Came in on Monday with my dad to look at a new truck it was a very wonderful experience. Jay was amazing, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He made the buying experience great, had the truck I was looking at all nice, and washed before I arrived ready for a test drive. He was never pushy on any of the sale and made sure I was comfortable with it and got me a better deal than I thought I would. It was definitely like I had been hanging out with a new friend! If you decide to come to LHM for a car, Jay is definitely the salesman to go with!

Trust, quality, and integrity for your Service Department mechanics and customer service. I trust NO auto dealership but have to say that after several years of honesty and quality, this is the first one I DO trust!Over the years, I did not need new brakes pads or tires on my 2021 Rouge (I inspected them myself for wear), but I always asked to see what their possible reply was, and it was honest. They showed me their results saying, "No need at this time" - unlike my wife's BMW dealership in Highlands Ranch, for example.I would recommend that you service your vehicle here. They also have competitive priceing compared to other repair places in the area.

Jay Kim was extremely helpful in picking out my new Nissan frontier. He made the experience very positive. He explained all features and how to use them very simply to understand. He even brought me and my dad food for us to eat while we waited for paperwork. Very kind and easy to work with while checking out multiple vehicles at a time.

Put simple the parts department is why I'm reading it as low as I am. This particular dealership likes to heavily mark up their prices for any walk-in customer and claim that it's for their shop supplies. Why should I pay for shop supplies if my vehicle is not going through the shop? Also they like to claim that they'll have parts in stock and then you make an order and they say it's not it's stock. Can't say I would recommend going through the parts department at least

Jake Rosenfeld is an awesome salesman. We needed a business truck but comfortable for everyday driving as well. He got us into the exact car that we wanted. Toyota FJ. If you need anything, ask for Jake (Rosey). He is kind, professional, and will work hard for you and get you into the car or truck you want and need.

The service center workers were nice but had poor communication skills. I dropped my car off at 11:45 am and was told it would take about 1.5 hours to do an inspection. At 1:45 I had not received any updates so I called and they told me it would be 1.5 hours after the mechanic started inspecting the car. They could not tell me when the mechanic would start or when the car would be done. I didn t receive any updates until 4:30 when I finally got a text saying the inspection was done. when I returned to the dealership they couldn t locate my paperwork. When the finally found it they talked me through the work done and made me walk to the back of the lot to pick up my car (I am 38 weeks pregnant). It was not a good experience.

I had a fantastic car buying experience at Arapahoe Larry Nissan! I worked with Jake R. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and caring! He made sure I got all the deals I could and answered all my questions and concerns. He made sure my time wasn t wasted and made this my fastest car buying experience. Very smooth process. I just got a new car from Larry H. Miller Nissan in Arapahoe Road. From the moment I entered I was made to feel at welcome. I was listened to about my wants and needs and I was walked through the options with honest pros and cons. All the staff were courteous and friendly. I dealt with Jay on the sales side and his attention to detail to deliver the best deal and that the car was perfect when I collected it was a wonderful experience. I would strongly recommend Larry H. Miller on Arapahoe for anyone in the market for a new or used car.

After trying 3 different Nissan Dealerships, many times for the last couple of years , Larry H. Miller Nissan proved to be the best of them all thanks to their top service manager Yago Luangraj !I ve been trying to figure out my car s intermittent acceleration issues for the last 2 years without any help. All diagnostics showed no error code which was aggravating knowing my car wasn t driving right! Yago, is the dealership new service manager, knew exactly what was wrong with the car and found the error code within 5 minutes after test driving it with me.I am so glad I decided to try this dealership last week when I walked in:Benjamin welcomed me, asked me about the problem and introduced me to their top service managers within One minute!Finally, the conundrum that other dealerships couldn t solve was finally solved and my car is being serviced by and elite service team!I highly recommend this place for purchasing car from descent honest people or for servicing purchased cars.So thankful for all their help here!

I had a Nissan murano that I was on my way to refinance the rest of it ( since it was lease), I had it when I had 3 kids only and now we have five so i wished if I could change it but with the high price it was almost and indeed impossible, but Jay did it for us with just a little increase for what we used to pay , now I pay almost the same for a 2024 a gorgeous 2024 Nissan pathfinder Jay you are the man and I wish if there were a 1000 salesman like you:) GOD bless you

The general thought is that getting service at a dealership may cost a little more. However, compared to a private shop we took our other car to, it seems like this was more reasonably priced than they were. I was thankful for that. The work was completed timely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

My experience at Larry Miller was amazing. Lisa was very attentive to what I needed and what was best for me. After test driving my car and listening to her expertise, there was nothing left to do but make the purchase, of which was one of the smoothest processes I have ever experienced that did not take all day. I needed new breaks and one of the sales associates, Jay, told me that Nissan's service department will service any make and model, so I called to make an appointment. The service department got me in right away and were able to get me OEM brake pads for my Subaru and were able to put in new breaks quickly. They were able to get me out the door within a day and did an amazing job. Thank you Jay and everyone in the service department!

We had a GREAT experience here buying our 2024 Nissan Pathfinder which we LOVE! Jay was awesome from the start. He had great people skills, was very funny, and connected with my 11 year old showing him magic tricks during the "boring" parts of a car buying process, (which he is still practicing), ha ha!The manager was also very attentive to our needs and very personable. Best car buying experience we have ever had! Truly!

It started when I set a appt online and showed up for the appt on Friday. The man scoffed to another worker about me getting brakes today he said in a sarcastic voice. He was very unfriendly and I immediately wanted to leave. If you allow people to set appts online, why would I know that you can do the service for the day that was available online? Saturday morning, I received a text about recommendations of what to fix. I had questions and sent a text to Dominick. He said, Hello! You have contacted the correct person, give me just a second to work through our morning rush and I will give you a call :) After that, there was ZERO communication with regards to my car. I was told I would receive a call and waited 8 hours Saturday with nothing. I both called and texted Monday morning and didn t hear anything. Finally, I made the decision to pick up my car and take it elsewhere to be fixed. Extremely disappointing. I don t plan to return and won t be recommending this location to others.

I love coming to this dealership and inevitably, I always see my favorite person Jake when I come in For oil changes. Jake is Always such a friendly and informative person. Getting an oil change is a pleasant experience and since I drive for Uber, I m in there almost every two months so I came to get to know him pretty well. He always reschedules my oil changes for me and goes out of his way to make sure it fits in my schedule, even if it s in a short notice. I love Dealership and I would recommend anybody to buy or lease a vehicle from here.

My husband and I were on a time crunch but wanted to test drive a truck we saw online. I called and Jay K answered the phone. In the 10 minutes it took us to get there, he already had the truck pulled up and ready for us to check out. Talk about a first impression! He was highly knowledgeable and very personable. Leased my Ariya last night. I m super happy. Thanks to Jay Kim who made the process easy and quick.The only thing made me and my worried last night for an hour was that I was told that they need to physically check my SS card, cause I m immigrant I got red flag on my Social security? which I heard it for the first time after 11 years buying/leasing cars.But again, super happy working with them and we already love our new car.
