I recently scheduled a recall on my ram truck. While there I had the oil changed. The vehicle was left with them for most of the day. I got a ride home from their mobile drop off and a ride from my wife to retrieve my truck. The staff at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place for any type of work to be done on your cars or trucks.

sales people were polite and friendly. They stayed very late to complete the deal.They were patient and accommodating while I worked out issues with my title, and it did not impact my purchase or timing.we were disappointed however, in that the car wasn t clean, fluids were not filled and the tire warning light was illuminated.Other small touches that need attention: the dealership itself was pretty rundown, and meeting of a good cleaning.

In-processing was quick since I had made an appointment, only took a couple of minutes. Staff was very courteous. My service adviser Kip was great, and kept me up-to-date with a few texts. We coordinated leaving the vehicle overnight by text and I picked it up the next day after a couple text updates including the final cost. Pickup only took a couple of minutes. Service tech did a good thorough job of analyzing the vapor leak and verified the repair only had the necessary parts to minimize the cost. Very satisfied.

Took truck in on Wednesday (scheduled appointment) for oil leak diagnose & recall. Never received any call back. Finally after many attempts, got a call back Monday. Found out NEITHER work orders were completed. Was told they might get to it by end of week. I told them I need my truck so will have to pick it up. They said I d have to make another appointment 2 weeks later! Have zero confidence they ll complete it next time.

After having quality issues with two other dealerships, I figured I would try these folks for a routine factory recall fix. They were easy to get scheduled with, had great communications and managed my expectations about timing very well. They also found a small leak in some hoses, which were covered under warranty, and repaired those. My service manager was Chad Rowley, who has worked in the industry his entire career, and did a fantastic job ensuring everything was done right. In today's fast-paced, in-and-out world, it was gratifying working with a team that put quality over quickness. Thanks for the great work, you've earned a new customer!

William and Troy are the best!They do quality work and they guarantee their work. They were very friendly and hard working to find out what was wrong with my truck. Their service has always been prompt, thorough and honestly. I really recommend AutoNation Dodge service department.

Everyone at the service department was very nice very professional. When I got my truck home, I checked out under the hood there were greasy fingerprints on the hood There was old oil dripping from underneath the truck where they changed the filters. As far as I m concerned they should clean that up before they send the truck out when take anything but five minutes to do that work.One last thing that s the most I ve ever paid for an oil change in my whole life. It was about $200 more than it should ve been so that s the last time I ll be going there for any service.

This is my second vehicle having been serviced, they complete warranty repairs that took longer than expected but Kip was my service advisor who kept me informed the whole way. He made sure I understood how much time it would take and what to expect.

Autonation Dodge was able to take a look at my vehicle a full 2 weeks earlier than my regular shop could. Will was friendly and kept me up to date with what was being done and what was found. I will more than likely be stopping in more often if my primary shop gets booked.

5 stars for the attentive customer service, texting, calling, and answering every question in a timely fashion. 0 stars for Ram, charging me $370 for a part that went bad, that they said was a 'maintenance' issue, but openly admitted it was not supposed to be replaced for another 17k miles. American products are trash.

I was having a problem with my Promaster battery not holding a charge. I called the parts department to check on the warranty and was transferred to service to get my Promaster into the shop. I was told to bring my vehicle in that morning and I would be helped immediately. The battery was tested, failed the test, and was replaced under warranty. I had my Promaster back that same afternoon. Troy was very understanding and helpful. I really appreciated the quick and friendly service!

Had a great experience at this store. I'm always nervous with big purchases, but everyone was super helpful throughout the whole process. I'm definitely going to be recommending the dealership to anyone I know looking for the right car.

Apparently, these guys do not like to work. This is the second time that they have scheduled an appointment for me to get an oil change, I show up and the people inside the bay turned me away, telling me, I do not have an appointment. Even though there was only one other car waiting, they refused to get me in. There were three people sitting around doing nothing. The customer service here is pathetic and so is the communication.

We have been a customer here for about 10 years. Purchased a truck and have both the truck and Durango serviced there. I have a very good working relationship with my service writer, Kip Kelley. I trust him explicitly. I know that what he tells me either of our vehicles needs is accurate and in our best interest. I also have a great relationship with the GM, Dave Maestas. I will be a life long customer here. They have the best customer service and treat me like a valued customer. I appreciate them very much. Trust is paramount in this business.

So, I got a flat and called AAA to come to my home, and have the tire repaired. I have a 2023 Ram1500 limited. Then I realized that the technician must have kept the lug key during my first tire rotation. Ram towed my truck to the dealer and made it all right! I did have to give up part of my Saturday, but things happen, and Ram just fixed the problem .Shout out to goose at Arapahoe auto nation who has always been there, whether it service or figuring something out! Well done!!

Service advisor Chad Rowley was terrific. Due to a misunderstanding, I ended up at this dealership without an appointment. Chad verified the work required, went to the parts department 3 times to verify the required parts were available, scheduled and got the work done the same day! Great service and far more than I expected. The next time I need service on the Ram diesel, Chad will be my first call. Thanks, again, Chad.

Took truck for recall repair and ended up getting an alignment from some new protocol. They left everything from my alignment loose, truck drove significantly worse than before. Thankfully I had an independent mechanic look at it to fix my ball joints who caught it and fixed it, otherwise that truck probably would have killed me on the road.

paid for a diagnostic and repair of my cruise control that was not working. They confirmed it was not working and did not fix it, instructed me to find the parts myself and they would install. I purchased the parts and have made several attempts to reschedule for the installation. I have not received a call back after leaving multiple messages mwith the service writer. I have since taken my vehicle to a third party for the repairs. Very dissatisfied with AutoNarton Dodge. Very more customer service. Would not recomend them to anyone.

Took our 2023 Ram truck in for an oil change. All was done promptly. We go to pay and it was $215.00. For an oil change. All the sudden we are offered a 4 oil change package for $220, which we bought since the $215 oil change magically became $55 @ if you bought four of them. Total racket.
