is super nice, they take the time to explain the what and why with your vehicle, and the prices are very fair. They even showed my 4 year old son how the lift worked and he loved it. You can definitely trust them with your car!

Just came because window broke and I need help getting it up and jammed. Very helpful, didn't have to wait very long, and very nice staff to help. Was able to get it up and allow me to breath easy. Definitely will have to keep them in mind as an option for future automotive exploits.

Do not take your car here!! I took my car here only because I didn t have any tools with me. My upper radiator hose was leaking bad, but told them I didn t know what was going on. They quoted me 1,300 and told me I had a cracked radiator and it needed new hoses ect.Long story short.. I got it towed to my house, pulled out the radiator and there was absolutely no split. All the vehicle needed was a new upper hose that cost $23. Absolutely disgusting that they are doing that to people. I m sure they do good work based on their other reviews, but if you do not know anything about cars and want an honest price DO NOT GO HERE.

Came in about a year ago because my car had been eating through brake pads. They recommended changing the calipers, so I paid them to do that. I continued having the same problem with my brakes and about 6 months later I had gone through another pair of pads and rotors. I took a look it and I still had the old calipers, or at the very least the same pistons as one of them had been previously chipped and the same chip was still there. The seals were also cracked on the pistons on both sides. I m not a mechanic but it really seemed like they didn t do what they charged me for. Based on other reviews I was the exception, but be careful.

Was amazed that the repair facility was able to get the repairs done so quickly as the company is a Janitorial company and the van is a vital vehicle in the company, the charge was good compared to taking vehicle to the dealer. The staff was very friendly & Helpful. Only drawback they didn't have a shuttle service and was charged for the uber back to my employment.Service: Electrical repair

These guys are awesome. Did a very thorough job on my vehicle and provided an easy to read report on potential issues to fix in the future with no aggressive upselling. Would ve been 5 stars if they hadn t signed me up for a Sirius XM trial in which I now get spam letters in the mail. I am not even slightly interested so that would ve been nice to opt out.

Impressed following my first visit. A simple oil change resulted in a leaky gasket, which they expediently replaced both at no cost. Knowledgeable & service-oriented. I'll return.

Pride Auto has become my go-to for car service. They are incredibly competent and efficient, courteous, and quick. But what I appreciate most is that they will never try to layer on more work you didn't ask for. They seek to understand the issue you're having, identify the problem, and repair it in a professional, high-quality way (without the price piling up with all sorts of extraneous issues like we encounter all-to-often elsewhere). They're the best!Service: Auto water leak repair

Pride Auto has amazing customer service! I was visiting from out of town and my car started having issues. They fit me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the issue in the same afternoon without a huge over priced bill. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly too!

Overall they Pride auto care was really good. The staff was excellent and very friendly. They definitely gave me a very good rate on my oil/tire rotation. The only reason I am not give a 5 star review is because their opening hours are inconvenient. They are only open M-F and close at 5pm on weekdays.I know it s a tough managerial decision to be open later and on weekends. However honestly I think they would get more profitable business if they extended their hours to 7pm and/or were open on weekends. When you drop off your vehicle it makes things tougher if you got a day job. Most other auto shops are open on Saturdays (even Sundays for some). That was my biggest issue.

Great and friendly customer service! They also have convenient key lock boxes if you re not able to pick up your vehicle in time before they close (which I used) and they walked me through the process. They also did an inspection of my vehicle following the service I requested, which was much appreciated. Will definitely be using their services in the future - highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Got done with everything a day early which I was very happy about. Repairs were done well, as my truck runs great again. In fact, my steering wheel does not shake what-so-ever now that they hooked up new tires, rotors, and brakes. This place is not cheap, but they are good and fast.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Erin was a great first impression for your company. She was clear and offered many choices and did not seem to be rushed. Communication via phone calls and emails was excellent. Timing was wonderful. Both girls at the front desk were pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. I couldn't pick my car up until the day after and was very happy to hear that you pull the cars into the garage for the night. Everything was explained to me with words I could understand! I felt very confident in the service I was given. I will definitely be using your services again and would confidently encourage friends and family to take their cars to you.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change
