They were extremely nice and you could tell they love what they do. I had a poor experience with another grease monkey the same day and decided to come here and will be coming here for every oil change. They helps me out with other problems and explained it all to me (in words i understood) no extra charge. Exceptional people!

I have been going to them for years. I absolutely love the great service I've always received. They check everything, they're super fast, and they've always been so friendly. We'll have them do my oil changes as long as they're around.

Great people and great service! I had an unusual light on that dashboard come on, they were immediately available to help. They looked at everything, and in less than 5 minutes identified the problem and fixed it. Turns out my usual dealership service department hadn't been doing what they were supposed to and these guys saved me an enormous headache and tons of money in repairs down the line. This is where we go now, no question about it. Thanks so much!!!

Andy was extremely professional, informative and kind. The staff here took time to explain what I needed but I felt no pressure to say yes to additional services.I will definitely be back for my next service.

I have been coming to this Grease monkey location for more than 10 years. The staff is always helpful and they are very thorough. Today they found a problem that another mechanic had actually caused and they were able to resolve it within a very short time. And, there's a Starbucks next door just in case LOL!

These guys always do a good job w/oil changes and maintenance. They ll keep you informed about other items that might need replacing but don t pressure you to do more than you want. I ll continue to come back to this location in the future.

It took longer than expected, but only because there was external work being done on one of the garage doors. The manager was friendly and apologetic. Even though it was longer than I expected, I had a great experience.

The service is quick and convenient even if you don't have an appointment. For basic fluid changes, I think they are way better value for money than a dealer service center.

Andy and Mathew took great care of my cars. I brought my first car in early in the week and was so impressed I brought my old backup car too! It's much more than an oil change, they checked my tires and belts and fluids which was great. They also gave me a list of services that were due for both cars, some stuff I had forgotten about so it was super helpful, and they didn't pressure me to buy the services which I really appreciated. After having both of my cars serviced this week I feel like they are in good shape and I feel safer knowing these guys took a look and gave me a list of everything.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My sister brought her car to get an oil change here. She s been going here for a while and has never had a problem. After the oil change, she drove home and her engine over heated. She popped open the hood and behold, A RAG instead of the coolant reservoir cap she came in with. She called Grease Monkey about this. Their manager, Andy said that they dropped the coolant reservoir cap and put the rag on in the meantime as a temporary fix. Concerned about her safety and why she was not told this, Andy decided to tell her that they were going to tell her next time she came in. What horrible business would put someone in that kind of situation?! One with no morals. After telling Andy her concerns, he proceeded to belittle her and call her kido. Why call her a kido?? Because she is a female?? She asked to speak to corporate because this was so wrong. In between waiting for a call on corporate, Andy decided to send her a video on how a coolant system works . He tried to then tell her that the rag had nothing to do with her car over heating. Mind you, there have been no issues with the car. This was laughable. Of course, the business wants to take take no fault in their actions. A guy from corporate named Justin called her to discuss the situation. At first he was understanding and shocked that something like this would happened. She told him that they need to pay for any damages to the car since they completely messed up. He said he would. Her mechanic was booked out so Justin recommend one of his. They towed her car there. When she spoke to the mechanic there and explained the situation he said let me guess, your engine over heated and she said yes. Once the car was finally there and he looked at the car, he decided to tell my sister that Grease Monkey didn t do anything wrong. Justin, the corporate rag doll then told her that they are not going to cover any of the damages THEY brought on to her car. Justin probably paid off HIS mechanic to make it seem like they didn t do anything wrong. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! You will end up going in for an oil change and come out with missing parts and rags used as caps because their mechanics are incompetent.Service: Oil change

Horrible manager experience and took forever! Other crew were delightful. The manager actually argued with me over how they change oil I'm Missouri. Told me there was "no way" .... ok dude.

This is my go to place for oil related services. They found out that I was about a quart low on coolant. It was added at no charge. I use the mfg's rating on which oil to use and I wasn't bugged to purchase the most expensive oil. It is a good place to do business.

It was crowded when I drove into the Grease Monkey store, and the mechanic said he would be able to get to my car in an hour. He was able to finish the job in less than 55 minutes, and helped me find a discount coupon to apply to my service. He was thoroughly conscientious, friendly and helpful.
