Amazing service every single time I come here! The knowledge and efficiency of the Men working here goes a Long way! Shawn, Jim & John, I appreciate you more than you know!!Side note: The steps also taken to ensure less germs spread really makes me so happy!! It's hard to find people who work on your vehicle who wears gloves or puts plastic down! Keep it up guys!!

This is my go to for inspections and checks. It s the best Goodyear of the 3 that I have visited.The positives:- staff is always friendly and competent- military discount on additional services I ve needed- unisex bathroom is clean and has a child changing station- waiting area is off from the main area and feels cozy- coffee station has liquid creamer and not powder creamerThe negatives:- the waiting area requires steps (I usually have a newborn in a stroller - they do help me get the stroller down)- Fox is usually playing on the TV. Just a personal preference not to hear Fox. I usually bring headphones to avoid listening but if you they are HAPPY to hand you the remote if you want to listen to something else. They had it out before Covid but had removed it during. It s back out now though!All in all, a very responsive and amazing staff. I ve been here at least 4 times and each time, the service is the best.

Easily the friendliest and most efficient tire shop I ve ever been to. I was greeted by name with a smile and left with my new tires within the hour. The manager is incredibly knowledgeable and involved in every aspect of the store s business. Super pleased with John and his staff at Goodyear Arapahoe Rd! Thanks guys!

I was preparing for a camping trip and needed to get my oil changed. I happened to have been mailed a Goodyear coupon for diesel oil changes for $79.99. I looked up the closest Goodyear which turned out to be this location. Via their website I schedule an appointment for an oil change, tire pressure check, and brake check for 11am. The website says it will take 3 hours so I plan on dropping it off and picking up at the end of the day before the end of the day so I can get emissions done as well. I get a coworker to follow me to drop it off and arrive at 10:30. I speak with a gentleman who immediately expresses concern over being able to complete the work today (8 hours left until they close). I tell him I scheduled an appointment and it indicated 3 hours, coincidentally he couldn't find my appointment. He takes all my information and then informs me the oil change will be $180. I point to the coupons I had already told him about and set clearly on the counter. He picks them up, reviews the $79.99 coupon and says, "are you sure this is Goodyear?" He then turns it over and clearly see Goodyear. At that point he tells me he needs to talk to his manager to see if they can honor their coupon. I patiently wait and upon his return am informed that they "can't honor the coupon" but they will give me $25 off the $180. I reply that even with the discount it is more than the cost at the dealership (Ford typically charges $125 for full synthetic unless you have a coupon). The gentleman shrugs his shoulders. I thanked him for his time and told him I wasn't willing to drop my truck off for an oil change, pay more than the dealership, and without a guarantee they could get it done in 8 hours... Literally not sure if they can do an oil change in 8 hours.Needless to say I felt like a dummy walking out to my coworker and explaining despite the prescheduled appointment, the ~15-20 minutes spent inside, and the coupon this service center didn't want my business.

Goodyear bent over backwards to fit my car in on short notice and fix my tire that was leaking air quickly. They fixed the flat and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes - just superb service!

I came in to check out waranty information on a truck with used Goodyear's. Received that information quickly and also had a screw removed and the flat fixed. Everything was done quickly and with a smile! I had them quote me on a new set of tires also.

On 6/14/2023, while traveling 1,000 miles away from home, I took my car to Goodyear on Arapahoe, Centennial, CO. We had been alerted to a slow tire leak the day before, in one tire of a set of 4 that had been purchased and installed just 2 months prior. The Goodyear team diagnosed a puncture from a 6-inch nail and pointed out damage it caused to the steel belt nearby. Both were safety-critical to the tire and needed to be fixed before my family and I returned home.Within a few hours the Goodyear team sourced the matching replacement tire, installed it, and had us safely back on our way. Thank you, Goodyear team!

Do not hesitate to bring your vehicles here! John Blanc, the manager, has outstanding knowledge of auto mechanics, is highly professional, personable and kind. His master mechanics do great work! The warranties and rebates on their tires are excellent. They offer free repairs on tires purchased here, and use various vendors to find the lowest prices on auto parts. Labor costs are reasonable. We ve never had one problem with their capability to work on our foreign vehicles, and they re very accommodating with getting our cars in the same day. The shop and restroom is always immaculately clean, nice sitting area with TV and great coffee, the 11 bays are highly organized and the customer service is top notch! Thanks John and crew! We ll ALWAYS refer our friends and family to you!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, which was fine. When it was ready for pickup they called me and said my battery was extremely low and needed to be replaced asap, I was quoted almost $600 for a new battery. Thankfully I decided to take it to O Riley myself and get my battery tested. No where near needing a new one- my car is only 3 years old!!! So disappointed Goodyear tried to do this to me. This was my go to oil change stop, not anymore!

I brought my Tesla model Y to get inspected for Turo at Goodyear and they refused to inspect it. My back tires are perfectly fine and I had two tires in the back of my car that have more than enough tread for the inspection. He said it would mess up my drivetrain to install them. He clearly does not understand Tesla electric vehicles as they have two separate electric motors. Goodyear it's time to start learning more about electric vehicles as they are hitting the mainstream. You don't want to follow in the footsteps of Blockbuster Video.

My battery died in the Goodyear parking lot on a Sunday afternoon . I called Goodyear first thing Monday morning and by afternoon they had tested my battery, ordered a new one, and had it installed and ready to go! They never let me down at the Goodyear on Arapahoe and Quebec!!!

I ve been coming here for tires and service for almost 20 years. The same guys are here, and always provide excellent customer service. Most importantly, I never feel like I m being taken advantage of. That s pretty rare these days.

I had the best customer service and efficiency I have truly ever had here at Goodyear Auto Service! I rarely write reviews and I was so well taken care of that I felt I needed to. Completely unplanned, I was last minute given a day off during the week and I knew I needed some work done on my car. I called 6 different places before getting told to "come on down and they would get me started" by the amazing staff at Goodyear Auto Service. I bought a new tire, which they replaced, repaired a nail in my spare, changed my cabin air filter, and let me know that my alignment was badly off, so they did a front end alignment as well. My 4runner has never run better! Seriously, driving so smooth like the day I bought it! Definitely recommend the staff here to everyone. They took care of me like family! Thanks again everyone!!

I needed new tires and a tune-up. I priced my needs at multiple places in the area. I need to give a huge shout out to everyone who helped me there. Jon, Jim, and John were amazing at explaining best needs/ options for my vehicle. I recently went to California, hit a huge pothole and needed a Goodyear location near me that accepted my warranty, so I reached back to them in Colorado. Again, they were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

My car is always in good hands with Good Year! I ve had a number of repairs done on my Mazda including alignments, air filters and oil changes, but the most recent was a clutch replacement. Jim is EXCELLENT with customer care! He was able to get me a quote for the clutch replacement and when I was ready to take my car in, he kept consistent communication with me while his team worked on my vehicle so I knew what was happening and when I could expect the service to finish. They finished my car in just a few short hours, and before I left the shop, Jim made sure to review everything that had been done with me and he was able to answer all my questions about the replacement. I didn t catch any of their names, but all of the gentlemen working the front desk were extremely friendly and personable, and it was easy to tell they were working hard to keep their shop in clean condition and abide by social distancing policies. Finding a reliable team of mechanics to help when you find yourself in a car pickle can be a challenge, so do yourself a favor and take your car to Good Year!

Service on my latest checkup was very good as always, as the team explained the needed repairs clearly and fully disclosed the costs. They worked to save me money on new tires and kept me informed about the progress of the work. I have been a customer of Goodyear at this location for 25 years and has always been very satisfied with the service!

I had been a loyal customer for years. I just assumed the high prices and slow service were the norm everyplace.Then, both my and my wife's car were due for the dreaded timing-belt replacement. I called around for competitive prices and found that this Goodyear was the most expensive (by far). So I read some reviews on some of the other garages with better prices took a chance on taking my car to someplace new. I'm so glad I did. Choosing a different mechanic I saved hundreds of dollars and had a much more pleasant experience.The final straw came when the tires I had purchased at this Goodyear wore out after only 50% of the millage warranty. I was quoted one price for replacements (with a reasonable credit for my prematurely worn out tires). But then when I tried to schedule for the replacement, that credit was reduced by over half. I'm happier to walk away from that credit and pay full price someplace else, just to never have to deal with this Goodyear again. Goodbye and good riddance.If you are looking for a mechanic, there are several within a 5 mile radius of this Goodyear which are much better. Do some research and find someplace else. You'll be happy you did.

My wife and I moved to the area five years ago. Where we came from we frequented a mom and pop place for all our tire and car repair needs. Moving to the big city we were worried we wouldn't find a place with as great customer service as what we had known. After trying a few places this Goodyear is our go to spot. They get to know you, they remember you, and are good to their loyal customers. A year ago we moved 15 minutes farther away and I'm sure there is a Goodyear closer to us, but these gents are just the best and worth the drive!

They advertise free repairs for a slow leak in a tire so took it in, about an hour later they call and say it's too close to the edge to fix and also that my tires were pretty worn and should be replaced and handed me some quotes for replacement.I understand that not all leaks are fixable, but passed on the new tires and went down the street to the Big-O to get a second opinion.They told me it's $20 for the repair and took about an hour to get it in and take a look - fixed the tire with no issue and told me the tread looked fine and the tires should be okay for some time. I pulled out my wallet and the guy waived the cost and out the door I went.It's not about the money, nor the fact that one shop repaired and the other didn't - but the whole experience with this Goodyear shop seemed like a come on with a free repair to get you in to sell you new tires.When I do need new tires in about 6 months I'll skip this shop and give Big-O my business simply because I believe they're more ethical and at the end of the day that's important in who you do business with.

Customer service was tops. I came back to them for an oil change and brake replacement after I first visited them due to a flat tire I had and needed my tire fixed ASAP due to a work trip.They were about to close, but still were able to squeeze me in. I was appreciative of that. And it was because of that, I came back to use their services for other needs my Jeep had.
