MY JAW DROPPED. As soon as I turned on the car I could tell the amazing difference in the way my car drove after visiting Aspen. On top of the quality work, I need to shout out the people working there as well! Amanda at the front desk is so incredibly sweet, she was always keeping my updated on what was going on with my car. Not only that but both Amanda and the mechanic stayed late on a Friday to wrap up the work to ensure I had my vehicle for the weekend!! That's truly customer service that you don't see much anymore and a real testament to the whole team, as the manager was incredibly generous as well. I feel like I could write a novel but I just want to say I can't recommend Aspen Auto Clinic enough! THANK YOU!!

I highly recommend Aspen Auto Clinic! They have been so awesome fixing my car in a day turn around. They have great Customer Service, great mechanics, and a huge shop and they provided me with a very detailed graph and pictures of my car, the engine and the exterior, for the parts repaired, the health of my car and the recommended repairs. I am so impressed by their work and the attention to detail, and the pictures and graph. And they are very affordable. Thank you all for fixing my car giving me peace of mind! I This will be my dependable car repair shop from now on.

Aspen Auto Clinic was very easy to work with. The guys there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They even recommended ways for me to save money instead of offering the most expensive option. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again!

I was visiting the Denver area from out of state, and it seemed like my brakes, which had been serviced at the dealer the week before, were not performing correctly. Juan got me in quickly, did a re-bleed on them, and had them working right away. But where he and the crew went above & beyond is that they noticed a bunch of caked and fresh oil around much of the front end. He brought me in to show me, explain why they knew this leak had been going on for quite awhile, what may eventually happen if not taken care of, and gave me the option to wait until going home to my dealer or to have Aspen take care of it. Aspen worked me in within a couple of days, and did a great job, cleaned all the old oil off, and my Mercedes now purrs like a kitten again. I had full confidence driving the vehicle the 1000 miles home. Juan and his crew were so professional, thorough, and accommodating. I wish I lived closer - I would take my vehicle to Juan at Aspen for all of my service needs! Thank you Juan and Aspen Auto.

I have been very happy with Aspen Auto each time I bring my car in for service. Their scheduling is easy and the communication is transparent and frequent. I worked with Juan throughout the repair and his attentiveness to my questions and transparency in the scope of what was essential to the repair vs. other things to consider gave me confidence in the honesty of the shop. He went over and above to make the process as painless as possible and the quality of work done is top-notch. For anyone looking for a highly qualified Indy to work on their Porsche, I highly recommend Juan and Team at Aspen Auto.

Both of my vehicles are serviced by Aspen (24 yr old LandCrusier, 6 yr old BMW). I appreciate the time Aspen took to diagnose potential issues. Everything is put on paper so that you know what you're working with. Aspen's auto engineers are all certified and use the latest diagnostic and serving tools. I'm very confident in their abilities. My relationship with Stealerships are OVER!

I came in to get my windshield wipers fixed. I thought I had a failed motor after the last snowstorm. The staff there were very personable and professional. The motor was not the issue and was told by the manger Juan that he would fix the windshield wiper free of cost. This was one of the best experience I ve had! I highly recommend coming here if you have any car issues!

Go here! Juan and Amanda recently helped me with finding new rims after I may have hit a curb. They spent countless hours probably trying to find me a rim that I liked + then were quick to get them installed and an alignment done. They were so kind and talked me through the whole process which I really appreciate. As someone who doesn t understand cars- they made me feel so much better about the process. They have re-earned my business for sure!

Been taking my two cars to Aspen Auto at Tutt location for over 11 years now and have never been disappointed. I trust them for expert servicing, honest pricing, and quality maintenance and repair. They re the best. Go with them!

I loved the fact that I could send my young daughter over with her car by herself and not be concerned about her being taken advantage of! BEWARE - This is not the same shop anymoreMy vehicles have received thousands of dollars in warranty and out of pocket repairs at Aspen.My recent visit was advised needing diagnostic time which was unnecessary and they authorized labor on broken parts; never addressing the root causes of multiple issues.Unfortunately this lead to additional unnecessary time to resolve the issue with another repair shop. Thankfully it was handled at 1/3 the cost, saving hundreds of dollars vs. Aspen s quote.When addressing this with the service manager my concern was not heard. Only when leaving a prior review here did the service manager call me back to leave a voice mail (only asking to take the review down). Finally, when disputing the partial charge, my credit card company showed me their response letter. Things immediately became clear their lobby is a sales process to maximize billable tasks regardless if it s the best solution or not.My vehicle does run better because of the prior work by their technitians. I m sure most common items (oil changes, alignments, brakes, things you can get anywhere, etc) the shop can handle OK but I cannot in good faith recommend Aspen anymore for the many reasons mentioned above.

I have been taking my vehicles to this place for several years. The work was always good and the price was reasonable. A few months back I had an experience that was not reflective of how Aspen Auto Clinic used to be, especially, the personnel answering the phone and providing estimates. I was surprised to hear that they were hesitant to give me quotes over phone and in one instance provided an estimate for motor mount work that was much higher than the dealership which surprised me.I called them again recently for brake work and got the same kind of response which is "we have to see the vehicle to provide an estimate". This surprised me because every other dealership and repair place that I called after my experience with Aspen Auto was able to provide an exact quote for this work without having to take the vehicle. Anyhow, i was able to resolve the issues and was able to get an estimate that was reasonable and so will be taking the vehicle for repair. The only reason i am providing a 3 star is because they need to make it easier for customers (especially long time customers) an easy way to work with them and not make it hard the first time itself.Reg the motor mount work quote: they admitted that it was a mistake and would have quoted differently.

Aspen Auto makes everything easy - from scheduling an appointment to paying from services is all very efficient. They are very responsive and take the time to explain everything to me - always including pictures. It s the only place I take my car.

We bought a BMW from private seller, wanted to get it checked out. They did the first oil change on the BMW , Alternator, my son wanted to fix it up, they neve sealed out our exhaust on it, fixed the coulovers we did on BMW. ITS hard to find a honest and reliable auto service. Now we take all our vehicles there. Juan Camacho is a very acknowledged in his field. He is the manager at shop. Very clean in back. The customer service is EXCELLENT, with Amanda at front desk, she answers any questions you have. They keep you updated and timely service on your vehicle is excellent. FIVE STARS

My car wouldn't start the day I had an oil change appointment and when I called to ask if they could work on my car that same day. They were able to get a spot for me an hour before my original appointment. They got me a ride home while they worked on it and let me know my battery was on its last leg and, though they couldn't replace before they close for the day, they could get it taken care of first thing in the morning. Fantastic service, they stuck to their initial time estimates and even let me redo the payment because I forgot about a coupon mailer I got from them wide saved me about $80. Will definitely be using them again for all of my car needs.

Today, we ended our 5 year relationship with Aspen Auto Clinic.After calling yesterday to ensure that my daughter would be out in time to make it to her 3:30 dentist appointment, we rescheduled an oil change for 2:00 pm. The person I spoke to on the phone said he would make a note of the appointment, so she would be out on time.Come 3:15, my daughter was still not in her car and headed to her dentist appointment.When I called to see what was going on, the person I spoke to on the phone said every time I take my car in to be worked on, I complain about how much time it is taking.I definitely admit that after an hour, I do question how long the car is going to be.He then proceeded to tell me that I need to find a new place to service my car.It is completely his right to do so.After getting off the phone with me, he proceeded to talk about me to my daughter. He asked things like, wow, was you mom in the military? She seems to have an issue with being on time.When my daughter said she did not want to talk about me with him, he continued asking her multiple questions trying to get her to say something about me.Again, I admit, after an hour of waiting for an oil change, I do ask if it is almost ready.What finally allowed my daughter to pay and leave from her appointment is when she said, Sir, I do not want to get in the middle of whatever drama is happening between you and my mother.It is a sad day when the 20 year old is taking the higher road than the grown man working at the establishment.

As a result of oil/filter change (no charge...much appreciated) and inspection they said rear brakes had to be replaced. Due to age of vehicle it was hard to find parts which they eventually located equalling an estimate of almost $1,000 prompting me to get a second opinion. Brakes Plus (#107) inspected and determined there was plenty of wear remaining. During inspection I watched as tech had to repeatedly bang on drum to remove thereby indicating Aspen had never even looked at innards. I paid Brakes Plus $23 to clean and adjust...no hint of a problem since the attempted swindle! As an aside, unless you are Amerigo Vespucci, good luck finding the shop.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Took great care of my Subaru. Got the oil changed and the car inspected since we had a couple concerns, they provided a detailed explanation online and in-person about what was going on and their recommendations. I didn t feel like I was getting pushed into something which I really valued. Very happy with the Aspen Auto Clinic here.

I gave the location a week to reply yo my email. I called and scheduled an alignment (new tires) a transmission service and a coolant exchange. (Manufacturer specific fluid) I also requested a quote to have the shocks, struts, brakes and rotors. I paid over $700 for what I was quoted much less ($200 less)at other companies. I chose Aspen because of the reviews and some interaction with the the companies personel When I recieved my bill. Nothing was verified and I was given my receipt. When I got home I realized they had put multi vehicle transmission fluid in my van and I had no print out of the before and after alignment measurements. I don't know if anything was done. I emailed and asked what could be done to fix the issue and I have heard nothing back. I would recommend somewhere else. They over charged and under delivered.I would recommend not wasting your hard earned money at this location.

I took my Audi in to Aspen Auto Clinic in Centennial. This is the place to go if you want excellent customer service! I dealt with Matt Khalil the Manager. Not only did he go above and beyond service for me, he had excellent communication skills too. He kept me informed in a timely manner. They were able to fix my car.
