I took my car to Cisco in a panic after my hood flew up into my windshield on the freeway. I was paying out of pocket and I couldn t afford the initial estimate. Cisco personally called me back and worked with me and my budget all while being completely transparent about what is essential, what can be salvaged from the car and whatnot. A week and a half after that I get a call from Chris telling me it s ready so I went in yesterday morning to pick it up. The whole team is so professional and cool and easy to work with and I m so happy with my car it seriously hasn t looked this nice since I got it because they also painted over where my roommate keyed it :) definitely will go back in the future

Cisco s did a great job fixing up my car that had been in an accident! They communicated to me what the issues were, asked me if I wanted to bring in parts rather than having to pay for them because they knew I wanted to stay on somewhat of a budget, and their paint work was amazing. My car looks the exact same as it did before the accident and I m so grateful they were so helpful during the whole process. I am definitely going to return to have them repaint my car when I decide to do that.

Little bit of a rough start, but Cisco made it right. If you're having troubles with communication please understand it's a small and locally owned shop and you have no reason to doubt.I can't post 2 reviews so I'll edit this one. Not only does my car look better than the day I bought it, Cisco fixed my horn wiring at no extra cost. All that and I got to support a really cool shop. Had a great experience here! My truck looks AMAZING! They did an excellent job on my body work. All staff were honest and professional. Pat did a great job communicating the entire process to me & updated throughout with pics and calls. 10/10 do recommend!

Go here! This is by far the best experience I ve ever had with auto body repairs. Cisco and Pat are honest, kind, and professional. Just all around good people who run a business with compassion. I highly recommend them, after being referred after moving to Denver and my new car was hit in a parking lot. They will text you updates on your car - and welcome you with a smile. I recommend avoiding this shop, at all cost.Took my car their in January 2023 after being re ended in November of 2022.My rav4 is worth 15k.The guys insurance who hit me said they would pay 100% of repair cost.On the work authorization they said they wouldn't do any work till they got approval from insurance company, now some how, they didn't apparently follow protocol.They got 6k from insurance at first, now they got a total of 12k. Apparently my car was done back in November of 2023.They said they where waiting on the last 3k.Beginning of this year January 2024. The shop came to an agreement with the insurance agency.But at the last second they raised the final price of repairs to 20k.So the guys insurance decided to call the car a total loss, and only gonna be giving me 3k for my 15k car.And they will not release my car to me unless they get their full amount of money.Now, their trying to tell me theirs a storage fee of 1,600+ if they choose to charge it.But on the authorization form, says they wouldn't charge storage fee till 2 days after notifying me the car is done.Never been notified, my car is sitting on the side of the street, with the front bumper and all that still disassemble and placed all that in the back seat of my vehicle.Telling me, I'll have to pay another 7k out of my own pocket to get my Toyota Rav 4 back.Tried to have my insurance USAA take over, but they can no do so, until Ciscos sends the money back to trexis auto insurance the guy insurance who rear ended me.USAA tried calling them but can't get a response, and most likely they probably will refuse to send that 12k back to the guys insurance (Trexis insurance).

I was sideswiped by a moving truck recently and no one would touch the repair. Cisco got me a reasonable estimate for the moving company and was able to get me in for the repair fairly quickly. My vehicle came out looking like new. Thanks

Cisco's All In One Auto did an amazing job repairing our bumper after an accident. It looks better than it did before the accident! They also left it so clean. That was a surprise bonus. Thanks Cisco!

Took my wife s car here for hail repair i literally had to show up to the shop to actually talk to someone since they thought it would be a good idea to not have a direct number to there shop! After picking up the car they forgot toPlug in the sensor to the adaptive cruise control, they left hail dents on the window trim as well as the roof and was told they would take care of it which never happened! I recommend never take your vehicle to this location!

I was needing replacement parts and repairs on a twenty one year old truck. Up to that point I had been to a half dozen body repair shops all with the same two result, Come back in two weeks for and estimate , or, We don t have time for something like that . I was getting some powder coating done at another location and asked them if they knew of a shop that might work on my old truck and they stated that Cisco s might look at it. I stopped by Cisco s a week later, they were friendly, courteous and took the time right then to go over what was needed and ordered the parts immediately. The follow up was great, the parts came in, I dropped the truck off and in less than a week my truck was ready to go. I really appreciated them keeping me informed about the progress without me having to call and the actual cost of repairs came back less than what was quoted. All in all it was a great experience and for sure some of the major body repair places in the greater Denver area could take some lessons in customer service and appreciation from the professionals at Cisco s.Service: Body & Trim

I would never choose this place again, unfortunately I looked for it online and because of the good comments I chose it.My truck was almost over 4 months old, they didn't answer my messages or calls, it's really difficult to contact the workshop directly since other operators take the calls. I had to travel 3 hours to get a response and start putting pressure on the delivery of the truck. When the job was handed over to me after 4 months, there were still parts missing, the truck was dirty, the upholstery, where they were working, the personal items it brought. Inside they put them behind the truck and humidified everything with the rain and air.I took my truck dirty and with the work incomplete on the parts they did not receive, they did not even care to give it to me clean after having it for so long.They are very good at collecting from insurance companies they charge a lot, but they are so nasty to work with the vehicle sI don't recommend this place at all.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used this shop to repair hail damage on my almost brand new car. A nearby shop recommended them to me. This place was a nightmare to work with. They are impossible to reach and GOOD luck with their joke of a call center. They won t communicate anything about your vehicle. My car was done for a whole week and they NEVER communicated this to me until my insurance company called and threatened them with a rental car bill. Come to find out my car STILL had hail damage. They only acknowledged the leftover damage AFTER I complained to my insurance company. They just blamed others in the shop for the mishap and said the parts were on back order. That would have been nice to know before I left your shop with an unfinished car. It seems to me they were just hoping I wouldn t notice. The cherry on top was removing my bumper and I guess not knowing they need to plug in all of the cameras and safety features. Then leaving me to pay hundreds of dollars to have it fixed at the dealership. Their response is always I will talk to Cisco and call you back still waiting for that. Now I have to try to get the rest of my car repaired elsewhere. They took the insurance money and left me with a major headache.

I had a great experience!!! I went to a car repair shop just up the road and got a quote 3 times the price as Cisco s all in one quoted me. The other auto shop wanted to charge for a bunch of equipment that was not needed. I am so glad I came to Cisco s. I am definitely a customer for life. Pat did an amazing job keeping me updated and his customer service is top notch. Will did an absolute amazing job repairing my truck tailgate and putting it on. Unresponsive and bad service would definitely recommend going anywhere else. Your excuse is not valid I did not use insurance for my trucks damage.

Cisco runs an incredible AutoShop I have personally worked through different things with him regarding my vehicle, Cisco all in one AutoShop always taken great care of my car, I would go out of my way to work specifically with this AutoShop Only. Cisco s is amazing! I brought my car in for an estimate after it had been hit in a parking lot. Pat did an estimate while I was there and was able to get me scheduled for repairs when I had some time off work. They are incredibly kind, professional, and updated me throughout the whole process. I am a bit late but back in November they fixed my Jeep up after an accident. They communicate well, they handled pretty much everything with insurance, I appreciate the effort to not get after market parts, and my Jeeep looked like new. Until a month or so ago when we got hail .

Disappointed with my service here. Up front, they were kind and squeezed me in to get a repair done while I was temporarily in town, I left grateful and continued on my way to another state. Within three weeks the same issue occurred and when I brought it into a local shop near me they informed me that the repair from Cisco s had been done incorrectly and I had to pay again to have it all redone. When I informed Cisco s of the issue they took over a month to respond to me and took no accountability or offered any remediation. He actually suggested that I must have done something to damage it again in the interim and that my case wouldn t stand in court (I never mentioned taking legal action, but he was quick to bring it up). I will not be returning.

Father in law accidentally backed into my wife s car. Ciscos was the easiest company I ve ever had to deal with. Pat helped me with options, insurance questions, and coordinated everything for me to make sure everything went smooth, unfortunately my insurance was a little slow , but Pat did everything he could to make sure our car was done prior to our holiday trip and we made it! Car looks awesome, paint looks awesome, and they even cleaned the car and shined the wheels. I m not kidding you, one of the best business I ve ever worked with, with great morales, ethics, and skills. Pat treated me like family and they even gave us a holiday card thanking us for supporting a family business. Come here 1st, they will take care of you from start to finish!

I brought my Subaru CrossTrek to Cisco's to have significant rear damage repaired after my son had an accident. Initially it looked like superficial, cosmetic damage; but Cisco's identified structural damage and fought tenaciously with my insurance company to get the necessary repairs approved; the only out-of-pocket expense I paid was my insurance deductible. Pat routinely communicated the status of the repairs, the technicians at the shop did a phenomenal job, and my car looked like new upon return. I got white paint spatter from fresh road striping on my 3 week old car in the drivers side wheel wells along with the front and rear doors. Nothing I tried had any affect on the paint so off to the pros to give it a try.I didn't have a lot of hope based on how bonded on the paint was but, even though it ended up taking Cisco's all day (that paint was really stuck on there), they were able to get the doors and all of the plastic trim cleaned up.My new car looks new again and they were able to do it at a fantastic price.

Great experience here. Cisco personally called around to find a used part in stock for my F150. This saved a ton of time and about $560 total. They painted and matched it to my truck perfectly. It looks brand new! The front desk office manager Tracy was a pleasure to work with and made me feel very comfortable with the process. This was the first time I ve ever had body work done on a car and I must say I was very impressed! Everything was done in less than 1 week. Thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I d highly appreciate and recommend the quality of service they provide here. Tracy and her team are very much professional in their work and they kept their words for the delivery of the service. I got my Car's roof and back trunk's paint work here with a very short time (3 business days) and a very reasonable price and proper finish. Team is really helpful and take care of all minute details that customer expects. I had already enquired with other places and repair centers for the same work, that I was asked for comparatively higher price and was asked to leave my car for a whole month or more. But I am really glad now to get my car fixed with Cisco's All in One Auto and I d thank the team as a Happy Customer !!! :)Service: Painting

Cisco provided exceptional service! I was referred by a friend and I'm so glad she did. Cisco worked directly with the insurance company on my behalf and made the process effortlessly for me. The quality of work was superb, the communication was excellent and they completed the work quickly and as promised.
