As a first time buyer I loved how Jay my salesperson was very understanding and helpful in choosing the right fit for me. I am in love with my rogue and and so happy with the decision we were able to come to. Jay also did a great job at highlighting the benefits of each car and was so nice. I would recommend this dealership to everyone great service and really great staff especially Jay!!

Abysmal service for my Xterra. Had it in 3 separate times for a check engine light and they never successfully diagnosed it or fixed it despite >$2,000 in charges. Also gave ridiculous quotes for other repairs - leafsprings, etc.Poor experiences with my SUV and this dealership will ensure I never buy another Nissan

I went in because received a coupon from the service center for a discount on full service package: oil change, tire rotation and balance, multipoint inspection, windshield wiper replacement. So I went in to have all this done as well as have one particular concern addressed. My particular concern I brought up and asked them to look into, was immediately dismissed and not taken seriously or looked into and the problem still persists. I also didn't receive all of the services promised by their full serve package advertised. I was not given new windshield wiper blades, and I was charged for a service I expressly denied on their addition work request that I was given.I will not be falling for anymore discounted deal promises from this service center, and recommend you do the same.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I took my car in because the check engine light was on. After a few visits, the service team found the issue & got it fixed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The best part is that the repair was covered under a Nissan warranty!Update: check engine light continues to come on. The service team believes they have found the problem again. Everyone exhibited great customer service! Next update after the repair has been completed.

Very nice employees - however attention to detail was severely lacking. Charged me for new windshield wipers, but didn't install them. Walked out to get my car, saw the same broken windshield wipers, had to turn around and wait for them to install them (Technician Joshua was extremely professional, polite, and apologetic for not completing in the first place)Most body shops will fix your tire pressure as a standard, complementary service, but not Larry H. Miller Nissan Arapahoe. Left the dealership with my tire pressure warning lights blinking at me. Charged a $170 diagnostic fee, (which I understand people will drop off their car and do nothing just for a free diagnosis), but they should take that fee off your total if you end up doing business with them. I'm also curious what the "diagnostic fee" actually covers? As I was leaving the dealership, noticed that my windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. Turns out it was a leak in the reservoir underneath the car... they wouldn't have noticed unless I asked about it. So what the heck is the "diagnostic fee" even for?Told them about the list of things I wanted reviewed, and added "Let me know if it needs an oil change and I might get it done" - they completed the oil change and charged me without asking / confirming.Lastly, their quote for the list of service items seemed pretty high... went for 2 other opinions here in town and BOTH of them quoted the same services for half of the price.Although the employees were nice guys, I will not be returning to Larry H. Miller Nissan on Arapahoe for work on my Nissan.

So I brought my Nisan Armada (company car) in to get repaired and was going to walk across the street to buy a second personal economy car for around town. Jason in service were amazing. He also answered a few questions about a good economy car. I was in an out in four days and ended up being a second economy car (Rouge) for my wife to run around town. Could not be happier. Jay in sales was fast, friendly and efficient. In and out in an hour. Ill be back.

I bought my car in February and this was the first time that services were needed. LHM took great care of me and my car. They were always in great communication as to what needs to be done and the next steps to get the service completed. Rene in service was friendly and knowledgeable, Matt was nice and kept in contact with me. Rich in Sales was helpful getting me the information that I needed to get other services done. Everyone there from the beginning of my experience were friendly, caring and knew what they were doing. I would recommend LHM Arapahoe to anyone that needs a car or service done. Thanks guys!!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto windshield replacement, Oil change

My Nissan Pathfinder was towed to the dealership on the evening of 4/8.22. When speaking with the service department I was given an 8:00AM appointment on Saturday, 4/9. I described briefly the issue and told the service rep that I felt that the issue was with a loose battery connection that caused massive corrosion and destroyed the connector. I showed up at 8:00AM on Saturday, 4/9 and repeated this statement to Lonnie, the service writer who was dealing with my vehicle. In a later communication with Lonnie he said the tech had gotten shocked when he tried to fix the issue and they had to test the wiring to find a high voltage short in the vehicle. After 2 1/2 days of testing I was told there was no high voltage short and the tech replaced the battery, battery connection, and fusible link. This came after I asked for an explanation of how I could have worked on the vehicle without getting shocked, the tow truck driver loaded and unloaded the vehicle without getting shocked, but magically, while sitting on the lot at Larry H. Miller Nissan Arapahoe, the vehicle developed a phantom high voltage short. No answer. Ultimately, the tech did the exact repair work I had described 3 days earlier. That was a bad experience but not all. When I received a call detailing what work was to be done and could I please approve the work I was quoted an amount of $480 and some change. I approved verbally and also via the text and email both of which had the same amount. Upon arrival this morning to retrieve my vehicle I was given a total of $530 and some change. When I objected I got a lecture about how I was told there would be other charges and tax. My problem is not with the extra $40, it is with the deceitful manner in which that money was added. I understand the need to replenish service materials and nobody gets out without paying tax. Had I been told the total amount in any of the 3 requests for approval I would not have blinked an eye. But I feel it's very deceitful to not disclose the total amount regardless of the different amount.I was seriously considering trying to make a deal for a Tacoma pickup sitting in the used vehicle area but after being deceived like that there is no chance I will ever buy a vehicle from a Larry Miller dealership. You got my extra $40 but you lost a deal for $40,000. Try and be honest and up front with the next person.Service: Electrical

We ve all been there right? Our factory warranty on our SUV has run out and we just know that we must find a local shop that will give us a better deal than the dealership service. Sometimes we do, sometimes we don t, and get scammed by the local shops. But then, you go back to the dealership, and find that one service technician you can truly trust. That happened to me a year ago when I returned to Larry H Miller Nissan Arapaho. These guys are different, and I believe some of the best mechanics in the business. My service advisor, Lonnie Simmons is perhaps the best I have ever encountered. Imagine this, a service advisor with personality.I paid 90.00 for a oil change this visit, oh by the way, that includes the next 2 oils changes! 30.00 for a oil change? Are you kidding me? You can t find that anywhere! I also had a radiator flush and fuel induction service both at competitive pricing. Take that Auto Nation! I don t know if this Nissan service department services other makes, but if you have a Nissan, this dealership is the best!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They tried to charge me $700 for a thermostat replacement on a car that I had bought from them a week prior. I had to get out of character just for them to comp the service even though they were aware I bought a bumper to bumper warranty and had literally just got the car. It was also supposed to be detailed on TWO different occasions and it still hasn t been cleaned. They also promised me a new windshield which has yet to be replaced, and it s been over a month. However Ulissa & Jake were great!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used the Service Department at LHMN Arapahoe since we purchased our 2015 Pathfinder. While the service has generally been good, my most recent visit had 2 primary issues. The first was that my repair was covered by the extended warranty. When I went to pick up the vehicle, there was a $37.58 shop service fee on my bill. Had I not questioned it, I would have been charged for something covered by warranty. As I drove the vehicle away from the service center, I noticed it was sluggish and loud. When I stopped to see what was happening, I was surprised to see that the hood was not completely closed. Furthermore, it was not closed because there was a pair or pliers wedged between the hood and the headlight. Thankfully, the pliers did not crack or damage the headlight. Very disappointed to have had to go back to the service center to return their pliers.Service: Engine repair

I've taken my car here several times and it seems no matter who services it, something is still missed. Not to mention the fact that I make appointments for my service and still wind up waiting 3+ hrs for my vehicle. I took it once in January 2021 for an oil change, the package I bought is supposed to be a thorough check of my brakes, fluids etc. I returned again in April for the same thing and they told me my brakes were completely worn down and rusted. So why was that not seen during January's maintenance check??? Then after my brakes got replaced with completely new ones, I left and they have been squeeling since then. On top of that I had to leave my car there for 24hrs because there was no communication about the status of the service, I had to call them to get an update. They also did some service on my wheels and tires and since I have left in April, my car makes a rattling noise whenever my tires hit any bumps. I don't have time to keep wasting to return to this service department.

I recently bought a truck at this location (Nissan Fronteir) and all i can say is I had a wonderful experience. Car buying is stressful on its own and having to have had a negative experience at anothet Nissan dealership in Lakewood i was not expecting much. I left my contact information the first time i came here because they didn't have the truck i was looking for. A few weeks after that i got an email saying that they there was an incoming truck just like the one i was looking for, the person was Jake Hall. The ability to communicate through text and email rather than calls made it much easier for me get my questions answered due to work. We eventually paid the deposit to reserved the truck. We waited a little bit longer than the ETA by a couple weeks but it was fine with me. When the day came and i came to the location to sign the paperwork i met Jake Hall and he was a great guy, never felt pressured by him, he answered all my questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable on the truck so that made things easier. I did wait a little bit long to get to the fiance step, i could understand as it was getting pretty late and they had a few people ahead of me. During the final step the finance manager was also friendly and helpful and also explained everything without pressure. Overall the service was great and i would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a Nissan vehicle.

I took my Rogue Hybrid in for a routine oil change and a recall. The service department was very friendly. When my car was going to take longer than originally thought, they arranged transportation so I did not have to sit at the dealership all day. My oil change was less expensive than I though it would be, and my recall was taken care of.Service: Oil change

Always a great experience here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They let me know what they recommend without being pushy or making me feel bad if I need to put it off until next time. Service packages save you money too, so ask about them. I won t take my Nissan anywhere else! I highly recommend them.

I received outstanding service from William Moore and the crew at Larry Miller Nissan Arapahoe Rd. They diagnosed the issue with my car quickly and I had it returned to me within hours of dropping it off. William also coordinated rides to and from my house using their concierge service. I always feel I get amazing, professional service from Larry Miller Nissan every time I go.Services: Battery, Oil change

I ve had the best experience with the service department. When I first moved to Denver, they helped me get my license plates on the front and back of my car free of charge. Now it s time to get my oil changed and Lawney and Ace were super helpful. ( I believed they were the ones that had done my plates) I ve enjoyed my experience so much that I asked if I could bring my husband s Ford here and they said they d be happy to service it as well. They ve really gone above and beyond. They are extremely helpful and polite and I don t think I ll take our cars anywhere else.

I was there 2 hours when anticipated one hour to 1.25 hours for an oil change. They wanted to do $850 additional things to my car. I approved $250 or so. I just bought the car in September and oil change was included in a package I purchased for my car. Really did not expect additional costs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This is the first time I ve been disappointed by the service at this dealership. They were unable to fix the problem with my antenna. While I understand the challenge of finding a part for an older vehicle, what s disappointing is they caused further damage while attempting to fix the antenna. Specifically, the clock no longer displays the time and the radio station memory no longer works. I m reluctant to take the car back to the dealer to fix these items because I m afraid they ll create even more problems. Finally, I wonder why they didn t notice the problems with the clock and the radio memory before they called me to pick up the car. I noticed it within a few miles of driving the car and I know from the mileage that they test drove the car as part of the service. Ultimately this service failed to do no harm .Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

The driver's seat motor of our 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport was making a terrible squealing noise every time we wanted to move the seat forward or backward. The diagnosis was a need for a new motor and rail for the driver's seat. Our Service Advisor, Lonnie Simmons, was so tenacious tracking down the part and co-ordinating the repair in such a timely way. I know that all businesses are really struggling with personnel shortages and availability of parts and supplies, but Lonnie did such a great job keeping us informed and ultimately completing the repair, that we really felt we had a friend looking out for us to get back on the road with a minimum of delay. This would have been hard enough without the challenges of staffing and parts, but Lonnie really made us feel like he was on top of the whole process at a time when I know dealerships are facing so many challenges. He's a good man and really represents the best of the Nissan dealership and brand.Service: Electrical repair

They care 100%! Derek helped me along the way to understand all the problems that my car was having and really cared about helping. I wish I had gotten my car thru here because if the service department cares like this the dealers must as well. It was an amazing experience even though my p.o.s juke needed a total engine and turbo replacement. I will be coming here for regular maintenance as well once it needs it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

We had just picked up the car from the body shop had the front and rear bumper painted brought to Larry Miller Nissan for a quote on the transmission and for windshield washer bottle/ pump install. We left the car overnight and next day a big scratch on freshly painted rear bumper.1. Nissan charging $5500 for a new CVT transmission at 103k miles, not even warranty in spite of all the class action lawsuits, Toyota s just breaking in their transmissions with those miles2. Completely dismissing the scratch, we didn t do it sorry. Well we have pictures of the before because it was just painted., so you pay attention to the details. Looks like it was brushed against by another car. Sorry but it seems like nobody cares anymore, they are busy so whatever. Glad we have at least a mechanism for a poor review.Service: General repairs & maintenance

So far i had good experiences with Larry H Miller at Arapahoe. Very friendly staff and their sales pitches are never predetory.I purchased a 2021 Rogue from them. I had extendes warranty a couple of months into ny purchase experienced some rattling sound in my drivers seat door. And i was concerned that they may show some fine print and basically rip me off. Not onoy did they fix the annoyance but they were also willing to replace the door free of cost at no expense. I feel a lot more comfortable with them and trust is established. They did not aggeesively push their service membership and did not strech me too much to buy it i never felt i was in the spot.Huge shout out to Jason for helping me today.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought our 2015 Rogue in this morning at 8 am to have your service department diagnose the exact symptoms of CVT malfunction that are described in the class action lawsuit against Nissan, Stringer et al. v. Nissan of North America. I even described how we've seen these symptoms only after the car has been idling for a long time, e.g. when my wife drove it to get her COVID test and had to wait in line for an hour. Your service technicians claimed they couldn't reproduce the problem, but they didn't even TRY to reproduce it. They drove it around the parking lot for a few minutes. You charged me $160 for a diagnosis but you didn't even attempt to diagnose what is already an established, known problem with the CVT for our model and year. When the class action settlement is finalized in May, we'll be back for the necessary repairs and we won't have to pay for them, plus we'll get that $160 back. I was hoping your dealership might take a proactive approach today, but that didn't happen. What a shame. We'll never do business with you or Nissan again.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I brought my 2019 Nissan Altima in due to what I thought was a bad sensor for my tire pressure. I met with the service manager and he resolved my issue in 2 minutes. He went out of his way to be informative and was really friendly. As they say, 1st impressions counts. I will definitely come back for all of my service needs and you should too!!!!

Was very specific with the team on the electrical issues that needed to be resolved and most of them remained after I picked up the car. I called them to discuss these issues and the technician claimed they couldnt reproduce the issue even though they immediately came back when I pulled away from the dealership. Feels like a rush job on their end without taking the time to properly diagnose the issue.Services: Electrical, Auto windshield replacement
