Alexa and the Caliber Collision crew were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Alexa is professional, effective, and made the entire process of repairing my car a smooth experience. I cannot recommend enough. I called over 10 body shops in the Denver metro area, and they estimated my car to be repaired in 6-8 weeks. Alexa and her team repaired my car in less than 3! And well done too! Thank you, Caliber team!

This shop was amazing. I was originally scheduled with the Aurora office and they couldn't get me in for 2 mos. I called the Hinsdale location and they were able to get me in the following week. The communication from Alexa was great all the way through. She kept me informed of the process and my car was completed a day earlier than expected. I would totally take my car there again.

My experience with Caliber Collision was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. To sum it up, the craftsmanship was so abysmal the first time that they had to redo the work. However, even after the redo, they left my two-year-old vehicle with a glaring two-tone appearance. It got to the point where the insurance company acknowledged that the paint job was significantly subpar.As someone without extensive knowledge of cars, I could tell that the work I received was far from acceptable. The work they did was on the bumper, which was damaged due to a rear-end collision. When I initially picked up my vehicle, it was evident that the bumper was concave and not flush with the rest of the vehicle. Moreover, there were paint chips and imperfections scattered across the entire bumper. When I pointed this out, the general manager, Alexa White, tried to convince me that's how they received the bumper from the manufacturer (OEM and not after market), as if that somehow justified the poor quality.I sought a second opinion and they advised me to return the vehicle for a redo, which I did. The shop acknowledged the substandard quality of their work and agreed to redo the vehicle.Upon picking up my vehicle for the second time, I was shocked to find that the paint color was significantly off. Once again, they attempted to downplay the issue, insisting that it was normal. I escalated the matter to the regional manager, John Doremus, who shockingly claimed that the work was standard. Fortunately, the insurance company sent an inspector who agreed with me and supported my case. To top it off, Caliber refused to do the corrective repairs and take responsibility for the shoddy work.In the end, I'm so glad I took my vehicle to a different shop. The quality of their work was impeccable, which only reinforced how careless and unprofessional Caliber was. Not only do they lack any commitment to craftsmanship, but they also try to deceive their customers into accepting subpar work and refuse to make amends.In light of my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering Caliber for their vehicle needs to think twice and look elsewhere for a shop that takes pride in its work.Service: Painting

Excellent experience with Caliber in Centennial. They were the only shop willing to take in my non-drivable vehicle immediately after an accident. I called 10+ other shops that were quoting 8+ weeks out and I was completely stressed until I talked with Caliber. I was met with kindness and professionalism when I first called and talked to Lori. Alexa was our estimator and she is fantastic! Great communication, organized, and keeps you well informed throughout the process. We enjoyed receiving daily communication about our vehicle (text, call, or updates on the carwise tracker). They finished it 1.5 weeks earlier than estimated which was such a blessing as we were paying a lot of $ out of pocket for our rental car. I expressed this stress to Alexa and she seemed determined to get the vehicle back to us asap. It was nice to feel understood and prioritized. The car looks amazing and they even detailed it inside and out. It was so nice to get it back in clean condition! Thanks to everyone at Caliber who helped us get back to our vehicle quickly.

I can't say enough about the team at Caliber...I brought our vehicle here for repairs and they kept us updated every step of the way. Every question we had was answered quickly, not ignored like most body-shops do. Best decision we made was choosing Caliber! Thank You!

Best experience ever! anExcellent work! 5 star customer service from the receptionist Laura to the technician Alexa!The process was seamless from the initial scheduling by phone to the time of pick up. Constant updates were provided as well which was awesome.Alexa was very thorough, professional and kind. Service, repairs, and professionalism were great! Alex kept me updated, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly when I did call to ask a few questions, and the employee who took me to my vehicle at pickup was also great. My vehicle looks and works perfect! Would most definitely recommend.

I was recently in a car accident where I was side swipped. I took my car here for repairs and they were amazing from start to finish. Not only was I treated with respect, but they were very thurough on the initial inspection of the damages done to my car. I love the sense of humor from the staff as well ! The communication on repairs was timely and not excessive to the point I wanted to block the automatic texts. The car looked brand new when finished and you could never tell ! I included before and after as well on this review. I would definitely say come here if possible! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby tank !!!

Awesome experience! They had my car fixed faster than I thought it would be :) John was excellent throughout as well, super professional, knows his stuff, and kept me updated the whole way through. My wife's Infinity SUV was damaged on the left side in an accident. Since we live in Centennial, we had three different collision repair centers available to us near our home.We chose Caliber Collision after reading customer reviews. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and a special shout out goes to Adam Sanchez who was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process.He took our SUV the same day we showed up, and a week later we had our SUV repaired and shiny looking!From dealing with our insurance company to giving us regular updates about the repairs being done, Adam went above and beyond the call of duty, and we thank him very much.Adam Sanchez Rocks!

I took my car in for a body repair to this Caliber Collision location from a list provided by my insurance. This place is absolutely first class. Its lobby/reception area is nice, clean, and quiet. The folks there are very professional. Upon inspection, my car was given a very detailed report of what were to be done, the exact cost (albeit with a revision after the job started and additional work was needed), and the estimated start and completion date, which was right on the mark. Not only was the car repaired to my total satisfaction, the car was cleaned and shined such that the old paint was restored to make it match with the paint of the repair area, making the entire car looking as if it's brand new! I was impressed with the amount of details given to my car. For what it's worth, this is the 3rd time that I have had collision repair to my cars in my 40+ years of driving, and this repair was by far the best and most professional. While hoping to never having to take in my car for a collision repair, if the need ever arises, I will most likely take my car here, and will most definitely recommend it to any acquaintance who request one.

We had an excellent experience with Caliber. Alexa was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. We received our car back much sooner than anticipated as well. We will definitely use their services again in the future if the need arises.

The car work was completed on time without any issues, and the communication with Caliber Collision throughout the process was excellent. Caliber Collision was amazing during the entire repair process! Professional, friendly, attentive and informative! They got me in for an estimate within days of my accident and began repairing the following week! They completed the repair in 9 days! It was the best experience I could have had. I love Adam!!! And the girl at the desk (I m sorry I forget her name) was super nice! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any repair work. AND They did a wonderful job on my car!Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision repaired damages to my passenger mirror and quarter panel caused by another driver. Adam did a great job explaining the repair process. Count on your car to be returned long overdue with hobbyist quality paint and bodywork. After waiting an additional month paying out of pocket for a rental car, I was able to source the OEM brand new part ($30) they had been holding my car for within the state (Boulder). If you own a Honda or Acura, do yourself a HUGE favor and take your car to Fischer Honda in Boulder, CO. Apparently the national backorders don't apply to them/their relationship with Honda.

This shop was punctual and efficient for fixing the rear bumper on my 2008 Infiniti G35x. The service team was always available to answer any question I had in the process of installment. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get repairs done on their vehicle.

I have no clue how this place has such a high rating. They do ask you as soon as you get your car back to rate them. Maybe that's why. PEOPLE INITIALLY THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB UNTIL MONTHS OR YEARS LATER . I would never use them again for anything. I slid into a curb and they did a bunch of suspension work. They charged State farm over $4,000. A little over a year later everything started falling apart. When I took it in to see what was going on, Alexa claimed no responsibility. Just said the parts were starting to fail and they only have a year warranty. The lifetime warranty they offer is a joke. It only covers the labor, and they never claim responsibility for bad labor. After taking my car to a real mechanic, I learned that they had installed things wrong, parts were missing, and overall did a horrible job. This resulted in having to have everything they did redone. $2,000 later the car is finally repaired right. The customer service I received and the finished product were both atrocious. Alexa is always rude and will NEVER call you back. I WOULD RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE ESPECIALLY IF THE WORK YOU NEED DONE REQUIRES ANYTHING MORE THAN BODY WORK AND PAINT.

I picked this shop as a result of the good reviews and was not disappointed! Alexa was very friendly and communicative during the repair process. I think my vehicle looks better than it did before the work. It required new quarter panel, new door, new paint and I was happily surprised at how seamless the end result was. I was also super happy with the interior and exterior clean that was done as it was unexpected. Though I don t hope to have to have any more bodywork done on the future, if I did I would happily return to this Caliber Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding
