DO NOT PURCHASE CAR BATTERIES HERE- SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. I have been to this corporately owned store 4 times in 2 years because the battery I bought for my car continues to stop working. After replacing it twice I decided to go to a dealership and the battery they put in has had no issues. I purchased the BP battery under warranty and although the two I ve had have NEVER worked properly they refuse to pay me a prorated rate for a return. This place is an absolute scam and their products are faulty.

I had a phone screen repair done here. Since the repair, the phone touchscreen does not always respond. I took it back in and explained to the technician. He could not get the issue to repeat while I was there and refused to repair it. He stated it's not an easy process and they would most likely have to replace the glass again and there's nothing wrong with it.

Excellent products and customer service. Replaced an iPhone SE 2nd generation battery for me quickly and the battery is better than the apple brand one, lasts longer and is higher quality but was much cheaper price wise than having Apple do it.

Excellent experience. Bought a new battery online, came in for free installation and battery was quickly installed. Despite a troublesome install due to excessive corrosion and bracket issues on my vehicle, the technician was very courteous and knowledgeable and completed the installation quickly!

The two technicians installed an auto battery when it was 4 below zero outside and did not complain or act like they could not handle it. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location.

I came to this location 10 minutes before close, Meadow was the most helpful person I have ever encountered. I just needed a battery for my key fob and she tested everything and got me set up. My keyfob had previously been glued shut she helped me to disassemble and reassemble everything I could not be more pleased she definitely deserves a raise .I run a roadside assistance company and will definitely consider this location to supply future battery installations just based on customer service and quality of their products thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Like any other Batteries Plus: a battery for most necessities you may have. And like many other large company, customer service isnt high on the list of priorities. Apologies for the nuisance of my business and helping to support your company's employees and their families. Wont happen again.

Had a car key cut here. I called ahead and the guy who answered said they don't cut keys or do programming. I programmed the key myself, and after looking all over Highlands Ranch for a place to cut my key (apparently no one will do it but a locksmith) I called back and a different guy said he could cut it no problem. Went in and the guy had two keys cut for me within 20 mins. Appreciate the service, since apparently this is the only place for 25 miles that'll cut a car key for you. Figure the first employee I spoke with must have just not known about the service being something they offered.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE 'REPAIRED' HERE! An employee with 2 days on the job was left basically unsupervised to switch out my phone screen.(Didn't know that when I dropped it off). LONG story short, he broke the phone. He knew it, he lied about it, the manager refused to speak to me over the phone and refused to let him stay after the store closed to try to fix it. I was forced to return the next morning (I live 40 minutes away). The employee in the store that morning was more than helpful, and did everything he could, but the phone is toast. I haven't heard a word from a person in charge there. The store will not pay for me to have the phone fixed elsewhere, or to recover my data - costing me hundreds of dollars. No temporary phone was offered while I wait for the replacement phone they are sending me in the mail - that will take 2 weeks. Horrible!

The team at Batteries Plus is absolutely amazing. I went in to have my watch battery replaced and I couldn t be happier. Caleb and his manager were unbelievable. They explained the process and offered each option. They were not pushy and beyond helpful. This was truly one of the best customer service experience I ve had in years. I not only will be returning for all of my battery needs but I will let everyone I speak to know how incredible this location and team truly are. Thank you.

Do not allow this place to fix or replace batteries in your phone. WHen I initially brought my phone in to replace the battery I overheard a conversation with another customer whose phone they broke when trying to fix it. I should have walked out at that point.I left my phone to have the battery replaced and when I picked it up and got home the face of the phone fell off and damaged the led screen. I called batteries plus and they basically said it was on me and not something they warranty because it didn t involve the battery. The phone was not put together properly. Save your money and sanity and steer clear of this place. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Batteries, batteries and lighting. The staff is helpful and the shops do a pretty good job at stocking some of the harder to find batteries. Particularly if you're looking for a special purpose type batteries. It seems as though a fair amount of time is dedicated to training for the staff to make them better informed and therefore better able to assist with your needs.

It's been years since I've been to this location but I remember my last visit being somewhat lukewarm, from a staff perspective. Today, however, was fantastic. Caleb (I hope I'm spelling that right) was awesome. He instantly came out to greet me with a big smile and knew exactly where to find the battery I needed. This is the kind of employee who will keep people coming back to your store!

I can t say enough good things about the staff here at the Centennial Batteries Plus location as well as the Parker location. In a bit of a pinch, the Parker location was able to provide a relatively difficult to find auto battery for a BMW. They don t yet have the electronic device needed to register the battery in the BMW system once installed so they coordinated installation with the Centennial location. Both staff members at the Centennial location were incredibly professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond in installing the battery and making sure it was done properly. Batteries Plus has a new lifelong customer thanks to these two locations and their fantastic staff. Thanks again guys!

Caleb is a baller. He helped me out and ordered a part from another store after calling around and taking initiative. Though I was able to find the part elsewhere and had to cancel the order, he was accommodating and made it a non-issue.Kudos to him and kudos to your store.

I was really surprized when pricing car batteries recently. The prices varied wildly. I came across Batteries plus in a google search and was pleasantly surprized to find a 40% off coupon and they could install the battery at no charge and gave me an appointment in my needed timeframe.There was no wait my order was ready when I got there and the battery was installed immediately, wow!

Great customer service. I placed an online order and within 5 minutes got a call to let me know the lithium battery I ordered was not in stock at any local stores, but a different brand was available. Even though that battery cost was higher, the price was lowered to match the one I originally ordered.

In early November, I ordered a replacement front glass for my phone which was quoted for $200. I never heard back from the person who ordered it for me so I went in and they either ordered the wrong part or it never came in.. this type thing will be repeated throughout my experience. However they did have a more expensive kit that cost $100 more as it had a replacement battery. Exasperated and not wanting to wait any longer I bit the bullet and paid the extra cost. However the battery installed does not perform as good as my previous battery and often dies within 4 hours. Furthermore my front camera doesn't appear to work anymore. Lastly during the install the operator broke my back glass panel.. I was assured that they can replace the damage panel at no cost. However I've attempted on six occasions now to get it replaced but am unable to as they claim it is not in stock but it is available at another store and they can get it within a day or two. I was promised that upon receiving of the part I will be contacted to set up an appointment for the repair. However no call is ever given and when I call them back they have no idea what I'm talking about and have to start the process all over again. I spoke to the manager on several occasions. One occasion he said the part was actually in stock and to come by to get my phone fixed.. however when arriving I was told that it was actually not in stock and he doesn't recall talking to me.. now I am on hold for over an hour to talk to him a third time.. it's been 6 weeks and the worst service I've ever experienced.. I rather just have a broken phone at this point.. never again.

Fast expert service, even though the battery I wanted to purchase wasn't in stock. I was able to purchase a much better quality battery. Actually the best battery I have ever had in a vehicle. Since my truck can sit at the airport parking lot for weeks at times, this was the best purchase for me.

Evan was wonderful! He had a lot of customers this morning and made sure to communicate to every single customer in the store that he would be right with us and that he appreciated our time. Stellar customer service. He also explained the warranties and the sale products displayed at the counter that were a great deal for anyone needing LED s. In addition, while placing my new battery he showed me that a metal piece I took a photo of was in bad shape and that I may want to have it looked at by my mechanic. His attention to detail and his kindness were apparent and I would recommend anyone to this Batteries and Bulbs location!

Got exactly what I needed and the service was great. I made an appointment online and was able to get in day of to replace an iPhone battery that wasn't holding a charge very long. I got it fixed in less than a couple hours and the phone is working beautifully now!

Thank you so much Jerry!!! Absolutely amazing service. I was a bit stressed - to say the least - regarding replacing my RV Deep Cycle Battery and making the right choice. I traveled to Centennial - from Caste Rock (rather than going to the shop in Parker - much closer) because of the great service from Jerry via the phone and I was quite impressed when I met Jerry in person.
