Extremely disappointed in my experience at Big O Tires and I will not be returning to this or any Big O location ever again. I recently purchased a used Subaru Outback that already had Big O branded tires on it. I took it in for a simple patch and tire rotation. Just before the car was complete I got the classic upsell call, which is to be expected from any tire shop, but what blows me away is how egregious of an upsell they tried to make. I have pictures of the quote attached, which is word for word what they told me on the phone that my rear brakes were nearing metal on metal and it is an emergency for me to replace them. This is service I typically do myself anyway, so I declined and bought brake pads on my way home so I could replace myself. I went to replace the brake pads only to find the current ones had about 90% of the life left, a drastic comparison to the 1mm I was told on the phone. There is so much left on the current brake pads I am skeptical they would have performed any work even if I did direct them to replace the rotors and pads. I m glad I declined the service, saving myself as you can see on the quote I would have been charged nearly $1200 for a servicing that likely never would have been performed. I expected an upsell, but the degree of this is absolutely outrageous, and I caution anyone taking their car to a Big O tires.

I was going to pick up my daughter and my tire got flat. I went to big o tire at Arapahoe / centennial. Joe and Tyler helped me fix it instantly and let me be on my way. They are great and I am really appreciative of their help. Thank you Joe and Tyler

The staff and mechanics are of the highest quality. They offer more for your vehicle besides tires. This knowledgeable and professional staff has never let me down on any vehicle issues I have ever had. 5 service and reasonable prices. A BIG Thanks to the crew at Big O.

Excellent shop! Before heading over I called and spoke to Joe. They had availability and were able to get me in for a quick tire repair. The tech who did the repair showed me the problem took care of it quickly and I was back on the road again within about 30 minutes! Excellent value and service. I WILL be coming back again!

This was my son s tire this morning, but thanks to Nate to go above and beyond his duty, as you see we couldn t move the car. He even help us to changed to the spare tire. I am so thankful for people like him to make our life trouble a little easier. Visit this store, you won t be disappointed.

Came for an alignment after a suspension overhaul. I had a great experience with the crew here. From check in to check over and check out. I have worked in the industry for most of my life and was impressed by my experience. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them as a mechanic myself. Went in for a Tire Warning Light that was still on after some Work was done on my 2013 Nissan Rogue. Tyler definitely came in clutch by not making me pay for the 1 hour diagnostic, like most places do, and simply relearned the system for free! Great group!

I am a regular customer of this place. Even though they focus on tires they have helped me out often with other issues in my car. During my last visit Tyler did a great job getting the broken bumper attachment removed which was only for aesthetic purposes I strongly recommend this shop for all your car oil and repair and tire needs

Josh and his team are excellent.Last Tuesday afternoon I noticed that my tire was losing pressure quickly and I stopped by their store to see how they could help me.Being only 15 minutes away from their closing time, they kindly checked my car.Leonardo checked my tire and due to its poor condition, he did not allow me to continue driving and he kindly told me that he would have no problem staying an extra time to change it.Josh immediately helped me choose the best set of tires for my car and the guys helped me during the ugly weather.I can't express how grateful I am.

I was there this evening (4/29/2023) between approx. 5-5:30PM for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the store I drove approximately 15 miles, and upon returning home noticed a strong oil smell. I raised the hood of the car and found the oil cap had not been put back on and oil was everywhere. Of course the store was closed by this time. What is Big O going to do to clean up the mess under the hood of my car? Also I feel you need to re-do the oil change, I don't know how much oil was lost. This is the first time I have gotten an oil change at Big O and it will definitely be the last!

On a cold and snowy day I had a plug start leaking. Nate got the ball rolling quickly and Conner plugged that tire the RIGHT way!!! (Not like me) It gets better at no charge. You bet I will remember and Next time I need work done Im back here at Big O Good people!!

I came here after a flat tire; As soon as I came Nate was very friendly & instantly helped me with my car!. As well as Conner the gentleman taking care of the issues as well super nice! & took care of everything right away! Definitely recommend coming here for any issues!

I had a phenomenal experience at Big O Tires today! I had woken up to a flat tire on my way to work and Anthony & Connor were great. The immediate help and expert service was great. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Definitely recommend this company for anyone with tire issues.

Nate always gets me and my fleet vehicles taken care of quickly and professionally. I decided to take my personal vehicle here because of the great service. Nate and Eulogio got me in quick, diagnosed my issue, and had me back on the road! Love this location and the team. Will be back for both work vehicles and personal vehicle.

Tyler Calkins was amazing. I ran over a nail and he repaired the tire and I got in and out quickly. I use Big O for all my car s mechanical needs not just my tires. They are always professional and explain what maintenance my car needs and I never feel like I am being over sold. Thank you so much Tyler!!!

Fantastic service!Found a nail in my tire right after work and I was scrambling to find a place that would take me in for a tire repair.Josh and the rest of the team at this location were absolutely exceptional. Anthony was of great help! He gave friendly and quick service. He communicated well from the second I stepped into the store to when I picked up my car. He described what they did to ensure my car tires were good to go. Highly recommend going here for great and quick car tire service, especially with Anthony!

Anthony and Tyler are absolutely phenomenal!!! I've been in customer service for over 20 years and they provided some of the best service I've ever encountered. Tyler did a great job fixing my tire and Anthony provided me with some quotes for new tires. I ended up not needing to get new tires but I will definitely be using this shop when I do and for as long as I'm in Colorado!!! Thank you fellas!!!

Great experience! Had a tire that was leaking air daily. Was able to make an appointment the next day and I was in and out within the hour. The technician and Joe Gallo did a wonderful job on getting me taken care of fast so I could go about my day. Thanks!

The Manager and staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. They had a busy day on their schedule and accommodated my replacement to get me back on the road quickly. This location went above and beyond to insure I was taken care of. Joey was very insightful and gave me tips for my winter driving

We woke up ready to start a road trip and unfortunately noticed a screw in one of our tires. We showed up to this location simply because it was on our way and hoped we could have someone take a look at it right away. Tyler greeted us and got us taken care of immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure we were set to hit the road and even gave the kids some coloring books! We ll definitely be coming back here again for any of our tire needs. The service here is exceptional and we were so impressed with the staff!

Anthony really took care of us today! We were stressing because we had a ton of driving to do and everywhere else was telling us they had nothing available. Anthony got us in and out asap, was super knowledgeable, and helped get us exactly what we needed. And we had a great conversation with one of the other customers while we were waiting! Stopped in with a rental car that had a piece of metal in a tire. I had already changed onto the spare. Nate up front and Trey in the shop repaired the tire with a patch, took off the doughnut spare and put everything away, and put the repaired tire on for me. All for no charge! Thanks guys! I highly recommend this tire shop!
