From lodging, location to snowmobile rentals these guys get it done. Everything you need in your cozy cabin. If they don t have it you don t need it. Snowmobile rentals are as easy and straight forward as one would wish. They top it off with gas and oil every day. Then you go ride where ever you want to. This family owned business is one of the best in Colorado.

Jeff and Jessica are amazing hosts and we had a great time snowmobiling the back country trails. They are a great couple with an impressive knowledge of the national forest. They have easy to operate and fast snowmobiles and we felt safe and the lesson was clear and easily communicated . The views were spectacular and I highly recommend the two or three hour tour. We felt super warm and cosy in the snow kit they provided and it was a great way to spend the afternoon!

Jeff was a great guide. He catered our tour to our abilities. He took us to an open field for freestyle ridin. Would def reccomend this tour!

We had the most wonderful experience at thunder Mountain Lodge this weekend The wallpaper may have needed an update, but we had views out of almost every window Everything was very clean, and they had nice clean fixtures like the shower and toilet and sinks as well as their pots and pans and bowls everything was new like and very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the thunder Mountain Lodge. Cathy M.

Took the 3hr snowmobile tour today. We were first-timers and had a blast. It was a great experience all around - the staff here is incredible, the trip was tons of fun, and the scenery is breathtaking. Also, we had something come up and had to reschedule and they had no problem accommodating.Highly, highly recommend!!Nearby activities: Snowmobiling

I cannot say enough about how great our stay was! The cabin was clean, the heater worked great, the towels were fresh and soft, and the location was unbeatable. The owners were friendly and knowledgeable and work really hard to keep this place looking great! This will for sure be our go to lodging when we go to Grand Mesa, winter or summer!

We had my mothers 80 birthday at the Thunder Mountain Lodge the end of October. The cabins were clean and very nice to stay in. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean. The staff was wonderful when we checked in. The views of the lake were fantastic. They have snow machines to rent if you want. It was a fantastic experience and we will most definitely go back.

Wow! So impressed with this cabin! It was clean and cute and had everything we needed. The location was STUNNING! The office workers were so so kind to us as well. The snowmobile tour was so beautiful and fun as well. Highly recommend!Rooms: One bedroom and a main room with beds in cabin 1. Can fit so many people!

Three of us stayed in a cabin for 5 nights while renting sleds and had a fantastic time at the Lodge. Rustic cabins had everything we needed to cook, clean, and sleep while we relaxed after fantastic days on the surrounding trails. Jeff had great advice for where we should ride for the best experience to fit our skill set. Jessica has a knack for decoration and we enjoyed the art that she hung about the cabin. Looking forward to going back again as it's a fantastic location with incredible sights to behold.
