Service provided by Auto Glass ZEN was Great!Chris was very nice and did a very good job on my Jeep, service was done in less than one day of requested.Note to the Owner: DONT OFFER a $10 de plat check back for writing a review if you are not going to honor it. We have got two windshields from you with great service, we did the review but it is not ok to offer something you won t give back

Needed the back window of my truck replaced, Auto Glass Zen was able to schedule it quickly and did a great job with the repair. Also very affordable compared to other companies that quoted the repair. I will use them for any and all future glass replacement that I will need.

I was looking to replace windshield glass and not only the price was very competitive but they came the same day to complete the job. The master did everything at scheduled time and even transferred toll road sticker from my old glass onto the new one. I'm very impressed and would use them again.

I couldn't be happier with multiple services provided by ZEN over the past several years. They've replaced a windshield and repaired several rock ships in windshield glass. I found Auto Glass Zen on line. I received an online quote from them. It was an out of pocket windshield replacement at a very affordable price. I made an appointment, they came out to our residence and my windshield was replaced. Very happy with the price and service.

Highly recommend Auto Glass ZEN! Reached out as this company has done a previous windshield for me back in 2018. Great communication and a reasonable price. Awesome service in my experience. Customer service on the phone was great, got scheduled right away. Chris (gentleman that replaced winshield) was very nice, professional, quick and cool guy. He arrived on time. Work was done as expected. Will definately consider Auto Glass AAA for my next windshield replacement, if I ever need one again. Will for sure refer family and friends to Auto Glass AAA. Thank you.

They came out yesterday to replace the windshield on our Dodge Charger. They called ahead and let me know they would be here in 30 minutes. Prompt, great service, great price. The company is local- which I prefer to support, so very happy customers. Would definitely recommend Zen for auto glass issues.

I had the most simple and pleasant experience! With a quick call, I was able to set up an appointment for just a few days later. Abe came by and made the repairs super quickly, right outside my apartment. He was super professional and friendly. I very much recommend going with these guys!

Yesterday I woke up to my car window having been smashed in and things stolen from my car. I quickly looked around to find a window replacement company and AutoGlass ZEN got back to me right away and had me scheduled for today!They called when they were on their way and finished installing in less than an hour and really vacuumed the back seat. I have a dog and I have NEVER seen the backseat with no dog hair, and they vacuumed so much that there is none!I highly recommend AutoGlass ZEN for your window replacement needs. They were quick and were very safe with masks and social distancing. Great job.

It was almost impossible to find my glass when calling other companies. When I called Auto Glass Zen, not only did they have the glass in stock, but they were able to install it on site!! Chris was great. I have a 20 year old SUV that needed the rear window replaced. A bunch of components in there were a mess making his job way harder than it needed to be. He worked extra hard to get the glass installed despite many difficulties that, understandably, another company probably would have walked away at. I m thankful I went with ZEN. Really and truly I wouldn t risk it with another company. (ZEN also had the lowest cost of 4 quotes I got).Service: Auto rear window replacement

Had my windshield replaced in November. Service was quick and efficient. However, a few weeks ago my windshield cracked from the edge for no discernible reason. I called to see if it was covered by their warranty, got a machine, left a message and they just never called me back.Update: the email referenced below by the business was sent 2 weeks after the phone call that was never returned (meaning *I* followed up with an email that they then replied to). I also did not demand to have them replace it for free, I simply asked if someone could call me back to see if it might be covered by the supposed "lifetime warranty" because there had been no obvious reason for the crack that started from the pillar, and the response I received what that We installed a perfect glass and they didn t need to look at it to know it wasn t covered. Which would be fine, if they didn t decide to call me a liar for no reason.

The quote was very reasonable, compare to the dealer, since the insurance company did not cover the cost. Quick appointment and very nicely did the job of putting in my new winshield. I was hesitant not to go to dealer because the car had front end collision, rain sensor. the dealer said I would need calibration.
