Glass Doctor of Englewood is very professional. They did an amazing job in replacing my windows. The installers were very professional and detailed. The staff I communicated with was super helpful and patient in getting this accomplished. :)

Good prices and great service. Alyssa and Madeline are great at customer service and both easy on the eyes. They replaced my rear window on my suv and did an awesome job.

Had my first ever chip in my windshield. Freaked out, naturally . Went here and Alyssa took great care of me. She was very professional, quick and efficient. I can't really tell where the chip was. Not to mention the price was right up my alley! If ever I need windshield work, this is where I'll go. Thank you, Alyssa and Glass Doctor of Englewood!!

I've never truly dealt with the company, but today, one of their drivers almost hit me while on the road because he wasn't paying attention at all, and then proceeded to threaten me. Told me to "pull over so he can kick my a$$". I had made a call to the company, but the lady on the other end, her attitude made it seem it was my fault for all of this happening. If they can't admit fault at all, then definitely a company will never go to, but also a company I won't recommend to anyone. Super unprofessional

Bought a mirror from a third party and needed professional installation. It was easy to make an appointment. Was told up front the cost and what to expect. The installer was truly a professional. He spent time to get the mirror positioned perfectly. As he told me, he's a perfectionist and boy does it show with the finished product. Would use this company again in a heartbeat.

From the moment we called to the day the replaced windows were installed, this company and every employee we spoke to was friendly and professional. They gave a free estimate and even made the windows in house when I expressed that we didn't want to wait a month to get the windows replaced, so it cut the time by 3 weeks! Cody was efficient and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

Custom double pane garden window panel replacement was performed on schedule by courteous and professional installers. Quoted price was final price. Excellent customer service - staff was very responsive when contacted for updates on order. Very pleased with overall service and installation. Highly recommended.

My husband and I live full time in our RV. Both of our Dining Rm windows literally imploded. One window was replaced. The other window sat broken for 2 years. Could not get anyone to Help us with replacement. Glass Doctor was recommended to us. With in 30 Days, our window was replaced. I keep having to remind myself that it is available. Thank you so much for taking a chance and entering the RV industry. I won't bother calling anyne else!!

This company and their staff have been beyond great to do business with.The friendly staff scheduled my windshield replacement within my short time frame and managed to get me in within a couple days.On the day of service there was a small time issue with my appointment but this had to do with me changing my appointment time the day before. They were still able to get me in and taken care of.After the service was completed my rear view mirror had dropped due to fault of mine trying to adjust the cover and the staff was able to get me in same day to get that taken care of for me.Overall this experience was fantastic and I would recommend to all. The Glass Doctor of Englewood is now on my speed dial. After getting a few quotes over the phone from glass repair businesses for a small chip & arc, the prices were high and several said they'd have to replace the entire windshield! Thankfully, I got a hold of the Glass Doctor. Their wonderful repair man named Nick came out and he provided the best service I've ever had for this sort of work. Nick was personable, friendly, prompt and very caring and the attention to detail exceeded all of my expectations. On top of that, the mobile repair only cost around $100. The work is beautiful. Don't hesitate to call the glass doctor today - you will not be disappointed!

Their team was quick and efficient. They truly know customer service and how to communicate with the customer! I needed several different windshields and they were almost available immediately if not next day! I highly recommend them on personal vehicles or for your business fleet. And they were very accommodating with my schedule on my company vehicles as they did some at my office and out in the field at job sites for me.Service: Auto windshield replacement

We had a problem with our very heavy glass shower door, and called the company who installed the original door. They ( a company I will not name) gave an estimate of almost $300 dollars just to assess the issue! We checked several other glass companies and were pleased to find Glass Doctor of Englewood. They charged $80.00 for the service call and arrived on time as scheduled to make the repair. The two technicians who worked on the door were super professional, knowledgeable, kind and were able to adjust the door within 20 minutes. The Englewood office personnel were also extremely knowledgeable of the issue we were having, scheduled our appointment and the entire project went smoothly and was very cost effective compared with the company who originally installed the door and all our mirrors when the home was built. If we ever have problems with shower glass again, we will not hesitate to contact the Glass Doctor of Englewood for service. They are awesome!!!

Super responsive! Darrold answered my call on an evening after like 7 pm and had someone scheduled to look at our broken sliding glass door the next morning. Once we figured the issue, they sent a quote and we scheduled the fix within 24 hours! Our glass door is fixed and we didn t have to empty our pockets for a new door, thank goodness! So quick, easy, and really good value. A+ we would absolutely call them again in the future!

We moved into our new house a few months ago. Woke up one morning to find a window had completely fallen out and smashed on the ground!! I found Glass Doctor online and read all the good reviews. They understood the emergency and within an hour had someone out to board up the window, clean up the glass and evaluate what needed to be done to fix it. The gentleman concluded the framing and other half of the window were in very good condition and all that would be required was the one half that fell out. Turned out the previous home owners had that piece cheaply installed with some sticky stuff not meant for window installation. I quickly received an email estimate that was very reasonable. Two days later I received a call that they wanted to send someone else to look at the window to be sure it truly was structurally sound. From the people that answer the phones, to the men that came out to do the work, this is an exceptional company. At all times they made me feel that it was my needs that mattered to them.

I called for a price quote on 5/24 for windshields on two vehicles. I was given $216 for my truck and $195 for the jeep. I decided to go with them because their prices seemed competitive. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was then informed for the first time that I would need to pay an extra $250 to recalibrate the lane assist function in my truck. This was something that should have been disclosed when I called the first time. But whatever. I still booked the appointment. Then, when they called me back the day of the appointment, because they forgot a waiver and wanted me to print one off and send it back, the price changed. I told them (the receptionist and supervisor were both on the phone at this point) what happened above and they asked me for the quote number. I was never given a quote number and explained this. I was then intensely asked (when I say asked I really mean to say that I was being spoken down to and they were being patronizing and insulting) why I didn t ask for a quote number, as if I were aware of their office procedures. The call ended with me hanging up on them because of all the vitriol and how they were speaking to me after I asked them to honor their price. It was awful.

The Glass Doctor was recommended to me and they lived up to their reputation. They were on time, courteous, efficient, easy to understand, had good prices, and did a great job with my sliding door. The scheduling person was easy to reach, easy to understand, and very easy to schedule with. So just an easy and great experience.

Fellow Googlers, if/when you need your windshield replaced or repaired, go here! I had a great experience with Glass Doctor of Englewood. They are professional, friendly, and their pricing was considerably lower than other quotes I received. 10/10 would recommend.

Two of my truck windows were broken out while I was moving from Wyoming to Alabama over a memorial weekend....Glass Doctor was the only company to answer the phone. They didn't have my glass in house, but they went out of their way to get me back on the road as soon as business' reopened after the holiday to get the glass I needed. They truly went above and beyond for me. On top of that, everybody was so professional as well as kind and caring. I would highly recommend this locally owned business! Oscar and Sergio did a fantastic job! Installed a patio door, the part that doesn't slide in half an hour. 10 year guarantee and the installed perfectly so we won't need to use that guarantee! They replaced my driver side 1/2 windshield on my Motorhome RV. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I was running late because of traffic to pick up my RV and they stayed open after hours to make sure I could pick up my vehicle. Great customer service and communication!

Jeanine, the owner, went above and beyond the call of duty helping me obtain a piece of glass for an oven door. She worked tirelessly finding the correct glass and having it cut and drilled to fit the oven door.Her customer service was amazing and the price was more than fair! I called Darold to get a windshield for my 1500 pick up and he was out within a day or two. The technician Nick was as nice as they come. Very careful with the vehicle. Just a clean and neat job. After I saw the professionalism I called them for another vehicle I have and for a friend. Again nothing but perfect work. Thank you guys! I will without a doubt keep referring you guys work! They also do shower doors!

These folks are awesome!! I had a basement window blow out, brought them in the window frame...they had the window completed and in my hands in under 15 minutes!!! Amazing!!!I really appreciated their friendly, can-do attitude and genuine kindness in helping me out, and treating me so well.I initially asked if i could pay a rush fee...they didn't even charge me a cent extra for the extraordinary service!!I highly recommend these folks!! GLASS DOCTOR OF ENGLEWOOD was amazing!! They ensured they could get the correct glass for a new model car, special ordered it for the following day, a Saturday. They weren't even open on Saturday, but they made time just for me!!! Absolutely perfect work. I'll will return for all my glass needs!

I have to share about this company Glass Doctor. Wow what a great service plus professional folks working for them. My Glass Doctors name is and was Nick Martinez. Nick was on time fixed my windshield then washed each window including the ones that had no damages. Nick treated my Semi if it was his own.
