I've been coming to this location for almost 2 years now and I have been treated amazing. Jordan has been a great person to deal with and I never have to worry about anything with my car. Even when I move away, I will still choose to come to this place for service, it's that good!! Keep up the good work guys!!

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and the service was efficient. I was expecting my oil change and tire rotation to be about 1-1.5 hours, but I was pleasantly surprised that it only ended up being about 45 minutes. The waiting area has ample space and comfortable seating. Making an appointment was also very easy and I was able to reserve a time that worked for my busy schedule.

Excellent service for my Crosstrek! Sami went above and beyond, she answered all of my questions and made me feel right at home. I truly appreciated how well she took care of me and my vehicle. Shout-out to Jay and Al as well who helped get my vehicle checked in upon arrival.I scheduled a last minute appointment when a light illuminated on my dash yesterday. This morning during their multi-point inspection, I found out that my tires were below the recommended winter tread depth. I knew my tires were aging, so I requested a quote. Thankfully, Sami was able to provide multiple options, and I felt very comfortable making a decision with zero pressure. They had a great deal --buy 3 tires get 1 for $1 with an alignment service-- so I chose one of their in-stock options. I received my vehicle back in pristine condition this afternoon with new tires and all repairs complete.Many thanks to the whole service team, and I look forward to bringing my Crosstrek back for future maintenance needs!

Yesterday, I took my astonishing good looking Subaru to this magnificent dealership! I pulled into the bay, which was delightful as I hate getting out of my car in the cold. The bay was heated, and the representatives came over to welcome me. I felt like I was in Harrods shopping for the perfect suit. So why did I come in, I m not really sure. The lights come up on the dash of my Subaru and tell me to service my vehicle. I love it, because I am far too busy to learn more about my car. The gentleman, Anthony Sutton, working behind the counter told me I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. It was delightful! I was in and out in under an hour, which really surprised me as I was prepared to camp. The service manager, William Erickson, stopped by and introduced himself to me. He told me if I needed anything, to let him know. I didn t need anything as Anthony was doing a superb job, but it was nice that the manager of the shop stopped by. I give this service center a 10/10. And my service costs were very competitive to the other Subaru dealership and other shops I sometimes visit, but the staff was much friendlier, which will keep me coming back!

My husband and I had a great experience at Autonation Subaru on Arapahoe! Although we spoke with a junior salesman, Eli was amazing. He was able to answer any questions we had about the Subaru forester wilderness edition and was able to point out all of the cool features. Bob did a great job walking us through finances and helping us finalize all the paper work. We were very happy with our experience and we are very happy to be a part of the Subaru family!

The service guy Matt was great but I find the pricing was way over what it should be for the service but to keep my warranty I have to pay them to get the service done. So in a sense it is a scam. They are way over charging for the maintenance service to keep your warranty active because they know you have to have it done there.. Taking advantage of consumers is never good business but corporations like this do it to us every day so buyer beware.

The people who do work at this garage do an okay job. I had to go in to get eye sight and check engine lights diagnosed. They figure out it was a knock sensor that needed to be replaced. The part needed to be ordered and they said they d call me when it arrived in a few days. After a week I called to check on the status of the part. The person to whom I spoke on the phone told me the part had arrived. They then told me they d transfer me to the service department to make an appointment. The phone rang and rang and then I got the service manager s voicemail. I left a message and waited for the rest of the day to get a call back. I never received one. I finally went onto the My Subaru app and just made an appointment. The work that they do is good and the service is friendly, it s just not as communicative as I would prefer.

Little to no customer service. Had express service and when picking up the car was informed of a filter that was marked as 'yellow' and I should probably have it fixed the next time I come in. Why not call me and ask if I want it done now? Had a tire issue and was not part of the original service and knew it would not be fixed with this service but no follow up information from the service rep. Was told that I should try and get it fixed on my own. Certainly, did not want to provide any customer service on purchasing tires from them (I had bought the tires from them previously). Just the tire in question has been discontinued and I should try and find it on my own. They let me leave without trying to make a 4 tire sale. Now I have to go somewhere else to purchase tires. This is not the first time I have been confused with service from this location and just shaking my head on the lack of customer service and losing a sale.

Not good. My check engine light on so I brought my car in. The technician actually found so much wrong it totaled my car with over 20k in repairs. I have always taken great care of this car getting regular checks and oil changes. My car has low mileage based on year. I was going to buy a new Subaru this year but now I will not buy Subaru again!!Per the response from dealer. I called the manager back but got no call back. I would like to discuss the service issues I experienced

Anthony was my service advisor and was very helpful in answering all questions that I had. He gave me an approximate time of completion and was right on target. I liked the comprehensive wright out I got and he was able to clarify my questions there as well. Good Job.

I really enjoyed working with Paul, he was on top of things and making a lot of the purchasing process easy. The interior waiting area is very accommodating. I enjoyed the coffee machine. My only gripe was that it seems they were very busy, so things took time, and a lot of waiting.

Took my Subaru in to have an issue diagnosed. 10:30am appointment on a Saturday and I was told the car would be looked at same day. Throughout the day, there was no communication from AutonationSubaru. I called them twice. First time in the late afternoon, I was told that someone would get to it before the end of the day. Called again just before close and was told they would get to it first thing the next business day.Next business day there was no communication from the dealership in the morning so I called around noon. Nobody had looked at my car. But they assured me that they would prioritize it as soon as the technician came back from lunch. I called again an hour or two later and status was unchanged. I called a third time that day 30 minutes before closing time. This time I was put on hold for 27 minutes and was again told that nobody had looked at my car but they would prioritize it the following day. At this point I wanted to take my car someplace else so I told the service person to NOT diagnose the issue and I m that I would be by to pick up the car the next day.Third business day, I received a text at noon saying they had diagnosed my car s issue (even though I asked them not to).I came to pick up my car and was told I have to wait 20 minutes for them to retrieve my car. 35 minutes later I had my car.One star review here. Terrible communication. Over promising. Disregarding my request to cancel the requested diagnosis. I ll pay the fee for the diagnosis but will never bring a car back to this dealership.The issue with my car cost more than the value of the car so I m in the market for a new car. Definitely be shopping elsewhere.

I've always had really wonderful experiences. Whenever it come to this dealership, the general manager especially always takes time to make sure all of my needs are met. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. That's in the service department and sales as well, I'm on my third vehicle with this location. And I plan on recommending my friends in family.

It was a good experience overall. Staff were communicative about what my car needed by texting me when I was no longer at the dealership. When I went to drop off my car and pick it up, there were 3-5 staff in a group talking and no one came to me for like 5-10 minutes each time. I get being busy and not being able to help a customer right away, but I would recommend training staff on acknowledging every customer and saying something like we ll be with you in a moment . Acknowledging a customer like that goes a long way, especially if staff are busy and not able to help right away.

We had the module for the tire air pressure replaced because the indicator light was always on. The repair took almost 4 hours and cost over $700 dollars. We got a Costco discount which saved us about $100. We felt the cost was excessive. The waiting area had a miserable old movie playing. When the car was ready I asked that our car be washed since we had spent so much time and money at the dealership. We think they should have done that automatically.

Great experience, after going to two different places to try to get my car fixed Autonation Subaru fixed all my car problems. From cams seals to wheel barring, and even an oil change. Quick service and amazing communication throughout the whole process.

Unimpressed with the diagnostic service, they said they test drove my car but there were some glaringly obvious issues that would have been noted on the recommended services if they had. Instead they said I should do a bunch of unnecessary fluid flushes because we don t have any service records for your vehicle . Had other problems during my visit too, and I emailed them afterward with feedback but never even received a reply. Won t be going back.

I have a great experience at AutoNation Subaru. Luis was very knowledgeable and helpful on the sales side, and Tawseef in financing was great to work with. After I purchased the car I had several people follow up to see how I lied the car or if they could do anything to make for a better experience. If you are considering buying a Subaru I would strongly suggest going to AutoNation Subaru on Arapahoe Rd. to make your purchase!

I had booked an appointment online, but the appointment wasn't in the schedule when I appeared at the service center. Makindra was so accommodating. They got me in for my servicing without any back talk. They elderly gentleman who first greeted me, was very understanding and facilitated the appointment.

I took my Forester into the service dept. at AutoNation on Arapahoe Road and was very satisfied with every aspect of the experience. Friendly people, eager to help, great explanations and follow up. Even gave me a Lyft to work and back to the dealership!

i will say i work in customer service and i was in and out at hour for my oil change and tire rotation but i would liked to have complimentary car wash as when i had my honda i always got one whenever i brought my car in . was not cold bout 50 which is doable as should not wash cars until it hits 20 degrees . this was also my first service as i bought my car brand new back in august and also bought the lofr package deal for 3 years

They service writer called and asked if I was Ok with them replacing the engine air and cabin air filters. I said ok and was called 15 minutes later that the car was ready. After I drove a 1/2 hour home. He called to say the technician forgot to do it. So I had to drive 1/2 hour back to get it done. They said they would put a free oil change on my account.

I took my car in for a oil change and it was one of the best service I've had. Travis was my service advisor and he was excellent. I met Garrett the new service Manger and he was very welcoming, friendly and helped me out with everything I needed help with.
