Please, for God sake don't take your car to this place for body work.. Their quality control is at the very bottom. So far it has taken them three times to take care of the problem and I am sill hoping. The service department is fantastic but not the collision department.

Although you pay a premium for service in many ways it is well worth it!Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never felt any pressure to purchase any service.Genuine Honda parts are used.Transportation is provided as a courtesy, if needed.Highly recommended!

I was hit back in February 2020, I took my car to Kuni Honda Collision Center. They were able to get the vehicle back to me by Mid March. Due to Covid however they were not able to get the wheel or penstripe on the vehicle complete. I just took my car to them last week, July 5-11. Got the car back on Friday. It's back to looking good. they did a fantastic job getting it back to it's pre-accident form.

We had a great experience here. Our car was parked and hit with moderate body damage. The car is 1 year old. Holman Collision center was able to repair the car and it literally looks new. Note there were items with enough damage that merited replacement. Our insurance company initially gave us a low estimate that did not cover these items. Fortunately Steven our representative at Holman engaged our insurance company to get the estimate increased to properly repair the car. We are very pleased with the quality, timeliness and professional effort by Steven and Holman Collision center. Thank you;-) Randy & Sharon

Exceptional work repairing the hail damage on my car. Great communication & timely repairs. One caveat - I wish you would have called me to ask if you should repair the non hail damage on the rear bumper because that is the ONLY blemish remaining on the car. I would have paid extra for that.

Coleman Honda Collision/body shop, formerly Kuniy Honda did a great job repairing my car after an accident. It took quite a long time for the repairs to be completed, but when the final work was done I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely suggest them to any of my friends, as long as they can be patient!

The cylinders on my CRV were misfiring and there was a national backorder for replacements that literally took months. I had a time crunch because I was moving. Brian was on top of it. Constantly providing updates and had the best customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure they could get my car serviced before I left the state. Thoroughly impressed!

I took my car for hell repair worse place ever, no communication, my car was sitting there for couple days only one phone call no email no massages, when I went to get my car on Monday afternoon shoes print at the bottom of each door and the guy had very bad attitude when I told him his name is Thomas Snyder, I was expecting my car to be clean and neat sadly dirty dirty very dirty :(

Loyal customer when it was still Kuni Honda. This Holman Honda is the absolute worst! Brought my vehicle in for a noise, they said they knew what it was and charged me. When my vehicle was returned to me, it still made the same noise. Now they want to charge me extra to take care of the one issue I brought it in for. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!

Great experience with everyone at Kuni Honda. The office staff was thorough and helpful, my estimator Jared was communicative and took time to answer all my questions, and the car looked brand new when I picked it up.High class service the entire way through. Thanks for all your help!EDIT: I returned to have them check out a rattle that turned out to be unrelated to the original repair. They fixed it for me free-of-charge in about 5 minutes. This group is fantastic.

Brought my 2015 Lexus RC-F into Jarod for a front bumper repair. Jarod kept me up to date, throughout the entire process, and even was able to book me in last second, (I had been searching for availability for weeks). These guys took the time to make sure they had all the parts needed, and even gave me a VERY competitive quote for everything I had done.Jarod was awesome as well, even while dealing with my impatience because I wanted my car back so quickly! Definitely recommend these guys, and specifically Jarod!

My experience with Kuni Collision was EXCELLENT! Jarod and team communicated with me every step of the way and kept me updated through the entire process. I am very happy with the repairs completed by the technicians as well. I highly recommend working with them should the need ever arise!

Our Lexus RX450h was side-swiped on the interstate and needed some body work. I contacted Kuni Lexus where we purchased the vehicle and they suggested Kuni Honda Collision Center (of course!). The repairs took double the time, I had to call for updates, but most importantly, the work is subpar and not what I would expect for a Lexus. They left a mess in our vehicle and failed to remove excess paint on trim, side windows and taillights! I called and was told to bring it in to have a look at it. Did not bother since I really do not think this is a very good shop and certainly not up to the Lexus brand.Would not recommend you use them.Service: Body & Trim

The body shop did a great job on my Lexus Rx350. Marisa, Jarod and Michaela are great to work with! The repair took a little longer than expected only because it took my insurance company a week to approve the supplement for additional damage that was found by one of their technicians. Great job catching the damage that was missed by my insurance company's original estimate.Thanks for all of your hard work, my Lexus looks as good as the day I bought it from Kuni!

The Kuni Honda Body Shop is a great place to have your vehicle fixed. The office staff is super helpful. I had to have my vehicle fixed here after someone backed into it in a parking lot with their truck and caused over $4,000 worth of damage. The technician did a great job. My car looks fantastic! Would never know it happened. The paint color is on point also. If you want a job done right, I highly recommend this body shop.

Great experience. Everyone was very friendly and asked many questions no other place even thought of. I did not go through my insurance and they were completely open to hear me out with what I was exactly looking for with the repair. I got a fender-bender repaired here recently and my vehicle has a very unique color. They nailed it perfectly. Once I added a bit of polishing wax to the whole vehicle, you really can't tell anything ever happened. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any autobody repair.

Pretty good service and friendly, patient staff. However, after I got an oil change from here, my Toyota started making a rattling noise...I got it checked from an independent mechanic and he said the water pump needed to be fixed. Sure enough, that was a $390.00 repair. Not sure if the collision center had anything to do with it or not.

The Kuni name means nothing. This place is a joke. I took my RX330 here for some minor damage and they have had it there for a month now. Hillary the manager will blatantly lie to you. They treat your vehicle like it's a piece of carp that they absolutely don't care about. I went up there to check on it at the two week mark because I was told in the beginning it would be two weeks max and practically nothing had been done except they did flatten one of my brand new tires and just had it sitting on the flat for God knows how long. I expected so much more from the Kuni name. Do not take your vehicle here.

Josh and team did wonders on our 2005 Honda Odyssey at a very reasonable price. It had collected numerous dings and scratches including damage to the back bumper parking sensors over the years. We feel like we have a new van again! We highly recommend the body shop to anyone looking to get work done on their car. Thanks guys.

SCAMMERS - I came here for a checkup before I was going on vacation and they told me I needed two new tires on my 2011 Honda Pilot. I of course purchased them because I was going to be taking my family on a trip. I have less than 20K on my car. I got home told my husband he was furious I bought new tires. I've had my car less than a year and they should have been in warranty. The dealer should know I'm under warranty when I called asking them for my tires back they tried to tell me my tires had a nails in them. Their story keeps changing and I should have been covered either way. This dealership is sketchy and I highly recommend driving the extra miles to go to another dealership.

No surprise here, but Kuni Honda will try to rip you off any way they can. Their mechanics do good work, but everyone else will screw you if they can. If they try, don't get mad, just threaten to try to fire everyone involved, and ask to speak to managers and the director.

Very Satisfied with the repairs that was done on my vehicles. I have taken a few cars here and I have gotten excellent service. Paint work was flawless and the repairs were amazing. Thanks for doing such great work David and team!

Customer service is America is dead. I was involved in a collision. The other driver was at fault and ticketed. His insurance company accepted liability and gave me a list of auto body shops that are in the insurance company s network and I picked Kuni as they are close to my house. I asked the insurance company to provide a rental car while my car was being repaired they said no problem. I went to Kuni for an estimate and told them that I needed the rental car. The Kuni employee that did my estimate handed me a business card to told me to call to setup the rental. I made my repair appointment with Kuni and called to schedule the rental car for the same day. A day before the repairs were to be made the rental car company called me to confirm the appointment and told me that insurance company still had not signed off on payment for the rental car. I called the insurance company to find out why the rental car was not approved and she told me that the network auto body shop should have scheduled the car for me. I called Kuni to cancel my appointment because they caused the whole problem. When I called, I got voicemail at around 4:00pm. I did not get a return call until 10:30am the next day. Kuni never corrected the problem and wanted me to still come in for the repair even though they were the ones who dropped the ball.

Matt made this entire ordeal an easy going and positive experience for us. Seriously, that guy is amazing and I'm so thankful to have had him working with us. This auto body repair shop is hands down the best in town.

So it s may 27th was told they could not an estimate done until June 22nd and work can t start until after August 2nd . Would be nice to get my car repaired by Honda but I guess that s not a realistic option . Absolute trash
