Pretty sure this company (service king-AKA CRASH CHAMPIONS)and the insurance company are working together to total out peoples vehicles just to give a low ball offer on your car to turn around and re-sell your vehicle for top dollar.We brought our 2016 Honda Odyssey to get body damage fixed just to have this shop hang onto our van for over a month, did receive any updates even after we called multiple times, they didn t fix anything while they held onto our vehicle. Called insurance claims just to get the run around from the shop and ALLSTATE now they re trying to tell us that the body damage has done tons of damage to the AC and it needs to be totaled the original quote was for 5k, now it s over 12k!! Don t trust this company, don t do business with ALLSTATE insurance both of these companies are a SHAM and take advantage of blue collar people!! Still haven t seen our van or any type or repairs, just get the run around from both party s!!

Hopefully, I never have to walk into this place again. Only because it means I was involved in another accident. Unprofessional, poor quality service and frustrating lack of communication . Took our car in more than 6 times to have fender painted due to being rear ended. Not only could they not match the paint, they actually asked us to pick out the color and told us we would have to live with it! The rear fender was not secured properly after they attempted to fix it, we asked to bring it back to have bumper secured and when we showed up for our scheduled time they told us they could not accommodate. It was a scheduled appointment! The color still does not match and now we are taking the car to a different auto body shop. The new shop said there was no way they would release our car looking like this. One of the absolute worst customer experiences we have ever had! Also, if they offer a rental, which they were kind enough to do, make sure you ask for non smoking if you don t like burnt seats and cigarette smell. When we returned the car and mentioned this fact the manager actually told us that the inside of his truck is an ashtray because that s how he likes it. Not entirely sure why he gave us that response but just a heads up to have caution when obtaining a rental from them as well. Rick the store manager was not only rude but actually argued with us about the quality of the repair, which was completely unacceptable!

I took my car in for repairs at service king in Castle Rock the estimater that I spoke to was very knowledgeable. After the repairs were taken care of it and I received the truck back I was very pleased with the work that they done. The customer service from Berkeley was excellent and she kept me up-to-date on the status of my truck repairs.

After an auto accident I was recommended to Service King through my insurance company. I was blown away with the professional service I received from Tanner and Berkly at the front front desk. I absolutely loved the twice-a-week updates on the progress of my vehicle repairs instead of dead silence from another companies. The lounge area at Service King is comfortable & welcoming for other, less time consuming items. At the end of the day, I can t say enough for Berkly and Tanner. An added surprise was to find my car washed and sparkling clean when I picked it up today!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best customer service in the business! The lady who works at the front was incredible. She knows her job very well. She streamlined the entire process for me. Everything from helping with my rental car to sending me text updates daily. She is extremely organized and made everything look easy. Exactly the type of person you want representing your business! It really sucked that someone hit my car but Service King made the process of getting it fixed as good as it could be. My car looked amazing when I picked it up too!

They not only did a great job with the repair of my Toyota Tundra they also helped me deal with a very unhelpful insurance adjuster. When I dropped the truck off they told me the estimated date my truck would be ready and I didn t think that this date really meant anything, I have had experiences with other shops that would give me a date at the beginning and that date was never the actual date the vehicle was ready. But with Service King not only was my truck ready on the date they told me from the start, they also would send updates on the progress of my repair throughout the process. This was very helpful. And on top of all of the great service the truck looks great! By far the best experience I ve had with a body shop.

They we re fabulous to work with! They kept me informed the whole time, sent updates on a regular basis, and it was done early! My car looks great! No complaints at all! This company is very professional. They give you updates on the progress on your car almost daily. The customer service is amazing. They answer any questions and treat people with respect. My car was in an accident and they made it look better than before the accident. While we did not take our vehicle here for repairs as it was already at another shop, the level of customer service and time provided for inquiries was amazing (Hal). I would recommend this shop for the simple fact that they are detailed in their approach and very customer oriented.Update: Of course with my luck, our next car needed body/paint repair after a run in with a concrete post... Oh 2020... Service King was our choice this time around and our expectations were exceeded. Thorough communication as a part was a bit delayed and the car was returned in pristine condition.

They had husbands suv for 3+wks to repair fix replace paint detzil inside.He suv was stolen in march they got his suv in in july.Progressive already did inspection figured out cost and what parts were needed.SK was also told he only had so many days of rental car left. Which was 26.Well his suv sat for 4 days while SK waited for Progressive person to give them the detailed part list given in April. Then another couple wks to get parts to come in.My husband told them he had to turn in rental by Friday 6th. SK told him it would be done Saturday.Enterprise is not open on weekends so my husband had to pay for Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday $45�4 extra.Suv was not ready on Saturday at all.1 door wasn't even buffed out at allThey didn't have his fobThere were other marks dings etc... on same door.Remember they had the suv for 1 month.My husband picked it up Saturday by Monday night couple days later his turbos blew and the car had to be towed to Founding fathers were the turbos were just replaced in April. **FYI Founding Fathers had the suv from December to April to fix turbos&catalytic converter at their shop the suv was stolen we recovered it in midApril.So he only had suv for 2 monthsService King had it for another monthThis is all ridiculousWhy can't a shop do a complete job where is last in a timely fashion

They said they fixed my son's truck. They didn't do all the repairs. Had to order parts that got stuck in the TX storm. Had they ordered parts and fixed it right the first time, parts would have been here by now. Still waiting on parts. My son said companies should fix things right the first time. Garbage was left in my son's truck bed also. They couldn't even clean up after themselves. Maybe they're good at dent/paint repair but not good at mechanical repairs. I think they got paid by insurance company to do repairs and then didn't, do keep more of the insurance money versus paying the employees to do the work or spending money on parts.

To be transparent, I was not looking forward to going to a car repair establishment. I had been rear ended and the insurance company I went through suggested Service King. I had not been to a location like this before, so I had reservations from the beginning. HOWEVER, I was beyond pleasantly surprised by my experience. I have to leave a 5 Star Review for Thomas Ramirez at Service King. He had extremely proactive communication, was thorough in his explanation of the process and had absolutely stellar guest service (he actually stayed almost 25 min past close so I could pick up my repaired vehicle)! The repairs went great and my vehicle looks perfect! We will return for sure! Thank you Thomas Ramirez! I sincerely hope that your Superiors and Corporate Office receives this. They have one excellent employee on their hands! Thank you again!

I hit a deer in my Lexus and there was body damage. Service King repaired it and it looks better than it did before. They finished the job one week prior to the promised date. I had a side mirror that was ripped off and Service King got me going. Made the repairs. Had my car clean when I picked it up and were just terrific from start to finish. One process change I would ask would be to align the drop off time with delivery of parts. But that really is minor and any further body work I need, I now have a place to go.

I hate to leave a poor review, but do NOT go to this place for any kind of repairs. The first person I talked to on the phone was rude and unhelpful, spoke condescendingly and was clearly annoyed to have to talk to me on the phone. Very poor customer service, and that should have been my first sign to go somewhere else. Secondly, when I finally was able to bring my car in, they told me it would take a week and a half to fix. It ended up not being finished until TEN DAYS after that date, and I was not notified by the shop about ANY changes or updates on the completion date, nor was my auto insurance company. I had to call 3 times to get any kind of response. In fact, that was a pattern throughout the entire process; I had to initiate contact multiple times EVERY time. I ended up having to pay a lot more for a rental car than I anticipated because of this lack of communication and a lack of apparent ability to follow through on their services. On the date that I was promised my car, I had to go pick it up AFTER the shop s closing time.After I got my car back, I had extremely low tire pressure in one of my tires, but Service King told me the levels were normal. Obviously not, because my low tire pressure light was on when I picked the car up. The shop also told me that the alignment in the front of my car was off and it would cost me an additional $200+ out of pocket that would not be covered by my insurance to fix necessary parts. I took my car to Groove Ford, and they did their own tests and examined my vehicle. Turns out that my REAR tires are misaligned and I don t NEED any of those parts. What a great excuse to take more money from a client! Also, my vehicle smells strongly of alcohol after getting it detailed. I will probably need to take it elsewhere to have the interior cleaned again and spend MORE money on this.

Great experience. Their Parker office was very busy so they delivered my car from Parker to the Castle Rock facility so it could be completed quickly. Had my vehicle repaired a year ago at a different company and the repairs failed. My insurance company recommended that I take the my vehicle to Service King in Castle Rock. I have to say from the moment I walked in I was impressed. Very professional and willing to help in any way. The repairs took a little over a week and when I got my vehicle back it was spotless inside and out. I took it for a test drive before accepting it and it drove better than it ever did. Thank you Ross and Service King for a job well done. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I'd like an explanation why your company won't accept a job on a vehicle my insurance company says is unsalvageable. I spoke with a representative who advised you won't accept vehicles with this status. I am no mad, but she could give me no explanation. I habe the funds to give my Jeep repaired. It's money. My vehicle drives the same as it did prior to the accident. I'd just like an explanation why you guys won't take the job. Thanks.

I was very pleased with the repair and the timeliness. While they are short handed, their website was very helpful in tracking the status of the repair. In addition, they returned my car fully detailed and cleaned, which I did not expect. Originally I was quoted 5 business days and miraculously my car was completed within that time! So no complaints... I left my car on Feb 26th and picked it up on March 4th. I am very happy with the final results and would not hesistate to recommend this business.

If i could give 0 stars I would.... Terrible experience/ service and I didnt even have my car repaired yet by them. The lady in the front was super rude from when I walked in (heavier set red head lady). I clearly had a reservation, I showed via email and text message. They lady was being super rude. I am 39 weeks pregnant and schedule to have a c-section so was trying to get this done before my surgery which is scheduled next week. I had to leave because I got so upset my 3 year old daughter could tell I was in tears.Service: Body & Trim

I had an exceptional experience at Service King. My car was in a crash in the mountains and Service King repaired my car that was towed in. My car was towed in and they evaluated and repaired my vehicle in a seamless manner without my having personally drive in to the shop. Justin's service was exceptional. He stayed in regular contact with me with updates on the status of my vehicle. The car was finished a week ahead of schedule and Justin went through the vehicle repairs with me upon picking up my vehicle. I would highly recommend Service King Collision Repair of Castle Rock.

Went thru their scheduling center for an estimate on painting my truck. Was given the option for different locations and went to Castle Rock. Took the truck in for an estimate on a Sat. Was told the they would have the estimate on Monday. Called them on Tuesday and was told their GM decided that painting a vehicle was not something they do. Waste of time and non-responsive.

Friendly service, but not as customer centric as they could be. Quality assurance can use some improvement as well. Had to take my vehicle back twice because they forgot to put the vehicle badging on the tailgate. Not a major issue, but now I wonder what else may have been missed. Never got an apology for the error.

Their prices are fair, the work was first class, they kept me informed as to the progress along the way, they were respectful, professional and honest, AND THEY FINISHED A FEW DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDILE. This was our first experience with Castle Rock Service King and they exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, did excellent repair work and detailed our car before we picked it up. In the past I have picked up a car only to find the entire car loaded with dust. I highly recommend this shop.

If you are looking for great customer service, honesty, and quick repairs. This is your place! Every time my car was taken here they did such an amazing job and it s in perfect condition just like the day I bought it! Mike made sure to let me know every step of my repair and made sure I was 100% happy! Love these guys!!

The scheduling process is ridiculous. You cannot deviate at all from the times given. I wanted to drop a car off the night before the appointment and the scheduling representative had no idea how to make that happen. However after going in to the shop the manager apologized and was able to get me scheduled for and estimate. I appreciate the help at the store and hopefully the nationwide scheduling can be improved.

-10000/10. Service king has been nothing but terrible. I gave them my car on April 22nd and my vehicles estimated date of repair was May 24th. May 24th come and I have returned my rental and very excited to receive my long awaited vehicle just for them to tell me it was not ready. They explained they were waiting on parts and it that it would not be ready for a week. I finally have received my vehicle eager and excited but the car didn t start up right. I figured it was just because it hadn t been started in a about a month and figured okay that is normal. However the battery died after 4 days of getting the car back and I had driven it twice since I got it back in my possession. Turns out the employees working on the car would use my radio without the car on and leave all the doors open and not even charge my battery. When I called them to complain and tell them I have spent two hours stranded because they forgot to charge my battery. The managers response was it worked when I gave it to you . The customer service of service king is atrocious and I will never give them my business ever again.
