Wessbecker auto is amazing. I asked them to inspect the wheel bearings, ball joints, replace brake fluid and power steering fluid because Nissan dealer said all those things needed to be done asap for about $3k. Thank goodness I took it to Wessbecker. They inspected everything and said it was perfectly normal. They replaced the air filter. I was expecting about $3k of work and it s actually going to be about $50. It s hard to find this level of honesty. They ve got my business for life.

Can confirm what others have said about this being an honest shop. Had an emergency situation with my truck and they could ve very easily charged me for a simple fix I could ve done myself, but instead they gave me some advice, and I took care of it. Just based on that one interaction and reading all these reviews. I will definitely be coming to them for quotes on future work.

Wessbecker took great care of us after my son hit a curb in his car. They diagnosed the problem and found and fixed some other issues. Great communication from Jason on what he found and the progress of the repairs. I highly recommend them.

If I could give Jason 6 of 5 stars I would. I have a Chevy Tahoe w over 300k miles. He diagnosed the issue perfectly, a weak oil pump with limited pressure. Although I didn't like the fact that I will need to replace my engine in the near future, Wessbecker did a GREAT job. Take your car to Jason!

This place has earned our business! After going to a chain car repair shop in town who after $1600 in repairs told us we needed new struts also for $1100, I wanted a second opinion. We brought our car here where we learned, after doing tests, the struts were not actually bad at all and simply two bolts were extremely loose from the prior work that was done. That solved our problem. It was free of charge. I am so glad we found a place based on HONESTY and not just stealing our money. Thank you and we will be back for all future car work/oil changes!!

I moved to Castle Rock in 2005 and was looking for a mechanic. I was recommended to Wessbecker. I was told that they are the best and they truly are. At one point, when I was really broke, I went to a place that I thought would be less expensive. I probably saved a few bucks, but the repair was lousy and I returned to Wessbecker, discovering that they are actually reasonably priced.They have done everything for many cars over the years (our children keep buying cars!). If there is ever any problem that they don't service, they can give you a good reference for someone else. Once, there was something they didn't service, but they were able to implement a work-around, free of charge, so that I could get my car to another place.Always very honest, trustworthy and dependable. Wessbecker was able to our Ford in quicker than other local shops and communicated quickly about pricing and timeframes. Their quote for an engine replacement was reasonable and they completed the work in less time then quoted. Happy to work with them during a stressful time with a major vehicle repair.5K miles on the new engine so far no issues, would use them again.Service: Engine repair

Jason and the whole Wessbecker team have been nothing short of professional, kind, and thorough in their communication. Pricing is very fair and I've never had an issue with the quality of their work. I had an issue when getting new tires at discount tires and they sent me next door to brakes plus to look at it. They quoted me an absurd amount of money for some repairs so I brought it to Wessbecker. I've brought a lot of work to them in the past and completely trust them. They gave me a fair quote, were faster, and i know the job was done right. I would recommend them 100%.

I have been taking my cars to Wessbecker for about 7 years and have always loved their service. Jason is straightforward and honest. The repair work has always been top notch. I found Wessbecker when a friend told me about them and raved about the great service he had gotten for years.2020 Update: I am still taking my cars here even though I moved 20 miles away. Jason is honest, the work is great, and they stand behind what they do. Jason is also very good at answering all of my ill-informed questions! And he doesn't act condescending or in any way disrespectful. I feel valued by them and genuinely cared for.

The clutch was making unusual noises on my jeep wrangler. Coincidentally, I just recently had new tires installed at different shop where they told me my front brakes needed to be replaced. Since Wessbecker quoted me a great price on the clutch replacement, I asked them to take a look at my brakes as well. Upon looking at the brakes, Wessbecker advised that the brakes had more than 40% wear left on them and that they did not need replacing. This is honesty and they earned my trust. Few other shops would have just walked away from the revenue. So, not only did I get a great repair on the clutch, but I found my auto repair shop for all my future needs. Thank you Wessbecker for treating us honestly and with respect.

I had a wonderful, straight forward, quick and painless experience with Wessbecker today and will definitely return to them for future service needed on my vehicle. The issue was identified within an hour of dropping my car off and was fixed within a few hours at a very reasonable price. Amanda was great to work with throughout. Thanks Wessbecker!

This is the only place I trust to fix my Jeeps. They are honest and trustworthy. As a woman, its really hard to find mechanics or anyone in the car industry to treat you with respect and honesty. At Wessbecker they are always honest and do great work. Jason and Amanda are easy to work with. They are knowledgeable and take time to explain what is going on with your vehicle. I would recommend them a million times over and give them a million stars.

Very honest, They will get to the bottom of something even if it doesn t benefit them financially. They are reliable and trustworthy. I recently moved to Centennial and so took my car to a different shop when I was in a pinch, and almost paid to have a completely new engine. My mom has used Wessbecker for years, so I took it here for a second opinion and they saved me a ton of money and took extra time to work with me to figure it out. (And this isn t the first time they have come through for us!) I won t use anyone else!

This is a great local mechanic if you're looking for reliable service for a fair price. They're located just to the west of Wilcox behind the self serve car wash. They have been established in Castle Rock for quite a few years and have developed a great name for themselves within the community. As a tow truck operator I get asked frequently what shop would I recommend, while there are several in town to choose from Wessbecker is definitely at the top of the list.

I finally found a mechanic I can trust!Listen, I know a lot about cars and I really take care of my car. And that's why...whenever I would take my car into a mechanic...I would know when they were being dishonest and trying to rip me off.In fact, I had resigned to doing all the work myself. But when my suspension started making a weird noise...I knew it was out of my wheelhouse. So I looked online to find a mechanic that seemed somewhat trustworthy...And I found Wessbecker.So I took my car in and they found the issue...A stabilizer bar that was moving a fraction of a centimeter... causing a clicking noise. Jason personally took me back to the garage to show me. It's a $200 fix but...Jason explained how it wasn't going to hurt my car or tires... or anything...And that I could fix it or not... she that it was my call...Well, I chose to fix it because the sound is really annoying ... and they did great... but more importantly...I found a reliable and trustworthy mechanic... and you should DEFINITELY give Wessbecker a chance!Thank you!

I highly recommend Wessbecker Automotive, and I am so glad that my co-worker recommended them to me. They are honest, fair and great at diagnosing vehicles. The big box store I usually go to told me that I needed to take my car to the dealer. Wessbecker said "nah, we can take care of you." They saved me from having to take a day off work, from driving 30 miles out of my way, and probably a whole lot of money since dealerships always over-charge.

This is the second time in less than 2 months that Wessbecker has come through for me with my automotive repair needs. The first time I took it to a chain repair shop and was told that I would need to spend $1200 for a repair that didn t even need to be completed and would not have solved my issue anyway. Wessbecker repaired my car and got me back on the road for half that and fixed the issue the previous repair shop failed to identify. The second time I needed a new starter. They pulled my record and since they did the work before they completed it under warranty with no money out of my pocket.Simply put Wessbecker is a local auto repair shop with the integrity one could only hope for. They know what they are doing and will treat you right!

We have been coming here for years. We trust them completely with all their automobile knowledge. Amanda, is amazing. She went way above and beyond with her customer service. Our, truck didn't pass emission test. They didn't find anything wrong with the engine. Amanda, took it upon herself to take my truck back in to the emission place and got it tested again. It passed. We really appreciate her and the entire Wessbecker team for their excellent customer service

This place is great! they are honest and so helpful.I had issues on my truck which i usually work on myself. Another shop wanted 1400$ for a job i already did myself. They were very honest and did not try to upsell me on anything. The technician even called me to help answer a couple questions i had. I recently brought my truck into Wessbecker to have repaired. Everything went great when it came to repairing my vehicle. I was advised it would take a week before they could get to it but much to my surprise the repair was done few days ahead of schedule. The price was reasonable and my truck was fixed. I picked up my truck the following day and noticed my tachometer wasn't working. I didn't think much of it and I didn't address the issue right away, which come to find out was a big mistake on my part. A day later I attempted to try getting the tachometer to work and when I opened the hood of my truck I noticed something was missing. The A/C compressor was gone. I immediately contacted Wessbecker under the impression that maybe the compressor had to be removed in order to make the repair. Much to my dismay that wasn't the case. The tech mentioned that he was able to work around the compressor and it was never removed. He did advise me that he would review the security footage and get back in contact with me. I believe my compressor had been stolen overnight while in the custody of Wessbecker. This is an unfortunate situation for both parties involved. I now have to pay out of pocket to replace the stolen part and installation. I cannot trust my vehicles to be in the possession of Wessbecker for the future and cannot provide them with an honest reference. This is not an attack on the service that Wessbecker provides as I believe they are a skilled, diligent and honest company. I feel others should be made aware of my experience so that these situations can be prevented.

Wessbecker Automotive is amazing! Amanda is the sweetest most caring person ever! We ran a domestic violence shelter ministry and she reached out to offer some help to some of our ladies with their vehicles. I don t know of any other auto shop that cares so much about others. They also run a ladies car clinic, which is so much needed. I am so impressed with the professionalism and heart of this company. Five stars all the way! They are skilled and won't automatically jump to the most expensive replacement option. Instead, they work with the issues and troubleshoot to only fix what really needs to be fixed. They use NAPA parts (which I trust more than other brands) and I am very satisfied that I can trust them. Hard to find all that in an auto shop anymore but this is where my cars will go in Castle Rock.

Extremely positive experience with Wessbecker Automotive. I want to personally thank Jason for all his help. My wife and I were traveling to Durango and unfortunately our camper van broke down on I-25. Our rear axle seal and bearing broke. We called Wessbecker. They helped arranged a tow for us. The tow company was prompt and very helpful. We arrived at the shop and because we were from out of town they fit us into their busy schedule. Within an hour Jason had called us gave us an estimate and told us he can get the parts needed that day! After a few hours they had us back on the road. I never write reviews but in this case I feel credit is due. Thank you for all the help and understanding of our situation. its nice to know good honest people still exist.
