Not even a one star for me.I am not saying they charged me for work they didn't do but I'm just saying and you be the reasonable person judging it.I spent almost $1100 on my old truck that was having a hard time starting. Its my best friend's truck who passed away last year. One owner 300,000 miles and I didn't have time to fix it.They diagnosed the issue as a glow plug relay and glow plugs for $1100. Seemed reasonable causationally but expensive. But I didn't have time to fix it myself.So six months and 200 miles later (I don't drive it a lot) and it wouldn't start again.I look at the overpriced off brand relay and the terminals are loose and the ends are rigged up on a truck that has never been touched that way...Then I look at the valve covers and they have never been off the truck in over 20 years.So I replaced the glow plugs which look original based on the amount of carbon around the hats and the relay with OEM quality parts for $350. Took me 4 hours and I am not an ASE certified mechanic.So far it has started perfectly even on cold days not plugged in. So as a reasonable person, what should I think?I will never take any of my stuff there. And I didn't waste my time going back because I already know how the conversatuon would have went. What's the point?I'm never going back.

Had taken my Toyota Sequoia in for an alignment at another local establishment that said I needed over $2000.00 in parts in order to align my vehicle. I had replaced front parts just months before so I knew they were full of it. So I called Vogel Auto and made an appointment. Dropped off my vehicle, they completed the alignment and of course it did not need any parts replaced. I appreciate the honesty in a mechanic. Did not try and rip me off like brand X tried to do. Hard to find honest people in the auto repair business these days. Thank you Melody and Chris.Highly recommend this company and will definitely send referrals.

Unprofessional, my vehicle was damaged I notified Chris and he had an unprofessional response, he threatened to call the police just to get me out. Please check your vehicle before dropping it off with him.

Only gave 1 star because it s not an option to give less than that.Horrible costumer service, Un-knowledgeable staff, and threatening customers ?? Yikes.Find some other place to go

I dropped off my Ram 1500 that was stuck in park. The shop was able to diagnose the issue and had it repaired in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend this shop.

Mixed feelings about this place. Very friendly but frustrated with the overall results. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and was told the job would take the day so I was dropped off in the morning. After calling to check on the status that afternoon I was told it wouldn't be done till the next day. Frustrating but made it work. When I came to pick up the vehicle the final price was $300 more than I agreed upon. They made it right but still frustrating. A few additional codes came up and I wanted quotes on those jobs. One of the jobs was the part they had all torn down for the requested service and could of called me and said that they needed to replace part of that, but instead quote out a whole new job which will cost me more.

The team at Vogel Auto and Diesel was able to diagnose and replace the caliper, rotors and brakes on my 2016 Buick very quickly! I dropped my car off to them on a Wednesday and they were done with the repairs by Friday afternoon. Repair went fine. Wouldn t have meant much though if I had died on the highway considering whoever did the repair didn t shut my hood. Had my hood fly open on the highway because someone was so neglectful that they just didn t close the hood after doing a repair. If you enjoy being alive I wouldn t get a repair done here! Zero regard for human life apparently.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great shop and great people. I won't go anywhere else. I had an issue with another shop installing a rear main seal incorrectly in a '14 Duramax. Took it to Vogel and it's fixed! This was after I spent 4 months of headache elsewhere. Thank you!!

Very knowledgeable a straight to the point. No BS here. Glad I listened to my friend Erie Jackson and to them. They fixed everything the first time and for a reasonable price. My truck is back to normal again. Better than normal. Thanks to everyone at the shop. Keep doing what you do.

My truck broke down a few months and I had it towed to Vogel. They said they couldn t look at it until that Friday at the earliest. At first they were understandable, I was aware they d have my truck for a week or two. They ended up having my truck for approx. 3.5 weeks. Multiple times the lady there would call me and say it would be ready by this time on this day. When I showed up the second to last time to pick up my truck, I get a call 20 minutes before they close stating they can t finish my truck because a car is stuck on the alignment rack. I had received a phone call about 3 hours prior from this same lady stating my truck will be done today as I was driving from FE Warren AFB all the way in Cheyenne to pick up my truck. Incredibly frustrating that what should ve been a 4 day job took this long. I ended up having to have all the work they did to my truck replaced here in Cheyenne. They overcharged me for the ball joints and doing the wheel bearings. Ever since they touched my truck it hasn t drive right up until this shop in Cheyenne fixed what they should ve fixed right the first time. If you have a diesel, I do not recommend bringing it here ever. They will overcharge you, they will use parts that aren t good for a diesel truck, and they won t meet any of the promised timelines sadly.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

The mechanics and owner at Vogel are very reliable and friendly. The labor rates are a good deal. I have had my car serviced there multiple times and have had no issues. I highly recommend them. They specialize in Jeep Off-road but are more than capable of working on my humble Hyundai.

I've used Chris and Bob for close to two years now and their work has always been exceptional and very fairly priced. I had been driving my 2000 7.3 and 2013 6.7 down to the Springs for diesel work and finally found Vogel locally. Chris (owner) is that rare individual that not only takes pride in his shop's workmanship, he's trustworthy and honest. Not only are his labor rates more reasonable than anyone else I've found, he only charges you for what it takes to actually do the job. Most shops will charge you what the book estimates for time, even if a 3 hour job only takes 30 minutes. Not only does that make a huge difference to my wallet, it's the right thing to do. Contrary to a different posted review, if he makes a mistake, he'll fix it. I trust Vogel so much, I had them make an $11,000 repair on my new 2016 F450 rather than using the dealership. They saved me about $7,000 and did an exceptional job. You can't go wrong with Vogel.

Phenomenal service. These guys were awesome. Got my truck fixed from a super bad curb check and had me rollin in 30 minutes. Chris is awesome. I will use these guys for all my truck repair needs from now on.Awesome place!!

Vogel Auto and Diesel was recommended to me by a friend who services a fleet of vehicles at this shop. The owner Chris has always been fair and up front with the work he recommends for my 2012 F-150. I have taken 2 of my vehicles to him over the past 6 months and am very happy with the service I received. After working on my own vehicles for many years it is refreshing to find someone I can trust to take care of my truck.

My husband was stuck in Colorado trying to get home to his family in Missouri. Chris not only fixed our truck today, but picked my husband up to get food and dropped him off at the hotel yesterday so he wasn t stuck on the side of the road for hours. We hear so much bad in the world, but there are still wonderful people out there! Thank you so much Chris! Your not only a great mechanic, you went out of your way for someone in need and it is very much appreciated! Our family gets to have our loved one home for our Christmas gathering this weekend!!! DO NOT go here. They just want money and will screw you over. They ve installed parts that are unnecessary and will charge you. They will keep your car for more than 2 weeks and do whatever they feel like to it.They do not help you. If I could rate them no star I would.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I took my car to Vogel Auto and Diesel and just loved Tiffany. Not only did they save me hundreds of dollars they went above and beyond. They even brought me back when I dropped it off and picked me up when it was finished. Customer service is exceptional.

Such excellent service and customer care from Chris and his staff! I know first hand that they can be trusted to be honest about what does or doesn't need to be done with my vehicle. They truly go out of their way to show that they care about people. I highly recommend this family owned business

This place is great and the price is right! The mechanics and owner go out of their way to ensure that my car has the best care. They specialize in 4DR, Diesel & Jeep; but they will repair anything. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

The team at Vogel are great to work with. They are more than capable of providing all of your automotive care needs. Daily drivers, heavy duty diesel work trucks, SUV's and even your Hot Rod will be in good hands when left with the crew at this shop. They are located just off of Wolfensberger on Malibu St, a little off the beaten path but well worth the divergence if you are in need of a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Locally owned and operated, I highly recommend Vogel Auto and Diesel.

I skipped around town for a while trying to find someone to help me install a kit that was specifically made for my car. Made the mistake of going to that place named after a Greek god on the north end of town. Won't ever do that again. I ended up being referred to Vogel and I'm certainly glad I was. They got me in fairly quickly, didn't question or make fun of my thinking about the kit (like the first place did) and didn't charge an arm and a leg either. I'm very happy with the results and plan to start taking my diesel in there for work from now on too. Highly recommended to anyone needing auto work done. Thanks Chris!Service: Exhaust

Got a recommendation that these guys were good. Unfortunately i had a poor experience. I made an "appointment" two weeks ahead of time for 8 am on a Thursday. I allowed plenty of time for a once over of my RV so it would be ready for a trip the following Wednesday. They were to do a rear end service and fix a broken bolt on the exhaust. Unfortunately after checking on it every single day for the next week, it was not complete. I missed my camping reservation that i had allowed a week for (that they were aware of). I then got the RV home and noticed that there were grease stains all over the cab and couch. There was also several gouges in my dash where someone forced the engine cover out of the cab. To top everything off, I had an expensive outdoor patio rug and interior rug that turned up missing. I called to ask about it and i got the response "uh rug? no we didn't move any rugs." The RV was either left unlocked and someone broke into it or the greasy fingered mechanic stained it as well and decided to discard it in hopes that i wouldn't notice. No "sorry it took us so long", no updates through the week period that they had it, no attempt to even humor me about looking for the rugs. Just another business who takes no pride in their work and customer service. I would give zero stars if i could because the replacement cost of the damaged and missing items are more than the "service" cost me.

This is the best auto repair shop in town. They are honest and they get the job done right. Been to other shops in town and I ve had nothing but problems. Vogel is the only place that we will get are cars fixed from now on The guys in the shop were very knowledgeable And answered all my questions. And got me back on the road fast!!Thank You!!!

These guys do amazing work and are reasonably priced. They fit us in the same day first thing in the morning and took care of our serpentine belt. I am definitely coming back.

Horriable Business consumer beware...Took 6 weeks to get truck fixed...no return phone calls and when you did get someone they were rude. They mis diagnoised our vehicle and that cost us 400 plus just for their mistake. The issue was something totally diffrent I feel they are incompetent to fix vehicles after reading yelp and other reviews we are not the only ones. After 6 weeks they tried to over charge us when we were quoted a certain price. Told us they put 49 in gas and charged us for it. 49 would have filled the tank 3/4 full when we got in it was a quater full...
