Fantastic experience. There ended up being a lot of repairs needed, backed with pictures to show the problems. The store manager, Taylor, is realistic about what can and can t be done immediately, so there was no pressure to fix everything. Taylor was very engaging and polite. I will absolutely return and recommend this location!

These guys are THE BEST! Taylor (store manager) offered their free tow service and got my Jeep in and out very quickly at a great price! They were very honest from the beginning and I immediately felt I could trust them! I also noticed everyone who walked in there knew them well and said how wonderful they are! Thanks again to this amazing team!

Taylor and his team were great! We got into Denver and had issues with the exhaust pipe along with more issues in the vehicle. They took great care of our vehicle, all in one day, as our time was limited in this trip. Recommend this location . A huge thanks to this young, knowledgeable, caring team!!!

I am in town for work and my back tire blew out while on the highway. I immediately called Meineke and Taylor was super helpful right from the get go. I drove cross country, so he that technicians did a thorough look into my vehicle, so I'd have a safe drive back.

I've never come to Meineke; I typically go to a different shop that's a bit out of my way. However, I was limited on time and had a coupon so I decided to come to Meineke instead and I'm very glad I did. Really great service and reasonable prices!

Very helpful. Went in for an oil change. Their inspection was helpful and didn't force any additional maintenance recommendations during the oil change. VERY slow, be prepared to leave the vehicle or bring work and or a book and a fully charged phone. I used all three for my 2 hour oil change and inspection.

I ve been coming to meineke for two years now for all my car troubles and maintenance. If you are looking for a good repair shop that won t rip you off I highly recommend this location! They are always super helpful and honest. The new manager Taylor is awesome! He was able to get my headlights replaced the same day right before closing & he was able to troubleshoot to save me a lot of money for the LED bulbs. It s a relief knowing I have trustworthy people working on my vehicle, these guys are the BEST! Definitely bring your car here for any problems that need fixed!

Great work by Tyler and his team. They were able to fit me in same day, explained issues with the car, stuck to the price quoted, and even gave me a ride while the car was being worked on. Friendly, approachable staff and they took great care of my car! I will definitely return to this Meineke.

Taylor and the crew were able to get my car in, inspected, and resolved all within a few hours. Very timely fix for my issue whereas every other shop between Denver and Silverthorne told me to "come back on Saturday and leave it here for a week." Very satisfied, I'll be bringing my other car in for service ahead of putting it on the market.

I was hesitant to go here because of other negative reviews, but I had a great time! The service was fast and excellent. Sometimes mechanics will try and upsell me (a single woman), but they were very respectful and helpful and my oil change was quick, easy, and inexpensive. I would absolutely come back

I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor hunt and Josh they where absolutely amazing helped me understand things most car places would take advantage but the service and attitudes where absolutely impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for your vehicle needs.

Terrible experience all around. We have never gotten are car fixed there on the first try. They quoted us $8,000 for a repair that they previously said they fixed , we took it to another mechanic and they fixed it for $150 by replacing the sensor that they said they replaced . I am bringing this to the attention of the Better Business Bureau because so that they can hopefully stop ripping off people.

I strongly recommend not going here. $38 dollars to check my brakes at a quote of $690 for repair. It also took an hour and a half for this assessment . Grease Monkey and Brakes Plus looked at the brakes and provided quotes for the work for free and within 45 minutes. 2 items listed from Meineke were noted to not need replacing from the other two places. Questionable at best.

Super friendly staff, they sent you a full breakdown of all the issues with your car (including photos, videos, and a detailed description of why you need to fix this or that). They are not cheap, but you will definitely get what you pay for.

This shop was able to find an after-market catalytic converter to replace my stolen one - no one else I contacted was able to locate one within a month. They installed it and went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly. I'll be going back to them to have a shield installed. I appreciate their work.

Would have been 5 stars, but they initially got the wrong part. So I had to keep the rental car a little longer than I wanted to. Other than that 1 thing they were excellent with everything else. I will definitely be using them again, & would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car maintenance or repairs.

Took my Prius in for an oil change at 8am on a weekday, got it back 2hrs later with the oil changed, a full report of what tune ups my car might need soon, and fully pumped tires.

Terrible experience. Go literally anywhere else. I will NEVER return.Was quoted an "8 hour" repair for an oil pan gasket and told they would call me the next day (Saturday). An hour before close (the next day), they had not called, so I phoned them. I was greeted with (I paraphrase) "I meant to call you a couple hours ago but, I was busy and forgot--the instructions from Ford indicate this is a more complex job than we knew, so it'll be end-of-day Monday before it's done."This is a car care center where if you go in for an oil change, they'll do a great job changing your oil and finding several hundred dollars of other things wrong with your vehicle. If you find yourself getting service performed here, be prepared to be without a vehicle for longer than expected, to pay more than you should, and to very plausibly be on the end of the "oops, I was too busy and forgot to call" message. To their credit, at least he was honest about forgetting.

I would definitely recommend this location! It was a great experience with a vehicle I had just bought . I love how you get updates as soon as they get your vehicle into the system.
