Nancy is a great asset to your company! I went in to your store needing a battery for my newly purchased RV.. I knew nothing about RV's. she didn't hesitate to spend as much time needed to find the right one I needed help again1-05-2023 for my RV trying to find an oil filter. Nancy once again took the time to figure it out. I used to always use Advance Auto as my go-to place. I am now changing over to you guys because of her customer service and patients. Just thought you might like to know the positives because I'm sure people usually just tell you the negatives or at least that's what they post. I think I handle the situation fine Mr. Gary .. There are policies that I have to stand by! I will not hand out free batteries because you brought me a copy paper receipt that anyone can get n make copies of (scams are high and we are trained to handle scamming situations) I needed a (raw) originally recipient or a phone number for the warranty. I do apologize the store you went to in Estes Park didn t inform you on our warranty policy!! If it wasn t for you cussing me out I would have called district manager to work with you!

Bought a battery at the Estes Park location Nov 12 2023 when my car broke down. The battery was bad and would not hold a charge so tried to return it for warranty at the Centennial store. We scan any receipt when there is a warranty involved and then print them if we need them. Nancy the manger of this store informs me that since I don t have the original receipt i have to return it to the store where I bought it. The copy I presented was no good and there was nothing she could do to help me. I will never return to an O Reilly Auto parts store. You could chose to help or lose a customer.

I wanna shout out Nacy and Julian for helping me with my check engine light, and finding the part I needed really quickly. Could not stand to be in that store for long, they have an employee who smells like she chain smokes, and the whole store smells like an ash tray. Feels gross to just be in there.

Awesome guy named Martin helped me out with removing the underlayment to my front bumper and offered some great advice. extremely friendly and helpful even without making a purchase. Granted it was 8:15 pm and there was no one there so it was slow but regardless. I ll be going back there specifically for any autozone o Reilly etc type needs in the future bc of him

Fast friendly service. Right part for the right price. Luckily I have a traveling mechanic and he had me back on the road in no time.

Great store, excellent service! Nat spent a while helping us out with our SUV. His knowledge and kindliness helped us so much. He saw us pushing our car and he came right out to help. You just don t see this kind of service nowadays.With patience he also continued to provide great service to other customers as well. Once again Thanks Nat!-Patty and Frank

To the person with the long, braided ponytail, thank you so much; your helpfulness in not only purchasing new wipers for my vehicle, but also your kindness in making sure the wipers work... wonderful.I hope that the woman in the sweatshirt and the older gentleman take note of how your willingness to engage and to help others randomly... leads to positive experiences and repeat customers.From the brief observation of the other two "managers," if they had assisted me, I would've never returned. All I can wish for is that management ditches their own agenda and follow suit of the kind, helpful lad that made sure I got the products I needed and went above and beyond to make sure they were in working order.5/5 customer service from the gentleman with the ponytail.-2/5 management......y'all suck. Y'all wouldn't even mind the counter for a moment while your subordinate helped a customer. Shame on y'all. Learn a thing or two about business from your employees.

Very helpful, freindly staff. Love the return policy. If you buy using your member phone#, you don't need a receipt if you have to return within 30 days. Pretty good selection, and since the Arapahoe NAPA closed, thank God it's nearby.

I wish I could give this location even more stars. We are visiting from out of state and came out of the hotel to a dead battery. Finally got it started and made a mad dash to an unnamed competitor. Service was nice enough but they did very little in trying to help me diag the issue. I searched for the nearest O Reillys and happened on this location. By the time I arrived it was raining and miserable. First counter person volunteered to come outside to scan the battery and alternator all the while getting soaked in the process. When the battery and alternator seemed fine she went back in and came out with the vehicle scanner to try and help out more. Unfortunately the scanner needed an update which they were unable to perform. I went back in to guilt purchase something and another employee volunteered the use of his personal scanner so he came out and scanned it. I spoke with three different employees there and every one of them was beyond nice. Hopefully I never have to see you guys again but thank you so much for the help.

My battery died and Taylor at O Reilly helped me find the right replacement, helped install it, let us use her tools, taught me about the different batteries, was super kind and patient with me, and was helping other customers the whole time! I can t thank her and her wonderful dog Goose enough!

Two customers were being obnoxious to the young female cashier, using terrible profanity and being a nuisance while paying today. She was pleasant and gracious despite their boorish behavior. When they left she denied knowing them. Please train your employees to show unacceptable behavior out the door and REFUSE service. If you serve vermin, all the other customers are inconvenienced and subject to their abusive verbal behavior also. I will not be back to a place without standards.

My car broke down infront of the street I was very upset crying not knowing what to do late they were closed when Zach appeared and pushed my car into parking lot went inside store and brought the code reader waited till I was picked up. The kindness of this young man goes beyond measure more people should have the respect and nobility he posses you are very fortunate to have an employee like him Thank you isn't enough Ms. Pacheco

I just got off work 5 minutes before thy closed. I called them and asked if I could pay over the phone and they could leave the coolant outside. Zack did me one better. He told me to come on down and he would take care of me before I left for a trip to Wyoming. It was an emergency trip my Grandpa just died and I was driving up for his funeral. Zack went above and beyond and stayed latter just so he could take care of me. It warms my heart to see that their is still good people out there that will put their customers before them selfs. Thank you Zack

Incredibly helpful and kind staff, in particular Dylan who helped me with some battery trouble I was having. Wouldn t have made it all the way back home if it weren t for his help. Highly recommend visiting this store for any car related needs!

Don't bring your rotors to get re surfaced here, they will take your $50 and they will come back worse them before, they have random employees resurfacing rotors with 4inch long nails, how do you get the best results from that!? Would not recommend at all

Drove 20 min to go to this specific store because the part I needed was in inventory, show up a whole 5 minutes before closing and was locked out. What s the point of having posted hours if they are in accurate?
