Fair pricing, good work and great people working there. I've taking my car a few times for something simple, like an oil change, up to getting work done on my engine. They're always very thorough and go over what they plan to do and cost before starting anything. I have never had a problem with the work they have completed or had to go back afterwards. Besides having a mechanic in the family, Colorado Car Car Center is the best option.

I m sure he does great service. Something about not being able to talk about services though threw me off. He said he doesn t like giving estimates on the phone. I respect that. I said I could stop by today and get an estimate he needed me to schedule an appointment, to schedule appointment. Even English doesn t think it makes sense. This does help ensure he approves his clientele. Good luck bud .

We've been taking our cars here for many years now and have never had a bad experience. Matt and the guys go OVER AND BEYOND to ensure excellence and lookout for your safety when it comes to your vehicle! As a woman, I've never once been made to feel uncomfortable or as if I'm being taken advantage of. We ve been satisfied customers of Colorado Car Care Center for many years, and we ve always received excellent quality service. Matt and Team are always pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to car care. Today, I took in my Lexus GX470 as I was having trouble with the battery. They were able to fit me into their schedule and both Matt and Kyle took the time to explain to me the warranty coverage. The battery was several years old and had just passed the warranty period. I just want to express my continuous satisfaction and acknowledge my appreciation for what Colorado Car Care Center stands for. Matt, thank you for making it right and thank you for your honesty and work ethic. I would highly recommend Colorado Car Care Center for car care needs. At the top: this shop deserves your business. Full stop.I grew up in a family of auto mechanics on the east coast - So when I moved out to Colorado 10 years ago, I experienced what many people do- a lack of trusted quality expert auto mechanic services.This shop is just exceptional and has provided the best customer service and auto mechanic experience I have had since moving out here. I had a pretty significant issue with my vehicle and the team here took care of it and went above and beyond to restore my car. The shop manager, Matt, was incredibly transparent, methodical, and considerate. He walked me through every step and personally ensured that my car was repaired with the utmost care. He answered all of my questions, shared information about considerations I needed to make and personally ensured that the car repairs were taken care of in a timely and thoughtful manner.Trust these people- they care about the work they do and the honesty with which they do it. What brought me to them to do the repairs was unfortunate but the experience and customer service they provided was exceptional and demonstrated their expertise as well as their commitment to their customers. This is a business you want to be a customer of and can trust you will be taken care of.

The guys at Colorado Car Care were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard to make sure that our vehicle was fixed so we could make it back home to Canada. We are very grateful to have had them help us get back on the road. Trustworthy shop. I trust them to let me know if there is anything wrong with my car and more importantly to not try to tell me there is something wrong when there isn t.You can tell they take pride in what they do and care about you and your car.

First off the guy answering phones and running the desk is awesome! He was very friendly and helpful. I thought it was cool they did an expecting and then sent a text message with a website detailing what was done and what could use some work. My mom almost failed a Lyft car inspection saying she needed breaks. Theses guy were honest and told her he could still read the name of the breaks on the pads. Overall great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable service and super competitive pricing. Been taking my 4runner here for years for everything from brakes, to oil, to fluids, to repairs, etc. My car and I have always been treated great.*Update: shout out to Matt. He always goes above and beyond in making his customers feel safe. I had a (probably unjustified) fear that my oil wasn't changed at the last service because the sensor wasn't reset. Instead of just resetting the sensor and sending me on my way, Matt had his techs take the time to check the oil first. Really appreciate little stuff like that.

We were sent here by one of the mechanics at Strickland Brothers. Just go see what s wrong, then come tell me, they d said after an oil change left our car with warning lights flashing amongst other sudden problems that did not go away as they promised.Colorado Car Care never had to help us as much as they did, yet they went above and beyond from the get go.Tbh, SB didn t want to take responsibility and sent me back and forth with my 2 little ones in tow.CCCC checked things out, changed the filter, checked codes, called SB themselves and then gave me recommendations.They let us leave the car at their shop and gave the kids and I a ride home.They would ve done more if they worked on VW and recommended Parker Imports.It seems sheer luck the SB owner called and got the car towed and fixed.Guess where we re getting our oil changed next time?Thank you Matt and guy behind counter whose name I didn t get!

Having had bad car repair experiences in the past, I am now especially careful to research where I take my cars to be serviced. I cannot stress enough how pleased I have been with Colorado Car Care Center! I was referred to them by my neighbor who has used them for many years, and said he wouldn't consider anyone else! The owner, Kyle, as well as the entire staff are extremely informative, courteous, professional and knowledgeable! They don't hesitate to spend the time it takes for me to thoroughly understand what is going on with my car, and what my options are related to that vehicle. I have had nothing but positive, fair and productive experiences at this business! I am very grateful to have found a place I can trust, and get timely and reliable service on my vehicles! I highly recommend them!

DO NOT COME HERE! My car would have been in better hands if I left it on the side of the road. Went in for a replaced starter about 2 years ago and they replaced it with what I thought was no issues. Turns out they didn't hook things up correctly and the very minor component of driving MY BRAKES didn't work. Thinking this was a new issue, I took my car into a Brakes Plus to get it fixed. The very professional people over there informed me that things were not connected correctly and I should take it back to where I had it serviced.These people are lucky I didn't go on to the highway and get killed because I unknowingly was driving with faulty brakes. What did they offer me as retribution? 2 free oil changes. Still had to pay full price for my FAULTY repair.Fast forward to now. My car won't start. In my head thinking the starter went out again I had no choice but to come back here to get it replaced under the "parts warranty". Turns out it wasn't the starter which is fine, I would have been totally okay with that. But then I get charged $60 for a "diagnostic fee" when it clearly states on their wall on a GIANT BANNER that most diagnostics are free.UPDATE: They did refund me my $60 and were trying to be as helpful as possible after reading this review.Service: General repairs

I was referred to Co care and I am so happy they serviced my car! They were so nice and explained everything to me in detail, kept me updated throughout the day while they had my car and I had amazing service. They ordered my tire promptly the day prior, and the day of had no problem adding an oil change and a new air filter and all of this was done in less than 2 hours. They are amazingly efficient. They also gave me a complimentary brake inspection and told me everything I needed to know and the price was awesome! Not only do I recommend them 100%, but I will always be a customer. Thanks again guys!

I ve have been coming to Colorado Car Care for 5 years. Matt and his employees are professional and always fix my car in a timely manor. They can always get me in when I have car problems, which I really appreciate.Even after I moved 35+ mins away from the shop, I still go to them for my car services because they are the best!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I was recommended to these guys last year, from my first experience, Kyle, Matt and the whole team have provided excellent service. They are extremely trustworthy, quick and affordable. Every time I have had to bring my car in I have had a pleasant experience. Coming from out of town, it is hard to find a mechanic to trust. These guys have earned my trust time and time again. If you are unsure where to bring you car, bring it here!

Have had my car towed here several times over the years. They have always been pretty fair when it comes to price. They normally get the work completed in a timely manner unless they have to wait on the part. I would go back to this location. They also offer military discount when you ask. I can honestly say I have FINALLY found a mechanic that I trust and who is honest and reliable.I went in thinking I just had an oil leak, found out I had two more issues that I was never informed about from a previous mechanic. They even kept my car one more day to make sure everything was sealed and safe before I took it back. I appreciate the fact that they didn t want to rush and push me out the door until everything was 100%.I will be recommending Colorado Car Care Center to all my family and friends.Ask for Matt! You won t be disappointed!

Matt and his team at CO car care have been my go to for all my Tire, Brake, and transmission needs on both of my vehicles! They've always done awesome work without ever trying to oversell me on unnecessary services, as cost is usually a limiting factor when it comes to my auto repair needs. Honesty and upfront explanation of the work required is key to setting the right customer expectations. Furthermore, they keep me updated on upcoming scheduled maintenance or things I need to consider so I can be prepared for the expense and work that will arise in the near future. Honestly, I don't trust big chain shops that always rotate their staff to work on my cars. Knowing that I have these guys to depend on for my service needs make me drive easy, knowing that if something happens, I can get it fixed right away without wasting time back and forth. Matt and his team are great. Every time I've taken my car in, Matt and his team get to it promptly and take the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be done. Prices are fair and Matt even waited after hours for me to pick up my car. Definitely recommend going here over the dealerships who care more about volume, overcharging, and not valuing me as a person.

We took our 4 Runner here after it broke down. They did 2300.00 of work to get it running. After we picked it up it broke down again, we took it back and they had to replace a fule injector they put in. After picking it up the second time, the car broke down again. We took it back once again. They had to keep the car over night to look at it the next day. We got a call the next day telling us while parked at their shop the catalytic converter was stolen out of it. Colorado Car Care told us they were not responsible for lost or stolen items and this fell under that. But they would fix it for 2000.00. We asked if they were filing a police report for the theft that occurred on their property and they said no.Needless to say we picked up the car and we were able to get it fixed for under 500.00. If you take your car here be sure to ask how they plan to keep it your car secure. I feel like we were taken advantage of and I would never recommend this place!

Excellent service. Wonderful people. Reasonable prices. As a single mom I go to Matt and his crew because they are trustworthy, do great work, friendly, and don't take advantage if you know nothing about car repair--like me. Have been going to them since 2014. They take all my car concerns away. Truly thankful to have found them. Highly recommended.

Matt is trustworthy, and reasonably priced.I have bought numerous sets of tires and also used them for both Oil changes and Mechanical. If it s something that doesn t fit their skill set, he ll tell you.5 Stars keep up the good work!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I have had nothing but great experiences at Colorado Car Care! My whole family uses them for their cars and trucks and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest and fair with their prices and never charge any "bogus" fees. They know us by name and are quick and efficient to diagnosis any problems we may be having.Recently had the check engine light come on in my truck and the wheel was vibrating, something was definitely wrong. The guys at the center said that a coil was loose and that was causing the misfire and the problems I was having. My husband went to pick up the truck, they handed him the keys, and said you're good to go! No charge! Unlike others places they could have charged us for labor, maintenance, etc and who knows what else, but they didn't!Will always recommend this center to everyone I know and I will not trust or take my car to any othermechanic. It's like having a doctor or a hair dresser, you only trust one person and one person only...I will only trust these guys with my truck!! Very pleased overall with everything they offer.

Really good prices. Nice enough people but their communication is terrible. I took one of my cars in for tires and they never called me the whole day. After 6or 7 hours I called them and they said it was done just waiting to get an alignment check. So I said I'd just come do that another day. Then a couple weeks later I bring my other car in and once again it's there for 6 hours with no word from them. We call and they had to order in the tires and they still weren't there. So they say they will call us and 3 more hours past and still nothing. So I just go there and they are still waiting but they are closing soon so I ask when they expect or if they will be able to today. They said they would be able to do it today so 15 minutes to their closing and still no word so we just head there because I'm not going to leave my car sitting outside over night there if they weren't able to do it. Luckily it was fine when we got there. Then i ask when I can make an appointment to get the alignment checked and he says to just bring it in in the morning. So I do. I dropped my car off at 9am. We haven't heard anything at 2:30 so we call and check in and they have a car up on the rack that's waiting for parts and so they can't do any alignments till that happens. So we give it more time. And 2 hours later I came in. They still haven't got the parts. I took my keys and won't be back.Here's the problems. First absolutely NO communication with me. Had I been given the choice I would have just come back another day instead of spending a day without a car when I'm trying to get things done. Second poor management of their resources. I may not understand how it works in a shop but to be it's just a wasted resource if a car sits on a rack all day and instead of getting maybe 5 alignments fine while waiting in parts you in fact frustrate the customers and lose some.

These guys are great! My wife and I have been going to them since they were a Big O franchise (9 years or so).The one thing about CCC is the "double edged sword" of: you get what you pay for. You want to go cheap, they got you. You want top of the line, they got you.They warranty the install of parts and only use parts that are warrantied.
