Went in for an oil change and it was kind of a mixed bag. The guy at the desk was great (blanking on his name). He got me in and out quickly. In addition, there's a comfortable showroom to wait in.On the other hand, I have a couple issues with the service side of things. They told me both my air filters "failed" the inspection, so I declined the service and then ordered new ones when I got home because literally anyone can change the filters on a CX-5. I was a little surprised because I don't drive the car that much and had replaced the filters less than a year ago, but took their word for it. When I went to remove the engine filter, though, I saw that it was in great shape still [I'll attach pics of both sides of the filter they told me needed to be replaced]. Went back to rewatch the inspection video that they had sent me and saw that they had quickly panned past the engine filter in that clip. Just feels sketchy. Mazda should be above this kind of thing.Lastly, a small thing, but they must have attached a paper or something to the inside of the windshield while carrying out the oil change because when the car was returned to me there was a big, sticky strip of adhesive now stuck on the glass. Noticed it right away but didn't feel like getting back out of the car and asking them to remove it so I'll figure out how to get it off myself. Nevertheless, when I go to get my car serviced in some way, I'm not looking to have to tackle new issues upon getting it back, even if they're small and purely aesthetic.

I booked a same day service appt with Groove Mazda after my check engine light came on. Ty was super polite and helpful. I had a couple questions after Blake sent the work order video explaining the coolant control valve needed to be replaced, which Ty and the other friendly woman at the counter (didn t get her name) answered. I plan to bring my CX-30 back to Groove for any future service needs. Thanks!

My wife and I had searched for the right vehicle and found one on the Groove Mazda website. We were prepared for high pressure sales but we re happily surprised when all we were met with was kindness and an outstanding experience. Our sales representative, Eloy, listened to us and worked to ensure our desires were considered with respect and integrity. Our finance representative, Kalley, was full of energy but most of all, stellar customer service. I will return to Groove Mazda and hope to be able to work with of both the individuals I now consider friends.An Extremely Happy Customer

Update 12/12/23: I've had a couple of great interactions since my original review so I'm updating it. The service team has been very attentive, efficient and helpful. My service appointments have completed without a hitch and the couple times that I showed up without an appointment they were very helpful as well.---Difficult for me to write this review because I like their sales team. However, service is clearly sub par. Went for standard service last week. The guy that welcomed me was quite abrupt and cut me off several times. I told him that I was pretty sure I had a slow leak in my tire. My service was done in about an hour and he told me that everything looked fine. Sure enough, my tire is almost flat one week later. If he d spent an extra two minutes listening instead of being obnoxious I m sure they could have found the leak for me and saved me a flat. Bottom line: I don t think their service team cares much about service.

We just purchased a vehicle from Nico at Groove Mazda. After having dealt with a horrible salesperson at the dealership next door, we were pleasantly surprised at how honest, genuine and straight-forward this salesman was. I wouldn't hesitate for a second going back to Nico - or to Groove Mazda - for future purchases. A+++

Groove servicing is the best! I had taken my Mazda to another (closer) dealer for my normal servicing. After they listed numerous urgent repairs that needed to be performed to the tune of $2,000, I decided to get a second opinion and took my Mazda to Groove. They were quick, professional, and most important, honest. My $2,000 of urgent repairs turned to zero. I will forever go the extra distance to come to Groove for my service needs.

Best customer service I ve received in years! I had a problem with my newer Mazda, took it in last Saturday with it being a Holliday weekend. They gave me a loaner equivalent to my car, and couldn t be nicer and more helpful! Life long customer! Thanks Groove Mazda

I won't go anywhere else other than Groove Mazda for service again. Where do I begin!? My car had one of the worst things happen to it that could happen... in the middle of the highway, I not only hit something, but for some reason, all of my coolant to drain out of my vehicle and start spurting oil and coolant through my water pump. I drove it to the nearest pep boys where they told me that the hoses were all swollen and they couldn't diagnose the car and that I would have to take it to Mazda.I took it to Mazda and they told me that all the coolant and oil had drained from my car due to a coolant pump failure and that my engine had completely warped and seized up. I was beyond devastated as my car only had 62,000 miles on it and now needed a full engine and radiator replacement. As I worked for almost a full month with insurance to find they wouldn't cover the damage, Todd was an absolute saint and helped work with the insurance providers, gave me a loaner car for the entire time we were still figuring out what we would do, helped pair me with a salesperson to explore getting a new car (upon my request), clearly explained the issues and gave me a quote, and even tried working directly with Mazda on my behalf to see if some of the powertrain warranty might apply given I was right outside the window of expiration for it.Todd went above and beyond to take care of me during one of the most stressful moments i've had in a while. He was nothing but patient as I explored my options, and he and the parts services manager both worked tirelessly to make sure I got the very best price on parts and labor possible which ended up saving me a big chunk of the repair. My car is driving like it is brand new and the 2-year automatic warranty on parts and labor has given me so much piece of mind. I decided after this experience that I don't ever want anyone else to service my vehicle aside from the folks at Groove Mazda because they TRULY have your best interest at heart and look at you like a human and not a paycheck. My family has purchased Mazda's from Groove Mazda many times now. Rebekah Tresslar was our sales representative. She was very professional, courteous and worked with us to get the right pricing for our vehicles. Upon pickup, my Mazda CX-9 was washed, detailed and ready to go! Rebekah answered all of my questions. She spent extra time going over all of the vehicles perks, and how to use everything before I left. My Mazda CX-9 is great; I get so many compliments! :)I would definitely recommend Groove, and Rebekah for any car purchase!

I never write reviews but I have to about groove! They were so helpful with getting me exactly what I wanted in my new car. Wendel went above and beyond for me and is just the nicest guy ever. He isn t your typical car salesman he s super real and honest about everything and is just a stand up guy. Had it not been for him, I may have gone to a different dealership! If you re looking for someone to go at Mazda, GO TO WENDEL, I promise you won t regret it.

Not using CarFax correctly. Had my rear differential replaced 2/2022, just went in for an oil change 5/2023 at a different shop and they told me I needed a rear differential replacement. It had been a long day and I forgot I had gotten it done a little over a year ago/7,000 miles. Just wasted $ because all they put on the carfax was vehicle serviced, didn t even include the mileage. It wasn t until I got home and found the receipt I realized. Seems lazy not to properly document.

I worked with Jeff Tate last week to purchase my first car and he was wonderful throughout the entire process. I was stuck between a Mazda and a different brand of car and Jeff was not pushy at all. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. Although waiting for financing took hours, Jeff remained calm and attentive to my party and me for the duration of the process. Jeff did an excellent job of helping me feel confident and honest with my purchase.

I received one of the best lease deals this dealerships has ever given to my knowledge. My salesperson was Destiny Buerge and she did a phenomenal job providing me the best offer possible. She is very personable, easy to approach and talk to. No hassle no worries kind of dealership and staff!!! Will come again when i need a new car!! And they washed my car every time I came in for any services.

I recently purchased a 2020 cx-5 from Rebecca. She was outstanding with her customer service! She made it simple and straight to the point. I told her what I wanted and what I could afford and she made it happen in no time. I have purchased vehicles before and been at the car lot all day. This was easy in and out in under 2 hours. My review is really made up of two parts.1) Destiny our salesperson was awesome. Very helpful. Very patient in pulling up multiple vehicles for us to look at and drive. Answered questions well. Followed up as promised on floor mats I purchased and picked up at a later date.2) Dealership was very disappointing and almost sunk the deal. I made a reservation to test drive a car. When I arrived on time I stood patiently while nobody recognized or helped me. Finally I was greeted, mentioned I had an appointment.. and they couldn t find it. It was at this point I noticed at least one employee with his mask pulled down to his neck ( this is inside a small building. That helps nobody). I almost left right there but was assured they would remedy the problem. I had to wait an extraordinary long time to move on to the finance step which was attributed to some kind of issue with the legacy system that requires keying by hand (ok, but not the customer s fault). If I hadn t wanted the vehicle so badly and Destiny hadn t been so great the dealership would not have gotten my business.

I had a great sales experience yesterday at Groove with Sara. She was patient with all my questions, worked to help me get a great deal, and stayed late to show me the vehicle. The pricing was transparent, there were no games played, only a little bit of pressure, and I felt valued and appreciated. I'd definitely buy from Groove Mazda again!

Called them to schedule a service that was supposed to be included in the service package I bought from Mazda USA, which is the Gold MMP (Mazda Maintenance Plan), this is good for service in all Mazda branches in all states. They denied that they do such service, and even though they were quick to pick up the call, they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up the phone. Not too classy.

Our salesperson, Jeff Tate was outstanding. He cared about finding the right vehicle and deal for us, regardless of what would have made the dealership more money. Highly recommended! They were very kind, professional, and patient during our visit. Jeff even offered to help us with any questions after the sale if we have any.

I was given fantastic service at Groove Mazda in Centennial. They took care of some repairs for me that were under warranty and they have looked my car over front to back 3 times. I really appreciate their communication, fair prices and taking care of the customer attitude and friendliness through calling and in person was phenomenal. This place was awesome! Sergio was our car salesman and was extremely thorough and kind! He went above and beyond for us in many ways. The whole process of buying a car has never been easier from working with Sergio to completing paperwork. The guy who does the legal paperwork with you is hilarious and super efficient and cognicent of your time - Sooo rare when buying a car!!! They even gave us some toys for our dog! We couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks everyone at Groove Subaru! We love our new car.

Vehicle purchased in May 2020So initially we were helped by Andrew and he was great, very informative, friendly and TOLD us we wouldn't be having to make our initial payment for 90 days after purchase! We were so excited about that and then we met Bob "from the management team" or the guy that tries to talk to you for an hour and a half about getting their extended warranty.... Well needless to say he turned what we initially had thought was a great experience into a bitter one to say the least! We received a bill in the mail today 1 month later and were very confused as to why that was when we were TOLD that we wouldn't have to make our first payment for 90 days?? So we called mazda they told us to call the dealership so they can send over another copy of a contract with the 90 days on it (not a big deal right?!) So then we call Groove and just so happened to get "Bob" husband explained what happened and he continued to tell my husband and I that "He wasn't made aware of that and that it was written down on the paperwork and we DIDN'T ASK him for it???" Well long story short he stated that he is not able to help us.. As a business owner myself he just turned my stomach with the way he had handled the situation. How were we supposed to know that we had to ask and have the service advisor "write" it on the paper??? Bad way to conduct business!! I run my business letting ALL of my customers know upfront what they are getting anything less is unacceptable especially during this crazy time where you would think us as a community are trying to help one another and stick together. Watch out folks and make sure to ASK or have the sales rep write it down so you don't find yourself in this position!!

My mom recently bought a car here and it was, by far, the best car buying experience. No sitting and waiting forever and no back and forth over price. Sam was great! He was knowledgeable and professional and on point! He found her the perfect car for the perfect price. So If want a car without all the hassle, go see Sam!

I went into Groove Mazda to have my car looked at for the brake/tc/abs lights being on. Michael informed me there was a recall on a gas tank seal on my car. I was given a nice loaner car at no extra charge while my car was being worked on. Michael called me the next morning informing me my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I went there with one concern and left there with 2 things fixed at a very reasonable rate. Michael and the staff was very nice and professional! I would highly recommend going there for all your service needs! Thanks Michael and staff at Groove Mazda!

Can t speak highly enough of Groove Mazda (shout out to Rebecca in sales) and especially the service dept. I purchased a used vehicle from Groove in June, the vehicle had some minor damages to the front headlight, and the service department fixed everything free of charge! You can t even tell there was any damage to begin with. Service was quick and I was given a loaner (I drive a lot for work so this was very helpful) while my vehicle was in the shop. I noticed some oil leaking a few weeks later, so I came back in without an appointment on a busy day. Groove accommodated me very quickly and solved the problem within 30 mins. I ll definitely be coming back for any future services!

I ve visited this Groove MAZDA service center since I first got my car a year ago. With each visit, everyone has been extremely helpful and efficient when fixing any car troubles I may have. I recently got a flat tire due to a nail being lodged in it and I was able to schedule a service appointment first thing the following morning. They were able to fix my tire, do a check up on my car and wash it all under an hour. So thankful!

I must say, I m typically not the type to post a review, positive or negative but my experience with Sam W. was something I had to boast. The usually car buying process is super stressful as a woman and Sam was incredible. Extremely knowledge and welcoming and I genuinely just felt like I was going through the whole process with a hilarious friend. Sam was incredible and I got to go home with a car that I love. That s a huge win for me. Ten out of ten would recommend anyone I know to go see Sam W. at Groove Mazda!!

Initially I was having trouble finding a car sales person who wasn t so pushy and who was willing to answer any question I wanted and who was upfront with me. I don t like the whole let me go talk to my boss and see what I can do then come back to the table with some ridiculous amount which he know I wasn t gonna go for. And that was Rebekah so friendly . So nice, wasn t pushy let me test drive as many cars as I wanted till I find the find the right one. So my brother is in the market and when he is ready we going to groove Mazda to see Rebekah because she was amazing. Thumbs up

Everyone at Groove Mazda was very helpful in helping with my first car purchase, especially Sara and Bob. They gave me the lowest price over any of their competitors and were overall a pleasure to work with and very informative through the entire process. Highly recommend.
