In rough my Explorer in for a 50k mile service and to replace break pads. The break replacement and alignment went fine but they literally skipped over the 50k mile service despite putting my car through a multi-point inspection . Literally two weeks after my service appointment my oil light came on and I later found out my was air filter was a black brick.Despite this multi-point inspection, they only thing they did recommend (outside of the breaks and alignment) were to replace my tires for nearly $400 more than any of the local tire shops were offering. After my oil service light came on, I called the service department about the situation and they said a manager would be in touch with me, but no one ever called.I ve had a Ford for nearly 16 years but after dealing with this vehicle and this dealership, I m just done with Ford altogether.

Horrible service. Went in to get an oil change, a tire mount and balance, and a TPMS replacement on one of the wheels. I walked in and spoke with a lady and she said she could have it done in 3 hours. She quoted me about 120 for an oil change and about 100 on the tire mount and balance. They pull the truck in and their quick lane service has windows which allow you to see the technicians work. I usually do all of my work on my vehicles because I know how careless some technicians may be (I used to be a parts manager at a Ford dealership). They start the process of getting the oil changed and tires dismounted. The lady comes and tells me that she didn t notice that my truck was a diesel and therefore the price of the oil change would go up to around $250. That is insane for an oil change! Around 12pm the technicians started to get lunch and they stopped working on my truck, which is cool I know how it is. I see the manager walk in a yell at his technicians because they had stopped working. He starts to un mount my tires super mad. He later makes the mistake of mounting a new tire on the wheel that needs a tpms replacement. Then, they inform me that they needed to replace two TPMS sensors. Once the work was done, I went and paid and they had given me a discount for the miscommunication. I went outside to inspect my truck and found that they had broken one of the center caps on my wheel. They said they would order me a new one. Never did. Called several times and gave up because I didn t want to go through the hassle for a 30 dollar part. Btw they left an oil mess around my oil pan and filter. Now, I m at the point where I need to rotate my tires and I go to grab my wheel lock key from my glove box and it is broken. Horrible service and dishonest staff.

I've been associated with Groove for years. Bought many vehicles there. I had a greater than normal concern as the prices and complexity of new vehicles are overwhelming. Fearing a "dealer service" visit with a headache had me with a less than enthusiastic attitude. I was directed to the right people and things went very well. It made my day. I and my all my over inquisitive concerns and questions answered. That calmed my fears. They went above and beyond. Much appreciation to them.

Went to 3 different mechanics before my radiator was identified as the problem. They fixed it quick and even deliver the car to my house 35 minutes away, free of additional charge.

It s so hard to find a good Ford service center in the Denver area. But I ve found the best one in Groove Ford. Allison the service advisor is always helpful and communicative. And Mike the tech always takes great care of my Bronco. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else.

I had my first visit with this service center yesterday and had Chris Sloat as my service manager, who was amazing. I was treated like a VIP and had one of the best experiences ever getting my vehicle serviced. I highly recommend working with Chris - ask for him!

Groove Ford did an excellent job on my 2003 explorer. Cody Curtis, my service advisor, was knowledgeable, helpful and excellent overall. I was kept in frequent contact and knew exactly what stage my vehicle was in at any given time. Cody explained every issue they found and specifically what was done to remedy it.I drove out of the service center feeling confident about my vehicle. I'll be bringing it here for the next issue I have, that's for sure!

I put a review on earlier about how I was sold a car that had so much wrong with it and I was left with all these problems. The service department did reach out to me and Tyler and Brooke ( I think that is his name) have really helped me out on getting them fixed they still have one more thing to fix but did tell me they are working on getting the parts. Those two really did care and helped.Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Auto body & trim replacement, Oil change

Bijan and Pat were fantastic. I had a rattle on my F150 that was really challenging to diagnose and fix. Bijan and Pat worked with me to get to the bottom of this issue while the repair was still under warranty, saving me thousands. I really appreciate their excellent customer service, knowledge, and communication. Highly recommend.

I just bought an F150 at another dealer. It started to make an engine rattle noise. So I did some research and there is an open recall for the EXACT issue I have. I called and scheduled an appointment. Fast forward 2 weeks later. I went in and right off the bat Chris was not a nice person. I was told that the appointment doesn t matter they still wouldn t touch my vehicle for 7-10 days. Then was told my truck wasn t covered on the recall. I could pay $300 for them to re flash my computer. When there is an open recall for it. All they want is your money and to waste your time here. $300 to reflags a software that wasn t flashed correctly from the factory is ridiculous. Mind you it s half an hour of labor. Would avoid this service department.

Car was in for three weeks before I was given a diagnosis and any action could be taken by my coverage provider. Service coordinator claimed to have submitted a claim with Ally which would allow my rental vehicle to be covered while repairs are made. When I called Ally they said they received no such claim. All the while spamming me with texts offering to buy my vehicle. Will never use Groove Ford again. Constant runarounds and failure to communicate, not to mention LYING.

I called to schedule a service appointment as my vehicle started having issues with electrical/lighting while still under warranty. I was informed that there were numerous spots available to get my vehicle in on 05/10. I dropped my vehicle off prior to the service center opening, dropped my keys in the drop box and spoke to a service technician (Jim) early in the morning. Jim advised one vehicle was ahead of mine and it likely would not be finished on 05/10. This was news to me and the first time anyone communicated that they would need my vehicle over 24 hours. I did not receive any updates the remainder of the day. Jim had promised to have my vehicle ready by 4pm on 05/11. I called again in the late afternoon on 05/10, learning that my vehicle had not even been looked at. I made an appointment (lots were available) for my vehicle to sit in a parking space. I spoke to Jim again in the morning of the 11th who stated there is no guarantee that my vehicle would be looked at on 05/11 either and 2 cars were ahead of mine now. Jim claimed he would put me on a list for loaner, however this list has no sophistication whatsoever. Jim had no idea if and when he could get me a loaner or when my vehicle would be looked at by a technician. This is the most pathetic customer service I ve experienced from Ford. They get your car into an appointment for nothing to happen without discussing time frame or realistic expectations. On 05/11 I spoke to service manager Bijan, who advised the following: I would not be provided with a loaner vehicle. The list for a loaner which Jim promised to put me on does not exist. Loaners are only being provided to customers who need a new engine or transition. He further advised that Jim s promise to have my vehicle looked at and ready for pickup at 4:00 pm will not happen. Bijan explained that I would need to find a friends or family vehicle to use. Or there is an option to obtain a rental vehicle which there is no Farsi fee for reimbursement. This customer service is absolutely pathetic.

After going to the dealership mechanic and then my usual mechanic, no one could figure out the right problem with my newly bought (used) car. I brought it here and they figured it out quickly and accurately. It needed a whole new engine, and they estimated it would take a month to get delivered, but the work was done in a week and a half! Very impressed. So far I've had no problems with the car since getting it back.

Allison in service lied to me about working on my truck which had been stolen and the GPS was not working, as well as needing an oil change and an alignment. They had my truck for 10 days and she said it was still being diagnosed today. I told her I wanted my truck back and she finally admitted they had not worked on my truck at all. No integrity, no accountability as I was paying for a rental on top of it which she was aware of. Didn't even do the oil change.

Communication was poor. I had to contact my service advisor multiple times before he would respond. I was told my car would be ready for pick up on Sunday and it was not accessible causing extra headache for my family to arrange transportation. I also asked that my sunvisor be left up while my car sat outside for two weeks and it was not.

I brought my vehicle in for some recall work as well as to diagnose what appeared to be a transmission issue. Logan Wakefield was my service advisor and advised it may take a couple of days which I said was fine.I received a text advising that a clutch replacement was necessary. The price was a bit steep ($3,000 after a small "discount" on parts and labor, plus the shop fee and diagnosis charge) but I can't do the work myself so I told him to do it and provide an ETA for service.I emailed Logan at least 3 times over the following week, as well as multiple phone calls -- which always went to voicemail -- requesting an ETA on the repair. I finally called the main service desk after my car had been there for 9 days and was informed that Logan was not working that day but the woman on the phone offered to look into it and call me back.I had to call her back a few hours later and she informed me that one of the parts they needed, a Transmission Control Module, was severely backordered and it was likely going to take several MONTHS to come in. She informed me that they have about 50 of them already on order and have been given no timetable from Ford for delivery. To be clear: this car is supposed to be my daily commuter, and at the time it is still driveable, even though I do agree that the clutch is in need of replacement. My service advisor let my car sit in their shop for a full week and never bothered to tell me that it might be months before they received the necessary parts for repair. All of this despite multiple requests for a timeframe.I canceled the repair, though they still charged me $250 for the diagnosis. I am now in the market for a new vehicle, and you can believe I won't be buying anything from Groove.

I tried to like this place and give it another chance, but no, their customer service is just awful. I had a 9:15am appointment for some work that I received an estimate for over the phone. I drop my car off and didn t even meet my assigned service advisor. I was greeted by someone else, who was nice enough, and was told that my assigned advisor would contact me later to update me on the status of my vehicle. Noon rolls around with no update so I texted my advisor and he stated that he s still waiting for the tech to provide an estimate. So, I wait. 3pm comes and no communication. I tried to call my advisor to no avail. Finally, at 4pm, he calls only to tell me my car isn t even going to be seen today and that he will update me tomorrow before noon to tell me what all will be needed to be repaired. I explained that I ve waited most of the day and need my vehicle. He told me that it wouldn t be assessed today and needed to wait until late tomorrow morning. And even at that, the estimated repair based on assumptions was several hundred dollars more than what I was told over the phone. So, I came to the dealership and picked up my car. When I picked up my car, I had to ask someone for it, who then asked for who my advisor was. When I said his name, the advisor turned around and handed the other guy a sticky note with my information and turned right back around. Clearly, this place doesn t care to communicate with customers nor provide good quality of service. And don t bank on anything they tell you over the phone in terms of an estimate. This place is just looking for more ways to rip you off.

The service center people do not have any Helping attitude, they have "GET RID OF CUSTOMER" kind of attitude.I went for some warranty work, I called FORD warranty department before I went there and they said the damage was covered by warranty, but when I went and asked the service center guy, he mentioned that first I have to leave the vehicle for diagnosis for 2 business days which would cost $229 for the diagnosis and then only they would ask the warranty department whether its covered by warranty. My glove box does not close properly, and just to look into that he was asking $229. After diagnosis, if the warranty department does not cover then,he said I had to pay that price. I had extended warranty purchased on my vehicle, but looks like this is all sales scam from FORD. I would not recommend this place...its all filled with RUDE and NON COURTEOUS staff..

If I could give a -ZERO that s what I would leave . This has been hands down THE worst experience I have EVER encountered with a service center . I left my car before I went on vacation on 9/11. They informed me that they will start soon on my vehicle. Here we are 10/14 and they stated that they were going to get into their bay last week and told me that today 10/14 it would be in their bay! My husband has been calling they have not returned his calls. They informed me today that they have 5 other cars ahead of mine and that maybe I should take it else where. One month of no car, taking Ubers just to have my car still sitting in the parking lot. They told me they won t charge for the diagnostics of the car and was informed me that is was going to be around $ 2,000. Today when I called I was met with rudeness and disrespect when I spoke with Jason whom is Chris s manager. Who proceeded to tell me that I should pick up my car and take it else where after permission was granted to do the tear down and to fix our vehicle ONE MONTH AGO! Worst EXPERIENCE ever!!!! Do not take your car to Groove Ford with a promise that it would get done in a timely manner. When in all actuality they do not respect you as a paying customer or fulfill their promises on repairs for your vehicle. I m glad that so many others were pleased with their work. But for me and others their maintenance department is unprofessional and can t not fulfill promises to paying customers as well in reading other reviews Just to reiterate WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Shame on you Groove Ford for the inconvenience that my family and I have had the past months hanging on to the hope that maybe , just maybe you fulfilled your promise on fixing my car as stated.

Started out great....since then...not so good.Communication = F(I had to call, everytime, multiple times to hear about progress or pick up time, etc)Return calls = F(Service Advisor does not return calls or check voicemail)Cost = BQuality of work = F(Seats still don't function well, sunroof works...but sounds terrible, overfilled transmission during service and caused it to hard shift, slip, & spew fluid out of vent. I had to take it to another Ford Dealership to have them remove fluid to a safe level & inspect. Groove Ford has not returned my call regarding the transmission overfill issue and potential damage...I'll be visiting in person ASAP.)

Went here for some warranty work. They replaced something in the door handle and managed to scratch up the window tint on both front windows pretty bad. They didn't bother to mention it when we picked up the car. When I called to see how they would make it right I was forwarded to the service manager's voice mail and he won't return my message. So unimpressed. I'll never spend a dime at this place.

Oh my gosh! Jim and his team were AMAZING! We took our car to 3 other places and no one could figure out the issue. We brought it here to Jim and his team, not only did they figure it out in one day, they fixed it in just a few hours the same day. When I called, Jim was so wonderful, caring and understanding even though they were closing in 20 minutes. We live 45 minutes away but I will happily make the drive any time I need help with my vehicle again because I have found a great place that I trust. Thanks so much, Jim and team!

We were driving through town and needed a rattle diagnosed and fixed. I called several service centers and noone could help us. Until I called Groove. They said come in and we'll try to help you. They were able to identify the problem for us within 30 minutes. Even though his exact words were go sit in waiting area and well take care of it. Smirks and laughs from the employees. Absolute joke of a place.

These guys are great. Broke down before the Eisenhower tunnel outside Denver they were the only people for probably 75 miles that had my top radiator hose for a 2017 Ford Transit. My son swung through picked up the part and brought it to me 62 mi away to make the repair on the side of the road.Excellent customer service.

Unbelievable customer service and top notch mechanics! If you own a Ford - this should be the only place to take your vehicle for service. Hopefully, you'll be lucky enough to have Jarred Martin or Hector work on your vehicle. They are the best!
