Great place! I have been going here for 14 years now. They have always done a great job, and they are trustworthy. Jon is the owner, and he is a great guy!

Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to this place. A while back I took my 2017 Ford Mustang GT into this place to get an oil change before driving it to Santa Fe, NM. The tech that did my oil change did not screw the oil filter on all the way and my car leaked oil all the way to Santa Fe! The result was my timing chain was damaged. Thanks to the good folks at Ford in NM they showed me the mistake that Fast Traxx made and told me this place would probably owe me a new engine. After speaking with the owner, he asked his tech if he screwed the oil filter on the way. The tech that worked on my car said he did screw the filter on all the way; LIAR! All I can say is thank God my vehicle still had the warranty from Ford otherwise this would have become a bigger issue. Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle to this place. I will never be going back here.

Got my oil change done here because of my dads recommendation. Wasn t done properly, and had an emergency fix because something was dragging underneath my vehicle while I was driving for work. I was told to come back in ASAP by the owner John because someone else fixed their mistake. John then told me there might have been damage underneath previously to my brand new car with 38,000 miles on it. Still putting the blame on me or someone other than his tech. Sad to say, but, my father had been going here for 20 years, & will not be back.Please check your vehicle before you leave the lot here, even if you have to get underneath the car unfortunately.Service: Oil change

Full synthetic oil change for santa fe was $100, which seems to expensive but I agreed to it. They got it done on a reasonable time. My only minor complaint is that they somehow left a rubber glove attacked and hangover down when done. Someone saw it and let me know so I crawled under and removed it.

Great place. They looked after my father's vehicles since before I could drive and I've gone to them myself after I could. For the times that I don't go here, usually when I'm out of town or have no other option, I regret it when comparing. They'll look after you and shoot it straight, no haggling, no drama, and no doomsday "need to fix it now or else" salesmanship you'll see at the other places. If they say you need to fix it now, you best believe them. Always excellent service and quality work. You won't be disappointed.

I have trusted Fast Traxx with many cars over the past almost twenty years and have never once been disappointed. The owner Jon is very knowledgeable, honest, and has always gone out of his way to help me. The prices are comparable to other oil change locations but the service far exceeds anything offered elsewhere. I trust Fast Traxx wholeheartedly and recommend them to all my friends and family.Service: Oil change

I came in for a standard oil change on a new car. The oil change itself was fine. However, the engine was revved without my permission when they brought the car into the shop and then once again after the service had been completed. I was told this was because they wanted to test the oil at a higher pressure. However, through further research this is not recommended. It is especially not recommended on new performance vehicles. A small rev to check for any leaks would have been understandable (even though it is a car with less than 2000 miles and no suspicion of any leaks). My car was taken to redline on the second occasion. This was highly unprofessional behavior.Update: I had to take my car because it was leaking oil. Turns out, they got excess oil on the filter (likely from the excessive revving that raised the oil pressure) which leaked into the chassis. Nothing catastrophic but was a completely avoidable situation.Service: Oil change

I came in for an oil change and was so surprised when I got home and realized they had fixed some of the issues with my back light and bumper. My car had been in an accident and without charging me or even mentioning it they did some repair to my bumper and fixed my turn signal light so it now works. One of the employees also cleaned up with me that he called out the wrong name when my car was ready and kept me waiting a few extra minutes. I didn t mind that at all, and was super impressed that he was honest as he could have easily not told me that. I will be coming back for sure!Service: Oil change

I've been here a few times over the last 4 years & wish I'd simply ALWAYS used them!The pricing is fair & I find them to be very honest & straightforward! It's first come first serve (no appointments), which is why I've used a few other places, but these guys are definitely worth the wait!! Especially when you think about how long dealerships make you wait, even with an appointment, IF you can even get in!I highly recommend these guys This is the ONE place I feel doesn't rip you off or try to upsell you! As a woman, I've been to plenty of shops where they think I don't know anything & can take advantage of me-Not these guys! VERY respectful & genuine!

100% recommend this place they are always up front and don't rip you off!!Danny and Eric are the managers. I was convinced I needed an alternator... turns out those a******* from Christian Brothers, when they did my brakes and oil change a few months ago initially quoted me 2300... I told them no way, just do the brakes and oil change (and still ripped me off)..they didn't fully hook backup one of the air intake hoses which was causing too much air to blow and the sensor lights to go on and my car to shut off randomly while driving....So they hooked it backup and set me on my merry way.*HIGHLY* recommend taking your car here!!I've gone to them a ton in the past and they've always done good for me......I kind of feel like they (Christian Bros.) did it on purpose so that I would go back and get more work done.

I had an immediate need as I had a wire dragging on the road as I drove. Chris came out immediately and took my car in to find the issue and fixed it. As a walk in who was short on time the customer service from my first greeting to the last was amazing. It was very minimal so he was not going to even charge. I tipped of course! I'm at a loss for words about my experience today. I pulled up and exited my car to be "greeted" by Eric (could instantly tell he had an attitude). I tell him I am there for an oil change, and he replies, "Leave your keys in your car and get your common sense." I was so taken back that I didn't say anything. When I came back to pick up my vehicle I cash out my $178.86 check and say to him you probably shouldn't tell customers they don't have common sense, he replies "yeah, I hadn't had coffee yet". No apology or even a look up from the computer. My family and I have been coming here for years, and none of us will ever be back. John's a great guy and it's too bad that one bad apple can hurt your business.

Those place is hands down the best. No lies or gimmicks from the employees and owner, they will show you what your vehicles fluid conditions are and are always welcomed with a inviting attitude.

These guys do great work. Honest and upfront about everything. Owner, Jon, is the man. Knows his stuff and be willing to help you with any questions about the car industry. Staff is awesome and very personable. I have been coming to John for many years, with many cars. I have always found him and his team to be honest and professional. He/they tell me what my car needs, and do just that. He/they have also referred me to another (good) mechanic when there was something more that my car needs. YOU DON'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. JUST GET IN LINE (early) and you're next, no matter what you're getting done. Got my transmission fluid flushed and spark plugs done. They don't play around like other shops. They just work hard and get the job done. They are very thorough and explain what your choices are and they never try to up charge you. Their prices are very REASONABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Transmission

I went in for a full service oil change and got what their website says they do. A lot of places, especially these commercial businesses, barely complete half of what is on their 20 point service checklist. I decided to change my cabin filter and even get a transmission fluid flush done. They also checked my brakes for me!Eric was very nice, honest, and soft spoken. He answered all of my questions and I feel comfortable bringing my car here for future service. This place may not have all the bells, whistles, and sparkle that the other guys do... but they're honest and trustworthy. Bonus: If you like burritos you can eat right next door. Thank you guys for taking care of me!Edit: They even replaced the valve stem caps on my tires AND the cap to my windshield washer reservoir! Very impressed :)

Called ahead to get a quote for oil and the service and was told $50. Not believing it could be that cheap, I asked again that it covered the oil, filter, and service and was confirmed that s the price. When I got there, learned that it was going to cost me at least $98. 2 stars because I kept feeling like I was being pushed for the more costly things that I really didn t need. They only had synthetic oil and recommended using their own oil with a high mileage booster. He recommended this without checking my car which isn t high mileage. Turns out using Mobile 1 was actually cheaper. Wasn t a huge fan of the experience.

These guys were great! First come, first served, so you don't make appointments. I was in and out today with my diesel truck in less than an hour. Prices were very competitive. Use these guys and you won't be taken by a dealership service department for routine maintenance.

I've been coming to this shop for three years now and Jon and Eric run a very professional business (I should have left this review sooner). I've only ever been given honest and accurate assessments on my car, the pricing is fair, and they don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. I had friends recommend this shop to me when I first moved to Colorado. That really took away from the trouble of searching for a new auto shop. These guys have been taking care of all my needs since day zero, and I recommend them to all friends and family. They're efficient, service is a breezy/ trustworthy, they don't leave oil prints all over your car, and they're all around good guys. These guys are the best. Changed oil and fuel filters, air filter, as well as rear diff fluid on my 17 Ram 3500 diesel. Filled washer fluid and DEF too. They had me out of there in a couple hours. All that for about $530. Dealership charges $480 for just oil and fuel filters! Kept me updated a few times as they were going through it. Thank you Fast Traxx for outstanding, friendly service and pricing that didn't make me have to get a second mortgage on my house to pay the bill. Highly recommended!!!

The best choice for anyone needing an oil change. I took my 2017 BMW in for an oil change and I was impressed with their knowledge about my vehicle, the 12 or so other vehicle checks they did and professionalism. Jon the owner was so courteous and upfront about everything that he was doing; I came in with my girlfriend s car to change her oil, only to find out she forgot about changing her belt and other miscellaneous maintenance she neglected over the past year with her car. Jon sat me down and broke down every component that he recommended changing, including the belt, a cabin filter change, and oil filter change and explained to me in layman terms (because I m not too knowledgeable on cars) and treated me with the utmost respect and hospitality. We decided to change just the belt and get some fresh oil, but I definitely will return here for future services because of how well I was treated. Great job on having such a superb mechanic shop! Highly recommend.

I work 12 hour shifts all week long except on Saturday's when I get off at 4pm & twice now they have kindly fitted me in on their last hour to change my oil before they close at 5pm. I appreciate them for getting me in on the spot and for doing a great job. Thank you for not turning me away even when I have to come in last minute because it's my only option. I recommend them to my friends and family.

Jon Hart, the owner, was kind, considerate, honest, and exceptionally fair! His staff really went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. They were fast, efficient, and did a fantastic efficient job with my oil change as well as with some additional work my truck needed. I was not planning on stopping in but I am so happy I did. Jon even took the time to drive me back to my work so I would not get behind. Faith in humanity revived! These guys were true gentlemen and were all VERY helpful skilled workers whom I cannot rave enough good things about! If you want honest work, fair prices, from great people absolutely take your business here!!!!
