Great service advisor! Explained everything very well. Told me what needs to be done in the future and that I will get notifications from Holman.Comfortable place to wait.One question - do you not routinely wash cars after service? That s been my experience with other Honda dealers in Illinois (where I just moved from).I ll definitely be back! Thanks

Thank you Ashley, Ryan, Jerry and Scott. I definitely left completely satisfied today versus two days ago when I left not wanting to bring business there anymore. They did everything they could to accommodate us and get us in the car we wanted. I highly recommend doing business with Holman for your Honda needs. I ve been taking my former CR-V here for years and I will continue to do so with our new 24 CR-V. I respect a company that can own up and fix mistakes.

The service experience was stellar. Organized, friendly and helpful from the moment you pull through the garage doors. Colin, Andrew and Brian were great, patiently showed me some settings in the vehicle set-up that I was unaware of, and texts/ videos kept me updated on the work on my vehicle until it was ready later that day. Can t recommend this team highly enough.

I had a ruff start at the beginning with an error in my schedule appointment with the person who took my call and the gentleman I spoke to about the error was not very helpful and made me feel like my business was not worth the effort to fix the error. But Jonathan contacted me through text messages and took the time to help with the error and made an appointment for me the next morning. When I arrived Kellen made up for the error and took very good care of my car and me. Both are very professional and I thank them and I will return again with my car in the future

If zero stars was an option that is what they would be getting. Although, the service reps I spoke to were both very friendly and helped as best they could.I brought my 2017 Civic hatchback (that never had actual problems until I brought it here) here to fix a few things. Some of which I expected the dealership to be able to figure out, after all, IT WAS THEIR CAR. But nope! It took three trips here for them to fix anything, and even after five they had either not fixed them or broken more than they had fixed. To name two, they broke my key fob and I had to pay for a new one, and when I brought my car in to fix a recall for the heat/AC they only fixed the AC. Which left me without heat when it was -15 degrees outside and I wasn't able to go to work. Then when I brought it in to actually (hopefully) fix the heat, they overcharged me $400 for it.Throughout my trips to this dealership I noticed they liked to tack on whatever they could to the inspections. Especially things they just didn't have record of and apparently didn't actually look at, because they told me my spark plugs and breaks needed to be replaced just because they weren't the ones that replaced them last. They were both less than a year old AND the dealership had replaced my breaks less than two months earlier saying it was the answer to a problem when it wasn't. So I feel like it is safe to assume they don't actually inspect the cars. When I came in solely so they could fix the heat they quoted me over $4000 to fix random things.Because of this dealerships awful service department that gave my car problems, I ended up trading it in, and I can confidently say I will never be bringing my new car here. I would rather go far out of my way for a different Honda dealership, or just one that actually knows what the hell they are doing.

I had a really terrific experience with the sales team at Holman Honda. They helped me get to the price point I wanted and provided excellent customer service every step of the way. A few months after I signed my lease, I had a question about the lease and called up the sales department, and they were quick to answer all of my questions and make sure I was still happy with my decision. I will absolutely be returning for any of my car needs and very highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience in shopping for your next vehicle. (I also loved the complimentary hot chocolate they served while I waited for them to work on getting my lease price down to what I wanted to pay).

Parts Department Manager Joe Preis is an awesome and amazing human. He kindly preordered a scarce seat belt buckle for our 2005 Honda Civic so it would be ready for installation when the vehicle arrived in Centennial CO from North Suburban Chicago this week. Joe went far above and beyond to provide spectacular service and Holman Honda is fortunate to have such a terrific team member. Joe deserves accolades for his great communication and proactive efforts.

It was discovered AFTER we dropped off the car that the part was never ordered. We left the car because they said it would be overnighted. It never got ordered even the second time. We picked up the car and brought it back the following week once the part was in hand. Service was great and all the advisors were very helpful. Parts department may need some improvements.

I have to base my rating off of the common car buying experience, so out of all car buying experiences, it was 5/5THE GOOD 1. Cars were well presented and easy to find on the lot.The staging and physical set up of the dealership is great for browsing the inventory easily.2. Sean Lambert was pleasant and professional as a salesman.3. The car was priced well and well documented.4. They gave me a free water bottle5. Car was clean and topped off with gasTHE NOT GOOD STUFF 1. WebsitePlease make the dealership website better. Out of all dealership sites, this was just above average, but I get so frustrated with the scrolls and clicks that don't work and the unintuitive inventory grouping schemas and menus. Specifically on desktop. Please get the web developer a team or start using Squarespace!2. Personal PrivacyDon't ask me for my "personal email." I gave you an email, that's the one I want you to use.Also, please don't walk off with customer's credit cards as a sales tactic.3. Paper VomitBuying a car can be stressful, there's a lot of signatures, and NONE OF THEM were explained to me adequately.I empathize with dealers (won't someone think of the poor besmirched dealers?!) having to work within the confines of federal, state and county bureaucracy but as a customer, in 2023, it should be digital, blazingly clear, and user friendly, not a hellscape of tiny print mixed with off center photocopies with 1990s stock photos in the background.4. GreeterI get that it's redundant and not a tangible asset to the company, but 2+ salesmen, 2 sales managers, a finance manager, a business manager and a service department is a bit redundant when I walk in and have to find someone sitting in their cubicle to talk to.5. Car delivery assistanceI did not haggle, I did not frustrate, and my experience of having to find a personal solution to getting my new car home seemed to miss the point of being a fully engaged sales process.--- All of this is on the company's top leadership and overall industry complacency.I understand modern middle management culture where the boss steps on the supervisor who steps on the face of the company who the customer complains to and starts the cycle over again.And I say all this with sincerity, if I wanted your business to fail, I would say nothing and watch it hurt more customers.I feel like I was a great customer and provided value both on the transaction, the close and in this review. ps - the guy that was sitting in the lobby the day I purchased the car was loudly proclaiming how he used to work at the Federal Reserve and now does business consulting (like I just did for free) at a rate of $300 an hour. All I'm asking for is a meeting of minds and commitment to improve.

The service provider was help. I had scheduled by phone. The technician sent video walk through of car both top and under side. Recommended several items be completed. Sent information about cost. I called service provider because I had maintenance agreement. She checked and everything was covered. I would recommend Holman for arrive on vehicles.

We went in on a Thurs & test drove the car I wanted but it was the wrong color. A dealer trade was done to get the color I wanted, and that was appreciated. The car was at the dealership on Thur evening, On Friday we were told the car would be ready on Sat morning and we arranged a pick up of 10 am, with the understanding we had to be out of there by 12 as we had a birthday party to attend for our son. We showed up on Sat WITH financing. We were told they had to still do a credit check, we said no, we have financing. Turns out we were correct, no credit check was needed. After an hour of waiting, the salesman AND the financing guy were STILL tried to get us to use Honda financing. At 11:30 we told the salesman that we were leaving in 30 minutes either with the new car or he could put our plates back on the vehicle we were trading in but we were leaving in 30 minutes! We FINALLY got to see the financing guy at 11:40. We finally left there at 12:05, we were finishing the paperwork or we would have left. Something that should have taken 30 - 45 minutes took 2 hours and I truly believe that if we had not said we were leaving at 12, it would have taken longer. We were the FIRST people that day to leave with a new car & were the first people IN the financing guy's office, it was next to where we were waiting for 2 hours!!! Respect MY time!!

To start Honda roadside assistance is an absolute joke and i would never sell that as a benefit for a Honda true certified vehicle. Next I had 3 issues and only one was taken care of. I received the text my vehicle is ready. When I arrived the service advisor showed my repair order which only addressed my vehicle being in limp mode but not the oil change I requested when I brought the vehicle in for diagnostics. Next I mentioned to my original service advisor over text to have my hood looked at for a vibration and that was never addressed nor did I get a response back mentioning that. But the conversation prior to that about my vehicle needing a brake fluid flush that I approved was flawless when it comes to easy money and after looking at the fluid in my reservoir it looks the exact same color as the fluid I was shown in the video leaving me in question if the fluid was even changed.

Delman and the finance gentleman, you'll have to forgive me his name is escaping me at the moment, were super easy to work with. Both of them made this process almost too easy and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them and Holman based on my experience. I will look to make Holman my first stop when shopping for my next vehicle purchase.

Bernardo was absolutely wonderful; it was such a treat to work with him. We were so happy to be able to find the car we wanted until we got to financing. Jarry was a different story. He was rude and made us feel rushed. I was getting insurance quotes while he was filling out paperwork, and he snapped at us to get off our phones. They had been telling us to get insurance before driving off the lot so I was trying to get quotes asap. And I was doing it while he was on his computer inputting info so it s not like I was holding stuff up. After this incident, he began slamming his keys on his keyboard.

I came in for express oil change. Was in and out in about an hour. Wait room was comfortable and clean. Service Advisor was kind and provided info on what else need to be completed in the future.

I was greeted as soon as a pulled in. All the staff were friendly and professional. My service rep was informative and helpful during my appointment. Also really appreciate the video overview sent via text. It s helpful for me to understand the issue as someone that doesn t really know car mechanics.

I am please to say my experience was amazing! I said to Erick I actually live a couple miles from Mile High Honda but, I choose to drive to Holman for my service needs.Keep providing good service and I'll continue using Holman as my choice to service my vehicle!!!

04/01/2024. Today I turned in my lease and they said I was owed about $1,000 but because of a recall from Honda they cannot sell it so I get nothing. Scott said he tried to make it fair but Ryan wouldn t budge. The sad thing is I have bought 4 cars myself and my son has bought 3. We are now turning in my son s car and we won t back. Also the extended warranty didn t do anything when I had to get something repaired. Left messages for service and finance and no return calls. Had to pay $1,200 for repairs out of pocket. So bummed, because I feel like customer service is going down the toilet and this Dealership is going right along with it.

Worst dealership ever! Had a very horrible experience purchasing a brand new Honda. I was ripped off in more ways than one . Took my vehicle in for oil change after 7000 miles as recommended by Honda but the oil was not changed and money was deducted from the maintenance contract that I paid for. I was fortunate to have checked the engine oil only to discover the fast one that they played on me so I took it in again and the oil was changed. Once again, I reluctantly took the vehicle in for another oil change a few months later but this time, they removed the 4 bolts holding the air filter in place and then tried billing me for the bolts. Remember that this was a brand new vehicle purchased from them and had only 2 oil changes done by this dealership and each time, they opened the air filter compartment for their so called multipoint inspection. I'll never have anything to do with this dealership!!!!

Holman has one of the best service departments I have ever experienced. There is never a problem getting our Pilot in within the same week we're experiencing an issue. We just had it in today for a front end alignment and a strange front end noise. They took care of everything and the car was ready in less that a couple of hours. Kylie the service adviser was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the repair done for the noise. We would never go anywhere else to have service done on our Honda.

Sean Lambert was the best salesperson we have ever worked with. He was not pushy at all and made the entire experience comfortable. We took our time trying to figure out exactly what we wanted and he never once made us feel like we needed to purchase NOW like another Honda dealership in Highlands Ranch. We came back to Sean even though the exact car we wanted wasn't on the lot at Holman but he found it for us right away. He also got us the exact accessories we wanted and was able to get us a great price. We couldn't have been happier with the whole buying experience and we will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Sean!

Ashley Crawford was a large component towards my decision to purchase at Holman.I knew the car I wanted, I knew the rates available, and I knew what the price should be.Hondas are popular and an easy sell, people who care about the customers experience are not as easy to find. I could ve found that car at that price at another dealership but it was Ashley s knowledge of the car and her attention to detail throughout the process that I chose to buy from Holman.

11:00 AM appointment for an oil change/service. 3.5 hours later, and they haven't even started the service. Nobody ever bothered to update me or inform me of hurdles with the appointment schedule or anything. When I finally asked what the delay was all about, the service department desk person said it was, "a weird day for our shop." That's when you inform customers of your time management opportunities with a courtesy call or reschedule. We will not be returning. Appointments should be handled differently than a walk-in customer. Waiting half of the day for an oil change is absurd.

I bought this car new from Kuni Honda. I took my 2017 Honda pilot to them for budy repair. It took them about two months to finish the job. That was not the problem, but I realized that the right side camera was not calibrated. I took it there, and they fixed it, and now the windshield washer reservoir is punchered. I need to take it back again. It seems their Quality Control is lacking big time.The service department is great but donot use the budyshop.

Put a 500 deposit on a car, and had to cancel because we found the one in stock at other dealership. Said that the 500 will be refunded back to the form of payment in a couple days. I forgot about the refund up until yesterday, I check my statement and found no refundand it has been 2months. I hate that they just brush it off like that, all they kept saying was they did refund it already. If I forgot about it then they are not going to refund me. I made a call and spoke to the sales person,and he was no help. They finally refund it TODAY. And no apologies made from Holman. They can do better
