I went here yesterday to get bolts to attach my new license plate. Tim helped me not only pick out the right bolts to attach the plate, but also came outside and put the license plates on for me. His customer service went above and beyond. I highly recommend going here if you are like me and know nothing about cars and need a lot of help.

I called and asked if I purchased a battery if they d be able to install it. The guy I was talking to said no because of extreme weather conditions. It s 30 degrees out and sunny. Called another location in Parker and they said they d be able to do it. Not sure what kind of pansies are working here but why are you working with car parts if you re too scared to be in the cold to look under the hood of a vehicle for 5 minutes?

Rude staff. They will greet some people entering the store but not all. The price for Heet on the shelf was $3.50, the guy charged me $5.00. Very biased and shady. I will not be returning...it's a shame that in order to be treated fair...you have to go online and purchase these items. Amazon here I come!!!!!

I stopped in for a part and Jesse was there to help before I even got in the door! He reinstalled my headlight and got me fixed up super quickly! Great customer service and product knowledge.

Thought that I was in need of a new battery for my wife's car. They tested it for me and suggested that I did need a new battery.Alex helped me and he was just GREAT! He installed the battery for me and the car was being difficult with the installation, but Alex continued and it was a successful afternoon.I usually try to go to this store for my automotive parts because they are always very nice and helpful.Advance should be proud to have an employee like Alex representing their company.Thanks again, Alex and Advance.

I usually don't write reviews, but Alex at Advanced Autoparts went above and beyond today. He figured out what was wrong with my car, answered all of my questions, helped me select a product, and then installed it for me. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you Alex for saving the day!!

Just came by for new headlights, I was going to go somewhere to have them put in- Alex showed me my options and even helped me take out my old lights and put the new ones in. Very kind and professional gentleman. Thank you for the exceptional service.

This store has some of the best employees at any auto parts store I have visited. They go the extra mile and understand the importance of getting your car fixed. I was replacing my brakes and broke a bolt, something simple right? I went to two other big box stores for their help and each one said "we don't have it" and repeated that statement with my other questions. I went to this store and the folks behind the counter did some critical thinking and got me what I needed so that I could get my truck back on the road, and go to work the next day. This level caring for the customer is so rare nowadays, I am switching this to be my GOTO store for all my auto needs.

I arrived at the Arapahoe (Potomac) location in need of a new battery. I was helped by a gentleman named Alex who worked with me for nearly two hours assisting in removing the leads, one of which was corroded, and the 2nd of which was welded on. The battery was the original from 10 years ago). Alex patiently assisted in the removal and installation of the new battery even though it was quite the headache. What service. Thank you Alex!

Jesse was absolutely amazing. Another auto place put my battery on wrong and was really mean so we went to this location and Jesse was an absolute joy to be around. He treated us like family and made sure we had the best care. He took his time and put it back on correctly and had us driving off with the best work we could of gotten. This location is amazing and Jesse is a prime example of what good customer service looks like. Thank you so much

Alex today was an absolute life saver today .he was so confident in his abilities and skills that he completely Changed my situation from horrible to fixing something that was a very minor issue . This is my permanent go to spot with any car trouble I may have in the future thanks to him.

I just recently decided to work on my step dads truck since he s been in the hospital and decided to buy parts, tools, equipment etc. Haven t had a lot of interaction with the staff except for pick up. But they seem very helpful and usually have my online order ready for pick up with in 30 minutes. If not, then the same day.

Great customer service. I brought in a dead battery from another company. The employee told me the battery was still under warranty. He didn't try to sell me a new battery but told me to get a new one for free from other company. Will definitely be coming back here for car parts. Honesty is very important

I can't express enough thanks for the nice employee with the fancy mustache who helped me today. My twin girls were in the car when I got a flat tire. I pulled into the Advanced Auto Parts lot, and the employee let me give him my debit card so he could grab some Fix a Flat. It seriously saved me from waking up two cranky 12 month old girls who just got their vaccinations. I hope he knows that what he did meant a lot, and I'll remember this store as being the place to go with unbelievable customer service. Again, thank you!

I had an issue with a part I purchased a couple months ago from a different location. It was near closing time and an employee went above and beyond to make everything right by calling the other store and getting the return done for me. When I got to the store they had the part waiting for me. Great job guys!

Richard was so helpful to get parts ordered and help me find other stores that had parts in stock. Super nice and great customer service from him! Definitely recommend asking him if you need help!!

We love this place!! Every time we call we get the best customer service. Not only that , Every time i needed something and I needed it in a hurry they are there to save the day! It Helps when you own a body shop to know if I am ever in a pickle I can call them and they will be there

New auto parts store. Friendly service! These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. Price competitive auto parts. These guys will swap out your wiper blades and battery on the spot. I will continue to shop here for my auto parts needs.

I've gone here twice and both times and have always been greeted and served by a very professional staff. This store is very clean and the staff is excellent. Great customer service is a priority at this location. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

My drivers side windshield wiper broke during the aftermath of a snow storm. I called Advanced and they had a replacement. I watched a video about how to remove it and realized I couldn't do that. I asked them for help and Brandon offered to help. He fixed it right up and was super patient during the process. He made my day and I'm really grateful!

Had some issues with my radiator hoses, they came out look at my car, help me find exactly the right parts I needed. I was able to do it myself, save some money they were very helpful wonderful staff very polite.
